The windows are both in the living room while the bedroom is ventilated and illuminated through large openings. Very convenient to the sea. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels NOT available. The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Located in the charming old town of Laigueglia, just a short walk from the beach, on the second floor. Kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Double bed, double sofa bed. There are 4 beds per adult, 5 beds are indicated but one is for children up to 10 years. For the period from June 15 to September 15, the minimum stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Easter and Christmas holidays: minimum 2 nights. Bed linens and towels available upon request.
