Close to the A43 Lyon/Chambéry/Geneva axis, 1 hour from Grenoble. Close to all amenities, zoo, Walibi, hiking and horseback riding, mountain biking, ViaRhôna, Chartreuse Natural Park and Lake Aiguebelette with multiple activities: Swimming, paddles, tree climbing, canoeing, paragliding... We cultivate a pesticide-free garden and have animals: Australian Shepherd couple, female donkey, goats, apiary and low yard. Our 27 m2 accommodation is located on an independent and enclosed space.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.

this small house set on the hillside is like a secret place with a wonderful view of the completely independent lake, built at the entrance of the property, it is not overlooked, with high-end comfort, a large 70 m2 terrace with a private spa, under shelter, with lake views. This house is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional person is possible).

The apartment is located in the center of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The La Tourelle restaurant is at the foot of the building. The nearest beach is 300 m away (field, beach and restaurant). The archaeological museum of Lake Paladru is 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 meters away.
