It is located at the entrance to the village on a typical village street and is the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Shopping, nature, and excursion destinations are within easy reach. Our adjacent large meadow with bushes and fruit trees is located on the edge of the landscape conservation area and the Seeanger. Lake Seeburg, with dining options, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The property is located in the center of Göttingen and is quickly accessible from the train station at 650 meters. Shopping for everyday needs is possible in the shortest distance. As well as strolling through the colorful Göttingen city center. Restaurant, cafes are easily accessible, as well as culture in the form of theater, cinema, clubs..... Check-in before 4:00 pm may be possible (just ask).

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

While the children play freely, family members can relax on the terrace or enjoy their time in the sauna or pool. The natural swimming pond is just a three-minute walk away, and the Harz mountains can be reached in less than half an hour.
