Very nice, modern apartment, well equipped. The view from the window is wonderful both on sunny, cloudy and rainy days. We were relaxing with a teenager, so Wi-Fi was very important, which worked very well. The area is full of supermarkets, pubs and cafes. Under the block there is a private parking lot and it also made it easier to relax, because after a day of sightseeing it would be difficult to find a parking space.

Locals markets are available, and its approximate a 15min walk to the old town.

Great apartment, great location close to everything. Easy check-in, there is parking in the building for those who rent a car which is a great thing. And Pavlos was accessible and available, which is excellent.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was within walking distance to the city centre as well as intercity bus stops. We didn’t meet Pavlos in person, but he was very responsive, and check in and check out were very smooth. The roof garden with a perfect view of the city was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

We lived in the apartment for 2 days in early December. I liked everything very much. Fully consistent with the description. Very clean. Stylish and simple interior. View from the terrace of the old town. All appliances - stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, work. There is a necessary set of dishes. Prompt reception and accommodation. I especially want to note the opportunity to use bicycles for free. This is just a great idea! We watched the whole city on bicycles! Thank you so much Pavlos! We will be in Cyprus, we will definitely stay here!

Had a great week close to the beach in Limassol. The sunny balcony is nice with sea views. Spacious kitchen/living room and two ensuite bed rooms. We stayed 4 adults and 1 small child and it worked out just fine. Sakis was kind and quick to answer both our calls and messages when we had questions. The rooftop pool area has great views over the city, ocean and mountains. 1,5 km lovely walk along the ocean to the marina and old town. Recommended place!

Good place to stay comfortable in the sea side.

First although this says it is Costa's place, we actually met and dealt with Takis. The apartment was sparkling clean and well stocked with both cleaning supplies and paper supplies, there was also dish washing soap and laundry soap for the washing machine. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for three adults. We really liked the location as it was close to everything in Limassol including the beach and the promenade. it was also a great location to catch the highway to go to other cities for a day of exploring. There is a pool on the roof, however we did not use it. There is a parking lot in the back of the building although getting a space can sometimes be a challenge and there is also an elevator in the building. Takis was very quick to answer any questions that we had and was helpful in offering suggestions. It was a very enjoyable spot for our two weeks in Limassol.

A good, clean apartment - ample living space and bedrooms were of a good size - large balcony with partial sea view. Quiet area, near small supermarket and restaurants - parking was never a problem.

Great accommodation, well placed for Limassol Marina and Castle. Very clean apartment and good communication from the host. Love the long balcony and roof top pool. Parking provided at the back of the apartments which always had an available space and great coffee shop just around the corner for your morning caffeine fix.

Everything about our stay was first class. The apartment is large, bright and spotlessly clean. More that enough room for myself, my wife and 4 year old. Its minutes from the beach (where we spent everyday) and the pool on the roof is great. The only fault I could find is that there is little shade around the pool but an umbrella is provided in the apartment that you can take up. Plenty of local amenities, small supermarket three minutes away and restaurants within walking distance. The Marina and Old Town are a 20 min walk through the park and a 10 EUR cab ride back! Communication with Costa pre arrival was prompt and 'on the ground', Sakis was excellent with any queries. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I went to Cyprus for business expecting being lonely and busy every day and just needed a place to crush for a few nights. I completely did not expect to meet a friend and have nice cosy nights in and fun nights out with Snezana. She is a great host, friendly, helpful, and generous; the place is sparkling clean; the location is perfect. I am very grateful to her and will book her place again. If you are travelling alone and need just a room in central Limassol with the view of the sea and couple of min walk to the beach, you won't regret it!

The place was spotless - it will be very easy to tell if otherwise. The living room/kitchen area has a panoramic window with the view of the street, enough to get your first photo memory of Limassol. Then you can take 5-10 min walks and reach the beautiful old town and catch endless sea views at the marina. Should you rent a car (highly recommended - Cyprus is quite compact, in that a 1-2 hour drive will take you to other cities and villages in between), there are free parking spaces provided at Pavlos’ place. If not, you can take the complementary bicycles too. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Tatiana is really perfect host! We came to Limassol by bus pretty late, about 11 p.m. and she was so sweet, she picked us up from the bus station by car. Her studio is in beautiful art style with a lot of windows. Perfect place for a couple. A big bad and a cozy table in the backyard. Not far to the cost. I highly recommend Tatiana as a host. Since we checked in late, we didn’t have any food with us. But Tatiana left for us a little food gift in the fridge. In three words I can just say: cozy, comfortable and convenient.

the most amazing part about my stay was tatiana, she is the best host ever, very kind person, who help us in every single detail in the trip, started by lifting us from the bus station to her home, by welcoming us with a cake and juice and everything you need for the start, the studio has everything you need inside, she gave us a lift many times and helped with a lot of infos and booked us a taxi to airport that was the cheapest between all, finally its was a great stay i would definetly repeat it.

