Very pleasant apartment located on the lower Kungsholmen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area in the courtyard, TV in all rooms, the open floor plan between kitchen and living room provides lovely social areas with space, nice appliances in the kitchen such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric stove. Nicely renovated bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer and heated floor. Bathing facilities are available at a short distance, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.
