It's been our 2nd stay at this wonderful villa, Vale and Roberto have been great hosts quickly replying to all our queries. We had an issue with the swimming pool lighting and it was fixed in a couple of hours after we let Roberto know. The villa is very spacious and comfortable and located just a few minutes away from supermarkets and main attractions. There is a heated swimming pool with several steps that we found very convenient because we travelled with little children. We will definitely come back again.

I spent my 21st birthday here with friends and it was lovely. Very spacious villa, great views, really clean. It has everything you need, I found three hair dryers even, loads of towels. Great location, typically 10-15 minutes to most places we visited. The host was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic place to relax

The villa was as expected from the photographs, located about a 10 minute walk from the nearest shop and a 30 minute walk from the beach/town (although taxis were only €5!). The space is great for communal living with friends or family and Alex who arranged to meet us was extremely helpful and contactable via wattsapp.

The apartment is amazing. It may be small but Bárbara has thought of everything! It was immaculately clean and the towels and bed linen were high quality. The sofa bed was comfortable and spacious enough for me and my sister. We loved the little apartment and would happily return!

Convenient location with easy access to Los Cristianos. Lively pubs within a short walking distance. Sofa Bed was easy to convert and was very comfortable, apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment to make your stay enjoyable. This was our second visit and we would certainly consider it again.

Very convenient location. There are no problems with the park. The car can be set opposite the window, or on neighboring streets. Inside the complex there are places where you can eat or buy sunblock. The apartment as a whole is in good condition. Everything you need is present. The fridge was a little noisy. Opposite there are restaurants, but after 24:00 no one is noisy. To SuperDino walk about 10 minutes. To the beach 15-20 minutes.

Loved this place perfect location close to everything you want bars ( Gaelic corner ) very good irish bar and many reastrants but just far enough away so its quiet. Very clean and every thing you need in the appartment will deffintley be going back

Gabriella was very communicative. She met our taxi and showed us to the apartment which was modern and very clean. The apartment is close to all amenities and night life, but isnt noisy. It is also a 5 min walk to the main promenade connecting los christianos to la caleta, a walk we loved

I would highly recommend Gabriella’s apartment in the centre of Las Américas Tenerife. Great selection of bars and restaurants nearby including The Tandoori Hut within 100 yards of the apartment, which I would highly recommend if you like Indian food. The apartment had a well appointed kitchen, TV, washing machine and a safe. Gabriella’s communication was good quickly answering any questions we had. Highly recommend .

An absolutely wonderful apartment in a great complex. The place was extremely clean and a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was really comfortable. Gabriella was a wonderful host and she made check-in and checkout easy and efficient. The pool is really nice and a sunbed costs only €2.50 for a full day and supplied by the nice and efficient pool master Miguel.

This was the second time in a row in the apartment. We again enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everything is neat and available. The location could not be better. If there is anything, it is immediately resolved (the kettle was broken, a new one was brought that same day). We were 4 adults this was enough for this apartment.

This apartment is lovely, it was very clean, in a great location- the beach is literally 3 mins away and close to the strip and all the restaurants and to supermarkets! The apartment was lovely and had enough space for 6 of us to stay there and there is a lovely outdoor seating area with grass, with better fans/air con this would be 6 out of 5 stars !!

Great bungalow with terrace and fabulous pool. The unbeatable location, near the beach and areas of interest. The apartment was fully equipped, the barbecue was great and the parking although it is limited in places we had no problems parking. The treatment by the host was excellent. 100% recommended

We were very lucky to find Mirian's apartment. It's location is perfect for exploring both Los Cristianos and Playa de los Americas. The views from the balcony over La Vista beach are simply amazing both day and night time. Mirian is a great host, great communications for our arrival and helped with anything you need when away on holiday.

