Vacation rentals with beach access in Isère

Good location, pretty and comfortable accommodation, very good bedding, clear instructions, no complaints!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

Great stay as a family at Séverine's. The accommodation is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean, functional and has everything you need. Séverine is very nice and has good advice for the stay. We would not hesitate to return during a possible future visit to Annecy.

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, spacious, very bright and very clean. This is our 2nd stay at Justine's and we really appreciate the proximity to the lake, the bike path and Annecy. Close-by shops and restaurants. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend!

The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

Very nice place! Loft spirit, modern and clean. The outdoor terrace is a real plus. We used the gas grill, much appreciated. As mentioned in some reviews, no rooms closed but the pull-out bed in the living room is very convenient and the mezzanine spacious. Maryline was flexible with our check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend!

Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Great stay at Natacha's who was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is nice, well-equipped and well-insulated. The only downside for PRMs is that the adapted bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs: if your transfers are difficult, consider installing a bed downstairs. ;)

A real atypical and charming little cocoon. Everything is decorated with taste and care. Careful touches that make the difference, the preheated Nordic bath, bed linen with a good smell of clean, same for towels, a bottle of a sparkling wine, the basic kit. A few small downsides; the barbecue was unfortunately unusable because not cleaned at all. The floors hadn't been scrubbed by previous tenants. The memory mattress in the master bedroom makes it impossible to sleep without pain. We had to clean the table tennis table and the foosball completely covered in plaster dust. It should be noted that the only heating on the ground floor is thanks to the stove so it is a real logistics to be expected and the mornings were very cool. For even more comfort for families, maybe add a small gate at the stairs for the safety of children and pets. Ventilation for the bathroom.

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Very good stay at Anne Laure's, the accommodation is clean and very well equipped. The location is ideal for enjoying Aix and the surroundings.

the accommodation is very well located, near the lake, the bike path, pedestrian path. you have the bus right next door that brings you to Annecy in less than fifteen minutes . The owner is very accommodating and friendly. the accommodation is nice, clean and functional. I recommend it.

Superb apartment, well-equipped and refurbished. We stayed there for 15 days with a 3-year-old child and it was perfect! The pool is amazing, no complaints! If we return to Lake Bourget for our vacation we will definitely come back here :)

Charming functional studio. Very nice terrace and beautiful garden with the river below. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Menthon is a very special place and Pascale’s place is right in the village. We were able to nip to the shop and boulangerie and get great coffee all within a mjnutes walk. Place is cosy and had fantastic views to the beautiful chateau.

The accommodation matched the listing perfectly, clean and in a good location. No complaints about the experience itself. On the other hand, communication could be a little warmer and more adapted, as some responses were a little surprising. Too bad, because otherwise everything was perfect.