Tatiana is a very caring and hospitable person. She described in great detail how to get to her apartment. Without her prompts, that would be difficult. We really liked the apartment. Particularly original solutions with sliding glass windows. Very bright apartment. In the morning it seems that you wake up in the middle of a green forest. We really enjoyed.

Great apartment. Tatyana is very friendly. The location is convenient, there is a private parking. A little weak pressure of water, one sink, and one comfort on the stove are features, but not disadvantages. I recommend this accommodation.

Great place to stay in Limassol. The apartment has everything you need for a family, plus a private courtyard with incoming cats). Location among ordinary houses, so the terms of the locals and it's great, quickly pour into life and there is no tourist fuss. In walking distance there is a supermarket, an excellent non-stop bakery, a park. 10 minutes walk to the sea, there are good beaches and a promenade for hiking and cycling. There is no shortage of facilities in the district. Limassol is a big city, if there are no plans to constantly travels here well and without a car, or you can take a bus to the necessary point. The hostess is friendly and open. We recommend this accommodation.

Great location and host!

If you love staring at the sea, walking on the coast, or around town, this is the place for you! Don’t expect to catch international news on the TV. Wifi is great though. Found this place convenient and Alexandros really helpful.

Alexandros' place is nice, clean, and he is a very helpful host. However, it is on a very loud and busy main road, so you may want to take earplugs. Otherwise everything as described.

We spent the New Year holidays in Limassol and did not regret at all that we stayed in these apartments. From the window you can see the sea, near shops and the old city. It is very convenient that there is a private parking. The hostess is always in touch, promptly answered all questions! Recommended!

The house was stylish and clean. Wine, water and sweats for the child were great surprise. AC in every room, so it was warm enough. Comfortable beds and sofa. TV with international channels. Great terrace, but as for me it is not comfortable because it’s on the first floor, we didn’t use it at all. Kitchen supplied with all necessary equipment to cook. Close to the sea. Little bit problems with parking at the street. And noisy at the street from early morning. In general we recommend it to everybody! With children or without. Thanks Vasso. In my opinion the apartment is good and conveniently located relative to the beach. Far to the old city, but it is not for everybody. Ground floor of a quiet street, windows of the bedrooms to the courtyard. There is a kitchen living room and 2 bedrooms. In my opinion, carpets on the floor are unnecessary, as they collect more dirt than create coziness, and it’s easier to keep clean without them. It would be great to buy disposable toothbrushes and pastes, shampoo. Because everything is closed in the morning and if you forget everything ... the problem). Overall a very good impression, thanks.

Mrs Vaso was very prompt in her responses. The house is beautiful, full equipped and bright. Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Dimokratiki / Zolol stop. Garden City bus 30. (The 30th crossing is at the hotel St.Raphael, which stops by the intercity bus to and from the airport. Larnaca.) Would definitely prefer this accommodation again in the future

This place is perfect! It has everyhthing you need and even more for a really confortable stay. Even if we booked only 1 day before arriving, the apt was sparkiling clean, host surpresed us with the wine on the table. Terrace is big and sunny to enjoy mornign coffee. It has big fridge, freezer, all amenities you ever need for you stay. Bed is very comfy as well and apartment has parking in front of the window and even down the apartment. It's absolutely outstanding place! We were impressed by the unique interior, attention to details and hospitality of Maria and Giorgos. I liked geeky smart-home stuff, a combination of materials and the inspirational vibe of this place. I mean, where else do you have a sliding roof and real growing tree inside your room? I use Airbnb a lot, but this is definitely my best experience so far. Would recommend it to everyone.

The bed is very comfortable, the living room is great with mobile heaters for the cold winter nights and the kitchen has everything you need. There is also free parking on the street.

Very comfortable apartment, perfectly located for walking. Gorgeous panoramic sea view. There is everything you need to the smallest detail. Of the minuses, noise from the road can be noted, but without this there would not be a beautiful view.

The place it's really nice, clean and well located, even the night was calm to go walking to the apartment. I stayed in a calm season, and the noise wasn't a problem for me. The Apartment is a big open space super charming !

