Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 2-room apartment (45 m²) offers a bedroom (box spring bed 160/200 cm), a living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a shower room. In front of the entrance door, a small seating area invites you to linger. A washer/dryer is available for washing/drying laundry. Hand/kitchen towels and bed linens are available for use. A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

The apartment is fully and luxuriously equipped, including kitchen utensils and dishwasher. WiFi can be used free of charge. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and therefore also connected to visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.
