Warm house of 100 m2 with three bedrooms and living room open kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very well located 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away from all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. Dear travelers ! To start sorry for my bad english... But I can explain you and speak with you ;) There is a garden in my appartement and a parking place. It's really confortable. You have all the stores you you need near the appartement (Bakery, market, tobacco, grocer's shop...), a beautiful garden famous in TOURS : le Jardin Botanique, an hospital too. See you soon !