This flat is a great find if you’re looking for somewhere central and busy - right near bars with great local music every Tuesday. 5 min walk to the marina. Suggest using the blankets if staying in winter :) check out Angel Cups for excellent coffee, literally opposite the flat! 👍🏻

I was staying in Dora's apartment in December 2019 and enjoyed it. The style is really interesting and unusual. Everything I needed was there. I even found 2 bottles of water in a fridge which was very nice. Wi-Fi worked well, it was pretty clean in the apartment (not perfect but quite fine). The location is just perfect! It took me maximum 10 minutes to reach Limassol Marina and Molos beach promenade. At weekend it was pretty loud at nights as there are a lot of bars and clubs nearby but I was fine with that. But if you are sensitive to noise you should prepare yourself to that. The lights in the apartment are not that bright. For me it was fine but you should consider this if you like very well-lit rooms. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and communication with Dora!

The place looks very good in pics and it's actually even better when you get there. It is quite spacious for a couple and full of amenities. There were jams, juice and coffee for breakfast. The location is excellent: you can take a 6/10-min drive to the city centre and have great access to other main roads to explore Limassol and the rest of the island. Supermarkets are available at a short walking distance. Alexia's parents welcomed us with kindness, which is always a plus. :) We strongly recommend Alexia's place!

This house is really very cozy and comfortable. We (me, my wife and 2 children 3 y.o. and 9 month) spent wonderful 10 days there. The house is situated in quiet beautiful area. Inside you can find well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, calm bedroom and relaxing living room. Little garden gave shade so during hot days we enjoined fresh air in- and outside. Our favorite beach was Lady's Mile - 30 min by car - but definetily best in this region. Hosts were very nice, friendly and ready to help in case of any problem. Thanks a lot for our wonderful staying!

We rested in July. House (s) are excellent. Comfortable atmosphere, wife excellent speed, all the necessary utensils in stock. Parents of Alexia are very hospitable, upon arrival we were waiting for fruit and wine - it is so moving. Thanks to Niki for the tips and creating a cozy atmosphere. Supermarkets and fruit markets within walking distance of 5-15 minutes. We chose accommodation so that it was convenient to go to the sea and children to a language school in distance. I recommend this house.

Nice small place into city center

Excellent prompt and very proactive communication set the tone for a fantastic stay here. The host had excellent tips on everything from local sites, places to eat, and transportation...and was available for questions throughout the visit. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. Location is AMAZING....short walking distance to places of interest and groceries, and is in a trendy part of the old town. The home itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a week stay. Couldn't recommend this place enough! ENJOY!!!

Beautifully refurbished cosy apartment in a lovely street of the Historical Center. The location is perfect, a walk away from all the city's main attractions as well as nightlife quarters, restaurants and the Marina. Pandora and her daughter will go beyond standard hospitality and will support you in every way to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Once you see that bottle of Olive Oil in the kitchen cupboards as a standard amenity, rest assured you're going to be embraced warm-hearted Mediterranean hospitality :)

The apartment is in excellent condition, stylish, beautiful view from the panoramic window. All household trifles are provided, which is very convenient when traveling with children.

Great place, exactly as described:) we would have wLkex to the centre except it rained throughout our trip. One issue was water leaks, because of the rain. Mr Constantinos responded immediatelywhen we called him, but I see from previous comments this may have happened before. I understand he is getting it fixed. Totally recommend this bright and lovely flat otherwise :)

I liked the apartment. Fully consistent with the photos. Very cozy, a lot of interesting details in the interior, panoramic windows in the living room and great views. There is everything you need for cooking. As a bonus, coffee maker and toaster.) Free parking space is a big plus. Nearby are many cafes and a bus stop. To the embankment and large shopping centers 7-10 minutes drive, on foot about 2 km. Constantinos is a welcoming host. He answered promptly and gave clear instructions. Thank you, everything was great!

Great modern apartment in walking distance to city center and see shore, 15 minutes walk. Good furniture, very fast internet, fully equipped kitchen but without microwave oven. Gregoris was so kind to met us in person at 23:30! Can't recommend much Gregoris's apartment. Hope to rent it our next visit.

A great place for "quality-price", you live on one of the central streets with access to everything in several minutes. No noisy neighbors as it is a business tower, a lot of space, comfortable bedroom and small kitchen in case you want to cook smth from time to time. And all this for an adequate price. The place is very conveniently located, stylish, clean and ideal for budget accommodation. Andrea is really fast with communication and always ready to assist. It was one of the best stays and I really liked the fact that everything was within walking distance. All amenities were working without any issues. I would strongly recommend it either for business or pleasure or both.

