The place is wonderful .. the house very cozy the right size for 4/5 people and above all very clean !! The propretaria was very friendly and helpful to us .. and the nearest sandy beaches are a few steps !!

Splendid house, equipped with all comforts, very clean and with a magnificent sea view terrace which can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The location is excellent, you can easily reach the beach of Lido Marini on foot and 10 minutes by car other beautiful beaches with white sand and crystal clear sea ideal for those who, like us, have a child of three years. It is also excellent for getting around and visiting cities, villages and all that Salento offers, we have been in Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli and in some Masserie with non-binding and absolutely feasible movements. What can I say .. super recommended, we spent a wonderful week in this land of sea, sun, wind and culture and we will definitely be back. Apartment more than new, super nice, complete with every comfort! Very large terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. Located on the main street of Lido Marini. Also convenient to the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. The owners really very kind and helpful. Consigliassimo !!

Exactly as in the photo: beautiful newly renovated apartment with large terrace. There is everything you can need, including a washing machine and a hairdryer. Huge shower! Perfect hospitality, Diego's parents welcomed us with fresh water and products from the bakery just below the apartment. The house is located near the sea and in the area there is everything you need: supermarket, greengrocers, bakeries, restaurants. We stayed in September and it was very quiet so that some shops were already closed .. in any case it is a great starting point to visit Salento.

Diego's home is in line with the announcement ... and even better! It is brand new, with high quality equipment: comfortable beds, two bathrooms / shower, very efficient air conditioning ... The location is ideal, in the main street, 5 minutes from the beach. Lido Marini is a human-sized resort and a good starting point for exploring the region. The hosts are friendly and helpful. An excellent address!

Spacious house with a large porch where you can have lunch and dinner. In the garden around the house there are two showers very useful for returning from the sea. Optimal position to visit the Salento. Daniela is helpful, kind and caring. Excellent value for money.

The added value of this house is undoubtedly the spacious garden and the large porch that allow you to spend outdoors even hours that you do not go to the sea! It is very pleasant to be able to make every meal out (including breakfast!) Even in case of bad weather! Ideal solution for a family with many children full of energy to play, like ours !! The sea and all the main shops are a ten minute walk away!

Daniela's house is perfect both as logistics, as hospitality but above all the beauty of the place. If you want to have a holiday in the Maldives of Salento in a relaxing and economical way from Daniela you can not go wrong.

The hosts were really nice and welcoming, the had a very cute dog as well. The house is in a good location and has a nice garden with a sitting area. It was perfect to stay there.

The house is located very well: the sea is within walking distance but is located just off the main course. So shops and conveniences within reach but with stillness and silence. The house has plenty of outdoor space with tables and many amenities such as an outdoor shower. Also there are several parking spaces. The gentlemen also provided us with all the beach equipment. The house is fresh and spacious. Mrs. Daniela and the rest of her family were very kind, friendly, helpful and precise. Beautiful surprise also Lido Marini which has a beautiful beach and sea. Nothing to envy to the Maldives nearby but less chaotic. Thanks to this beautiful family and their fabulous accommodation.

Beautiful terraced house near the beach. The welcome of Pasquale and his family is excellent. There is a terrace in front of the house but we mostly discovered the many beaches around. The house is ideal for a family, there is a washing machine and shower outside and inside especially. The room in the basement is fresh and a dehumidifier is in place.

New, clean and equipped with everything. We found ourselves very well also thanks to the concern of Pasquale. Quiet place and beautiful sea!

We did not meet Antonio personally, but Maria and her parents welcomed us, everyone was very kind and helpful since our arrival. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, it's fresh, bright, spacious for a couple like us. The area where it is located is very quiet with a supermarket a couple of minutes away and it is about fifteen minutes by car from some splendid beaches. Recommended for those of us who want to get around Puglia by car but still have plenty to see nearby. We will certainly come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the studio for 10 days. We were greeted by Antonio's sister, who immediately proved to be very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very cool, very clean and our response is absolutely positive. From the place you can easily reach both the best beaches of the Ionian Sea and those of the Adriatic, so it is in a great location. Highly recommended!

Antonio's parents welcomed us, super friendly and discreet. Very comfortable bed, clean house with everything you need. We were unlucky to have caught the two coldest days of this winter (it was snowing outside) and the room took a little to warm up on the first night, but the bathroom was very hot. Definitely be back next summer as a base to visit the beautiful beaches of Salento!

We highly recommend this romantic cottage because it is located in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy that deserves to be visited. Not far from the marine beaches (max 5-6 km). Marco was very helpful in pointing out typical local restaurants and describing the nearby locations. For those who want to spend a holiday in Salento is ideal.

We stayed in Marco's house in July, we always choose the first fortnight because the beaches are less crowded and you can enjoy more of the wonderful crystal clear waters. The apartment is on the first floor of an ancient building 500 m from the historic center, in a quiet street where you can park your car without problems. As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed order and cleanliness with a nice and accurate furniture, there was everything you need: sheets, towels, up to the electric plates for mosquitoes! In the kitchen there is everything you need: crockery, plates, glasses and even two wine glasses! Tablecloths, dishcloths and soap and dish sponges. Key point of the house: the balcony! In practice our meals from breakfast were consumed there: a wonder! Ventilated at the right point! The apartment is located in a strategic position both because a few steps from the historic center and moving with the car already 7 km you will find the lido Marini and then 10 km Pescoluse, however all the tips X the places provide them little Marco after arrived. Besides the beaches it has provided us with guide and all the typical restaurants of the place. Supermarket, baker, greengrocer, pharmacy: everything nearby. I highly recommend Marco's home for a two-person stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in an equally peaceful village with crystal-clear beaches.

