A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. Our small holiday home "House Small but Fine” is located right in the center of the village so many provisions are within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located about 750 meters from the cottage. Deliciously central and equipped with every comfort! The "House Small but Fine" has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We have tried to create an atmospheric ambience which we think has succeeded!