Lovely quiet apartment, although in the center of the spa town. There is everything you might need on a trip. Great views, shops and the beach nearby. The only thing you have to be in good shape, a house on a raised platform and a high floor. But the look and privacy of five plus. The hostess is wonderful, always in touch and ready to help. Thank you Mirian for her hospitality. We will definitely come back here.

Appartment is perfectly located and Mirian is the perfect host. We spent great week there.

Superb apartment with stunning view over Playa de la Vistas. All local amenities close by so everything is really easy to get to. Finally Mirian is an excellent host offering local tips for restaurants and shops. All round excellent!

If you are not afraid of the fifth floor without an elevator and a daily climb up the hill from the beach to the apartments, then this place can be safely recommended to you. Indeed, one large terrace with stunning views of the ocean, Las Vistas beach and La Gomera island is just what it costs! In addition, you will feel privacy while being very close to crowded streets, cafes and restaurants. The only difficulty was to find a place to park the car.

The apartment is really nice, modern but still cosy. You can have breakfast and meals in if you wanted to as there are plates, cutlery, pans, microwave, kettle and a coffee maker available. We also found clean towels and even beach towels and beach umbrellas if you want to borrow them for your stay. The place was immaculate and the best part was obviously the balcony from where you can see the sea. Mirian is extremely nice, polite and helpful and she tried to meet all our needs after we had our Thomas Cook flight cancelled last minute. She made it a really pleasant stay and we will definately be back soon. Gracias Mirian!

I stayed in Mirian's apartment for 5 days with a friend of mine. The location is very central in los Cristianos, 15-20min and you're in las Americas. The only flaw is that to get there there is a road all uphill and then 4 floors without a lift to reach the attic. However, once you have reached the attic, you are aware of a view that pays for all the hard work! The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. My favorite thing was having breakfast on the balcony with the sea under my eyes. In addition, there is Mirian, a wonderful kind and extremely helpful person. The advice to everyone!

The appartement of Isabel is agreable, tidy, spacious living room, modern kitchen, nice balcony with garden view. We would have appreciate a larger size of the bed. We certainly liked the village Las Galletas at 10 minutes walk and which has plenty of nice restaurants, terraces and local people.

Nothing but praise for our stay at Isabel. The apartment was immaculate and Isabel regularly contacted us to find out if everything went as planned. She was a great hostess. She responded particularly quickly when we had questions. The location of the apartment is also a plus. Within walking distance of the town with excellent dining options. Shops are also very close. But we would not hesitate to book here again. Top class! We loved our staying in the apartment or Isabel. Everything was spic & span. Isabel was always available in case of need or questions. The apartment is situated at perfect spot. In the village nearby, you can find excellent restaurants with daily fresh fish. There is also a supermarket nearby, the Coviran, where you can find your daily goods. The interior of the apartment was nice and convinient. You can take your breakfast out-or inside, as you wish. Thank you Isabel for making our stay on the Island so beautifull.

Very nice stay in a nice apartment located in a quiet area, clean and monitored residence (airport not far but the noise is reasonable, it does not prevent sleep). The pool is quiet, clean and not crowded, access very guarded. The apartment has a very convenient location to enjoy the island but also quiet. It is located near a fishing port with restaurant bar ... tourist places like las america 15min by car and quick access to the highway to reach other points of the island (teide, Los gigantesque, Santa Cruz ....). Car recommended, but the bus stops next to the residence. A supermarket opposite, very convenient .... Isabel was very responsive to messages, very good communication. Thank you.

Cool! The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is five minutes walk from the center of town, the pool is very good, it is large and with sun loungers. The attention of Isabel has been very good, she gave us very good recommendations and we did not have any problems with the entrance or the exit. All very well! :)

What a beautiful and friendly area. There was always parking down the side of the complex and the pool was a favourite of my girls. Everything and I mean everything you’d like to do on the south side of Tenerife is within a half hour drive. The local food was good and again, everyone was so friendly. Much better to be slightly out of the very touristy areas I think but still close enough to get there before the beaches fill up. My daughters and I found the place larger than expected and very clean. We will be back!