Accommodation as photos. Clean well-kept and very well equipped. I stayed with my son (10 years) but in three we would have been very comfortable! Easy to reach and an excellent starting point to visit both the Ionian and Adriatic coast. Close to everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) and the beautiful historic center of Presicce. Excellent communication with Marco who was present in a discrete but continued manner. Super recommended !!!

We had a wonderful stay in Marco's flat. Just a few hundred meters away from the main square in Presicce and within walking distance to nice restaurants, local wine shops etc. Also easy accessible with car and 10-15 min drive to various beaches. Marco is a great host and gave us lots of recommendations for things in the area. The kitchen, the terrace, and the privacy made this place a great point of departure for our stay in Salento. Would definitely come back and can recommend it to anyone.

Casa Terramascia is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in Salento. Large area with olive trees away from the hustle and bustle. The house is modern, comfortable, spacious, safe. Everything is done with soul and taste. Very clean. There is everything you need and more! 8-10 minutes walked to the sea on foot with the kids. The beach is magnificent. Giovanni is a tactful, caring, tidy host. It was very nice to deal with him! Upon arrival, he prepared a surprise for us. Definitely back here! P.S. it is better to stop for those who have a car, because shops and cafes at some distance.

A very nice house in the middle of the olive grove with Mediterranean charm. The equipment includes everything you need for a nice holiday. It is very quiet, which we also wanted. We have recovered very well and felt very comfortable. Giovanni is a super nice host.

Giovanni's house proved to be what we expected. The house is very practical and welcoming. The shower outside a real comfort. The location of the house is really optimal near the beaches, 2 minutes by car. Difficult to walk to the beaches in front as the road is in the sun to peak in more 'the roads are very narrow and therefore also a bit dangerous. A bit difficult to enjoy the veranda in the evening as it is surrounded by nature and so there were lots of bugs that disturbed the evening. Everything else was really perfect.

AMAZING!

We spent 2 weeks in Terra Mascia, is a 3 minute drive from the Maldives of Salento and just minutes from many other beaches of the Ionian coast, even the Adriatic coast, with beautiful cliffs and coves is about twenty minutes! Leuca 15 armed, so you can easily reach all the main towns of the lower Salento! The house is large, well kept, surrounded by olive trees and at the bottom you can see the sea. If you love relaxation and tranquility you are in the right place. The host Giovanni is a fantastic person, always available for any eventuality or advice to visit the area. We'll be back!

Giovanni's apartment is really nice and obliging. The location and is very appreciated for those like me who is a dad and has a thousand things to take to the beach (100 meters from the sea). I recommend it to everybody!!!!

The hospitality and availability of Massimo alone are already 5 stars, if we add to these the apartment in a strategic position for the sea and the services, excellent cleanliness and everything you need already available in the house comes by itself that the review it can only be excellent. Ah ... We need to add the terrace where you can eat and relax ... What more could you ask for? :-)

If you need Tranquility, this is the right home. Nearby there is a tourist village but their evening Karaoke only serves as a reminder of how lucky you are to be in this other part of life.

Rosario’s house is an amazing local country house, on the hillside of Marina di Pesculose, almost 2Km from the sea, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. If you look for relax immersed in nature, this is the place to go. A great swimming pool all for yourself is the perfect match to make this place unique. Amazing beaches are reachable by bike or by car in few minutes. Rosario’s family was a great host always available when need it. Few things could be improved (such as hot water in the kitchen which is separated from the main building), but overall a great experience.

We've been in Salento for two weeks in Dott. Lorenzo's home; A really beautiful place, with a huge garden and a pool where the kids spent a lot of time. There is everything you need to get a great vacation .... not to be missed.

The property of Rosario is very pleasant with its pretty small atypical house in simplicity and authenticity - a former batisse serving peasants during the harvest season - and its large park of olive trees just for us. The huge covered terrace is an ideal place to live where my family and I had a great time. The seaside is worth the trip: Pescoluse, Torre Vado, the visit of the caves by boat. The historical center of Salve at 3km also. There are tourists in this season but not too much. We highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Rosario for this beautiful light parenthesis.

We were in October as a small family in Andreas house. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop, grilled and showered hot. The house has everything you need, the nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car. Andrea was very nice and we would come back! Now in October, the settlement was deserted and the beach was empty. Very beautiful!

We were hosted by Andrea, the house is beautiful in absolute tranquility, but a 5 minute drive from the Maldives of the Salento, below the house there is a restaurant where you can walk to eat. The house is fantastic the plants and flowers in the contour of the house make everything more colorful and the environment around is special, you can enjoy exceptional sunsets, the place is wide and children can play in peace, well equipped kitchen , shower and external sink. The place is ideal for having evening tranquility just a stone's throw from the sea. The period was wonderful if we were to return to Salento we will definitely be back! Thanks Andrea

Really nice and comfortable villa with well-kept garden. The owner Andrea was very helpful, you see that we were with the dog, he is very communicative, explaining to us the differentiated dustbin and all the comforts of the house, such as sheets and towels that are extra (10 €) but note of service, customer care and cleaning. The house is located in a quiet residential area, the veranda and the terrace guarantee beautiful evenings and breakfast overlooking the sea .... Come back for the next holiday.
