From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence, with a past as an artist's home. Perfect for a large family or a smaller group (max 8) with room for socializing and activities. Electric car charging is available on Østergade or at the local Brugs - about 700 meters from the property.

The home is located in Ølsted close to Aarhus. Free parking space and city bus right to the door. The home is newly renovated and spacious with room for 2-4 overnight guests. There is a hallway, living room and bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner (sofa bed), a dining nook, and a relaxation corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with dining nook. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in a rural setting. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access to the highway E45. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace. It sleeps 4 guests comfortably. We have a sweet, child-friendly, and calm dog, and a grey cat that roams freely on the property. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the apartment.