We had such a lovely time at Anna and Dirks beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location, only 2 minutes from the bus station. The complex is quiet, and the pool area is a great place to relax. The flat is beautifully presented, everything is new, and the bed is so comfortable. We would highly recommend this place, it's totally amazing, we loved it. Thanks again Anna.....You were always on hand to answer questions too. See you again, we will be back for more winter sunshine :)

This apartment is really lovely. So stylish and contemporary. Great size and layout. Great location and lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The beaches are fantastic. Everything that you need to cook, with the addition of oils and tea and coffee etc which was great for us.... We will definitely book again. Anna was lovely, and very helpful....

Anna and Dirk's place was a wonderful place to stay at, the apartment is located at the heart of Los Cristianos with restaurants, supermarkets and beaches very close by. Anna and Dirk were also lovely hosts, offered to pick us up from the airport and showed us around the area and apartment, they addressed any problems we may have had.

We stayed at Andre and Olya's for one night before getting the ferry to La Gomera in the morning. The room and bathroom were cosy and clean and suited our needs perfectly. Andre was very friendly and welcoming, and the communication was good. As a bonus the neighbourhood was quiet, so we were able to get a good night's sleep !

This is a pleasant, clean room with a large private bathroom in an apartment complex on the outskirts of Los Cristianos, an easy 20 minute walk from the center of town. It had a nice small balcony overlooking a pool. The small refrigerator was handy for keeping cold drinks. Andre kindly provided a service to take us to the airport which we greatly appreciated at the end of our trip.

The flat is very central with lots of parking space and the accessible parts of the house are very clean. I only spent one night, so I didn't have a chance to speak to the host much (only at check-in and out), but we couldn't actually have a conversation anyway because his grasp of the English language was very poor. Apart from that, everything was just fine, I didn't have any problems at all and I suppose I would recommend the stay.

A very nice room located in a peaceful area of Los Cristianos. Everything was clean and tidy. Also there is a lovely balcony with the view to the swimming pool. Restaurants and the beach are within a short walk. Andre and Olya are very friendly and welcoming hosts.

The house in which the room is located is in a great location, you can walk to town, the beach and the harbor. The room is clean and friendly, the balcony to the courtyard with pool is great. There is water in the room as well as a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee, as well as Magdalenas. The bathroom is fully equipped. Andre and Olya were incredibly flexible when I registered at short notice. I can recommend the accommodation without restriction.

It was a good place, considering that it is in Cristianos, it’s a bargain. If you don’t have WiFi with you to communicate with them to check in, I suggest you ask in advance about check-in procedure. They were very quiet, and the room has a nice view of pool.

Carla is an excellent host great communications always quick responses and happy to help where she can. We had an issue due to TC going bust and we had to book new flights on different days and Carla assisted with ensuring we could get the dates we needed following the change in our booking. Carla met us at the complex at the time we agreed and showed us to the apartment and how everything works and answered any of our questions. Nice touch she left us a Christmas card some CAVA and chocolates and sent us a Happy New Year message. Carla also got in touch during our stay just to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is on a nice complex we have stayed here before so we knew it’s location where all the restaurants and bars are and also the walk up the hill home. Chrissy runs the bar in the complex and she is very pleasant and you can grab some light bites during the day. The apartment is like it looks in the photos although some areas are starting to age and could do with some attention. Provided beach towels are a good touch but like others have said the bathroom towels could do with being renewed. The bedroom is on the roadside so you do get some noise and the sun rises this side so it can get light in the room early. Nice balcony with 2 lounges unfortunately due to the time of the year the sun does not come on to that area. The pool area is kept well and is cleaned daily although I didn’t have a swim the water appeared warm when I dipped my feet in and plenty used it, also a small shallow pool for little ones. You have to purchase mats for the pool lounges at a cost of 2 euro a day. I would recommend this apartment and complex and would definitely stay here again.

