Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Take a break and relax in our small, quietly located bird's nest with separate entrance on the outskirts of Kalenborn (5 km to the fountain town of Gerolstein, 7 km to the crime town of Hillesheim). Almost 40 square meters offer a spacious, sun-drenched living/dining room with small kitchen, small bedroom (bed 140 x 200) and small bathroom (shower 80 x 80 x 180). Opt. starting point for hikes and sightseeing (landlord Heinz is happy to give tips). We both only speak German. No pets due to own dog.

Welcome to our beautiful Blankenheim, which is 900 years old. Enjoy the natural beauty in a modern and cozy getaway around this historic place. The apartment is only about 300 meters from the famous hiking trail 'Eifelsteig.' Shopping such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are only about 2.5 km away. Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

Eifel Chalet with fantastic views

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

5-star feel-good vacation home "Eifellust"

Fancy the Eifel? The feel-good vacation home was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association e.V. in February 2024 according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification. In 2023, the house was further renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The house is ideally located for beautiful hikes, directly on the nature reserve. The nearby Eifelsteig hiking trails are also popular. The Eifel offers many excursions nearby and further afield.

Unser ehemaliger Bauernhof mit Traumblick liegt am Rande ein idyllisches Eifel-Dörfchen. Die zwei freistehende Holz-Ferienhäuser bieten Platz für insgesamt 18 Personen. Unsere sanierte Ferienwohnung "Hekla" bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Wohnung Hekla ist Teil vom Bauernhof-Haupthaus. Der Heidberghof liegt direkt am Waldrand. Es gibt kein Durchgangs-Verkehr. Auf dem Hof leben neben wir, eine holländische Familie, auch Islandpferde, Hunde, Katzen und Hühner.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the heart of the crime capital Hillesheim.
