Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peace and nature in The Morvan

Au cœur du parc naturel du Morvan, cette maison de campagne lumineuse et paisible est entourée de prés où paissent les vaches. La maison est idéale pour un séjour au calme ou du télétravail. Exposée plein sud, elle reste fraîche l’été et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines. Le jardin privé permet de profiter pleinement de la campagne : repas en plein air, hamacs sous les pommiers et longues soirées à regarder les étoiles. Des oeufs frais vous attendent tous les matins.

The Logis' small bath

This 2-story apartment, a former medical office, has been newly renovated and offers a stay for a romantic getaway or a moment of family relaxation with the 4-seater Jacuzzi. Downstairs, a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa, TV and dining area gives access to a small bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (new bedding). Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 king size bed (new bedding), a 4-seater jacuzzi and a bathroom. Bed linen and bath towels included.

This large, fully renovated 3* cottage offers a quiet stay to meet with friends or family, or simply for a stopover night to discover our beautiful region. Located in the heart of a pretty little village on the edge of the Canal du Nivernais, lovers of nature, fishing, walking or cycling will find happiness there. Possibility to rent a room or to rent the entire accommodation for up to 15 people. 6 large 160 beds and 4 90 beds, bed linen and towels provided.

Les Pêcheries – Charm and comfort in the Morvan

In the heart of Burgundy, in the Morvan Regional Park, our spacious house is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. It combines authenticity, charm and comfort in a green environment with guaranteed peace and quiet. With its large living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located at the gates of the village and bordered by 2 hectares of meadows, it has a large 4000 m² garden with terrace and orchard.

Back to Basics

House, very bright and spacious, lost in the heart of Morvan. Large openings onto the forest and the pastures of cows and horses. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Le Cellier des Moines Gîte (Morvan)

Characterful cottage, adjoining the owner but independent, in the hamlet of Commagny in Moulins-Engilbert (58), located in the membership area of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Very quiet site, perfect for relaxing, and observing nature and the stars. The late season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Sleeps 4 people.

Tiny-house in the heart of an organic market garden.

Small wooden trailer of 10 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a double mattress inside + a single bed, sheets and duvet are provided. For the bathroom, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30 m from the trailer, in a module under the greenhouse. The kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