Carlas place is great! Near all kind of restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches and friendly pleople! After 5 days at Carlas apartament we moved to the North of Tenerife to the hotel and we very much regret it. Carlas place was THE BEST, we want back to that place and recomend it to all others! The apartment was spacious and clean, and the wine on arrival was lovely. The balcony doesn’t get much of the sun but I found this to be great when the sun got too hot. The apartment is in a quiet area within a short walk to bars and restaurants. Carla was a great host. We would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely week at Carla’s apartment. Everything was great, the apartment is in a great location with everything you need nearby. Perfect for two people. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there is a pool at the apartment. There are also loads of restaurants nearby. Las Americas is also close and easy to get to by taxi. Carla was so helpful when we needed anything, would definitely come back to stay here again.

The apartment exceeded our expectation, being exactly as it appeared in the photographs. The wine and chocolates were a nice touch and the apartment was clean, with everything guests need - a powerful freezer and easy to use cooker and washing machine. The shower was great with constant hot water. Although there is no air-conditioning, the apartment is cool when the balcony door and bedroom window is open, so although we were worried about this, it wasn’t a problem at all. I loved the balcony and awning given the extremely hot sun, and I also liked the convenience of the amenities (both in the apartment, the pool downstairs and a supermarket on sight open 24 hours). We both loved that everything was nearby, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and even the events vendor was just across the road (although he wasn’t the friendliest person) - we used his facility to buy a underwater scooter (which was excellent) although the paragliding and jet-skiing package turned out to be pretty expensive and very badly organised through Tenerife water sports. It’s advisable to buy tickets on site as there are lots of vendors - we’d highly recommend bobdiving (underwater scooter) at Port Colon, which was well organised and the organisers friendly and accommodating. There is also a beach there and plenty of places to eat - the pizza there was the best I’ve tasted). The taxi rank was a couple of minutes walk away and an excellent market down the hill about 10 minutes walk (open on Tuesday and Sunday). A must visit is the Mongolian Chinese restaurant offering a buffet menu (all you can eat and the main is cooked in front of you from a choice of fresh meats and fish). Most of all, we loved the beautiful views from the apartment, which are breathtaking. As our first Airbnb experience, we were happy with our choice.

Very good value for money. Quality welcome even in the middle of the night (the plane was 1:45 late)! Well placed without being exposed to the noise of this very tourist area, the apartment has all the necessary. The washing machine is a plus of the same as the private parking space. We recommend without hesitation.

Apartment looks great, everything was clean and nice, it has everything that you need for vacation, we really liked it. The hosts were great and do us a favour to stay one night more since we had same passport problems. I would, definitely, recommend it!

The apartment of Patrizia and Marco ist very modern and clean, you have all what you need. It's located not far from the beach, and in few minutes walk there is a lovely café for Breakfast. Marco and Patrizia are very friendly and helpful hosts. For dinner we recommend the Pizza in Marco and Patrizias' Restaurant - it is delicious!!

Close to bus stand and have all amenities to stay..felt like home

We stayed for a whole month and were very satisfied :) As many others have said, the apartment is clean, well-equipped and the location is great. It's within walking distance from the bus station, the beach and lots of restaurants and shops (including a hypermarket, Tu Trébol). We also had a baby with us and as a pleasant surprise, the hosts had added a baby bed to the bedroom :) There's also very good WiFi in the apartment, you can watch all the Netflix you want.

Only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach Marco and Patricia were very helpful during the entire stay, even letting us keep our luggage in their restaurant (amazing pizza, by the way!) as we checked out a few hours before we left for the airport. The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything we could've wanted! We shall be back!

Great central location in Los Cristianos - a lovely quiet, spacious and stylish apartment.

