Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. We proceeded individually and with high quality furnishings and used little of the bar. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you do not want to go to the nearby city, the city harbour or the beach. The apartment has a great transport connection and is still very quiet.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shops and the trendy KTV district is a 10-minute walk away.

Cozy little apartment for two people. The apartment is located in a residential building, which is about 15 minutes away by bike from the tranquil spa resort of Warnemünde. The wide sandy beach and the Baltic Sea can then also be reached quickly. The apartment includes a parking space for a car. The garden of the house is also available.