The apartment is large, spacious, clean, has all the amenities. But there were minor breakdowns upon arrival: the lack of a door handle, an inoperative toilet, the blinds did not open in one of the bedrooms with access to the balcony, not a working TV. In winter it was a bit cool in the apartment. Not far from the promenade and near a supermarket. There were minor difficulties with finding the location of the building and unfortunately could not use the parking lot.

it was a really great place. located very well, close to the beach about 500 m -10 min walk, close to a large supermarket about 150 m - 3 min walk. close to city bus stops and Intercity buses to Larnaca and Nicosia. The apartment is very spacious and very quiet. it looks better in reality than the pictures on the offer. in short, it was my best Airbnb flat Ive ever rented

The apartment is excellent, there is everything you need and more. Umbrellas for the beach, children's toys, the TV is excellent, there is a smart TV, you can watch anything on the Internet, on a y-tube. Many rooms, each with a large closet. The balcony with a huge table is excellent, has become our favorite place for gatherings. Close to the beach, next to a very good supermarket, there is a cafe there, you can take away. The food is very tasty and very well priced. For example, 2 large chicken fillets in a batter with a side dish 4.99, trout with a side dish 5.99. Take away at 1 euro cheaper. On arrival we had problems with the address. This is the only thing that spoiled the impression ... and so we would come back and recommend to our friends!

Very modern building! Convenient remote controled entrance parking door, space of apartment is well used! Nice city view and convenient walking distance to the Marina and shoping area! We had nice stay!

Everything you want for a break in Limosal.

The apartment is clean and as promised in the pictures. A great bonus is the terrace and a parking lot. The street itself is not very lively in the evening in case you are getting home late in the evening.

Pavlos's apartment is clean and well located place to stay for a short or longer period in Limassol. Comfy bed, equipped kitchen. In winter it was warm enough in the aparment. Pavlos is attentive host responding quickly to any inquiries and requests. Check-in/check-out processes were smooth, parking is available, location is nice too. I can recommend the place to anyone staying in Limassol.

The place is located near a lot of amenities, the house is sparkling clean, and the accommodation was outstanding. Definitely recommend it for Limassol visitors.

Close to the Old Town, stylish, two windows with great views and clean place.

The apartment was as new, sparkling clean and technically super equipped. Even an adapter for German Schukostecker was available. We could park our rental vehicle within the house. For this we got a remote control to open the big entrance gate to the street. We gladly use the free offer to rent bicycles. The roof terrace with great views of the city and the sea was great for breakfast, this we had about 200m on the main road (bridge cross) at a bakery rolls and coffee worried. We especially liked the old town, with many great bars. We would always book again with Pavlos, who was always available and very helpful.

Wonderful bright and spacious apartment. The location is excellent: 2 minutes to the supermarket and 7-10 minutes to the beach. Near the beach there is a bus stop number 30, where for 1.5 euros you can get to the city center. The apartment has everything that is indicated in the description. Everything is in working condition. Everywhere is clean. Arrival independently, did not cause problems. The owner quickly answers questions. On arrival, we received pleasant compliments. We liked everything, we recommend this apartment to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vasso’s well appointed flat. It was comfortable, modern, very clean and well equipped. The private parking space was really useful, check in was straightforward, and we liked the location.

No complaints at all about this apartment. Great location, lovely and clean, comfy beds, great facilities and hosts. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect condition, there is everything to the smallest detail, and if you suddenly need something additional, the owner very quickly answers and helps with business and advice. Near the house there is always free parking space. for families with children, I note that the apartment has a cot, high chair and even a potty. Loved the apartment and the owner. We recommend it to everyone and thanks again to the owners for the cleanliness, hospitality and helpfulness !!!

This was a good place to stay for 2 weeks. Everything was working as expected (wifi, shower, kitchen stuff, etc), nothing to complain on. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and we slept very well. Location is okay, as you can easily reach both city center and highway with a car, and there is a parking space, so need in searching where to park on those narrow streets. Big supermarket is 5 minutes of walking away, and seashore in about 10 minutes. There were some minor issues with construction going nearby, but this was a temporary issue, as it is almost finished. Overall, as solid 5 star.

This was the third time that we were there, and we had another great time at Antis. The location is optimal in the city center, the price / quality ratio is neat, and the arrival times are extremely flexible. Antis respects our privacy, but is always there when we need it. Parking is, as in every inner city, a challenge.

Antis is very caring about his guests well-being. The place is in a fantastic location! We had all the basics we needed.

Antis was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable to help us with our check in and anything we needed. Very kind host & kindly recommend his home to stay in!
