A beautiful space on the roof of the building. An ample space that counts with a beautiful barbecue and a fantastic space to roast a meat with guests. For those who travel with elderly or toddler, I warn you that the building does not have elevators, so there are 4 floors to be beaten :) Parking is good and the place seems to be quite safe. Very close to the beach and the trade, there is a view, the address is in the Center of Itapema and approximately 5 km from the best known beach that is Meia Praia. A Uber costs about 7.00 to get you there. There are supermarkets, opticians, conveniences, restaurants, bus stops just meters from being accessed. That is, the location of the property is all good and the price very inviting. It was very worth it.