There are a lot of steps up to the property but Angi insisted on helping which was extremely generous. It is only a short downhill walk into the centre of Los Cristianos

Tbis apartment is near the heart of Los Cristianos, with plenty of shops and restaurants closeby. We easily walked to the beach and harbor. The climb to the apartment is worth it when you see the town below. We were even able to climb higher to see stunning view at sunset. The apartment was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Angi was great and gave us great info at check in.

Despite arriving quite late, we were greeted at the apartment by Angi who was a fantastic, caring host who went above and beyond throughout our stay - always available and a great source of local knowledge. A place with a magnificent view of the balcony complete with chairs and a table. Slightly sultry living area due to the heat and the size of the passenger compartment but completely equipped with ventilation systems. Angi already provides an umbrella, a shopping cart, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, various detergents attached to appliances and a 24-hour service regarding advice and help from him without ever lacking in kindness. Suitable for people with cars or particularly eager to walk because of the numerous flights of stairs. As a couple we had a great time.

The place was great for our 2 weeks vacation for a family of 3. It had everything we needed and was pretty close to most of the places we wanted to go. Angi is a great host. She provided information about what we needed to know and extra tips about the area.

Ideally located apartment

You will not e disappointed with this apartment. 3 minutes walk to restaurants bars shops and the beach, and a beautiful view of the marina. Fabio and his son Davide are the best of hosts. Davide even organized transportation to and from airports, the Barranco Del Infirmio where we went on a long hike, and gave us input on the best restaurants including ones not so frequented by tourists.

The host is friendly and gave us good tips. The appartment itself is nice, but it is a pitty there is a reconstruction going on next to appartment (nothing host can really affect, but I would prefer to know about that before our stay).

We were attended by Davide, Fabio's son. Very attentive and very nice. We explain many things to do in Tenerife and what places to visit. The apartment is perfect. Cerquisima of the beach of the Christians. Perfect to relax and enjoy food and night. 15 minutes by car from the airport.

The reception of his son Davide was excellent, he explained the operation of the apartment and gave us excellent advice on what to see and where to eat. Location of the apartment excellent and identical to the photos seen on the site. We stayed a week from 11 to 18 August and everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better.

The apartment was super clean, one of the best I have been to, many details such as kitchen utensils, toilet paper, shampoo, washing machine soap and many etc ... The very detailed welcome and also has parking since parking there is complicated. Communication with both great and very attentive. I would return without a doubt.

Great accommodation for one person. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, household appliances, spices for cooking, sunblock, shampoos and even beach items. The apartments are located on the mountain, but the city center is a minute's walk. It remains only to get used to climb and go down the stairs. I am very pleased with the stay and I recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling alone.

Maury was a very good host, flexible and helpfull. The studio was clean and good equiped. We can recomend it.

Mury is a good host nice of him to put a small christmas tree and festive tablecloth in the apartment for us at christmas ,the apartment is only five minutes from the town centre and ten minutes from the beach we will certainly go back.

The room has a private balcony with very nice views onto the apartment complex swimming pool area. There are chairs and a coffee table too. In the room are tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery, a plate and bowl, and a fridge. It's well equipped considering the room is advertised without kitchen. I had the bathroom all to myself since there was no other guest at that time. It felt more like a good value hotel room, with a friendly host to speak to every now and then.

Sooooo happy with my stay at Selena's place! Such an outstanding host! And her place is fantastic - sparkling clean, just minutes away from the beach and restaurants. And the building has a pool as well. Hope to be back, and next time I'm sure enough staying at Selena's place.

Excellent stay. We had a perfect week with Claudia as a host. She was very carefull with our needs, gave us local tips for places to go, restaurants to eat. More over she prepared a very nice paella to us for dinner in one day ( she is right , you can search for but you will never find a better paella then her in a restaurant) 😁 Thank you for entire week!

A great place to stay. I Was staying here for 3 nights while doing hikes in the mountains and in the southern coast. Unfortunately, I did not have time to visit the Pool but it looked very clean and there were people sunbathing. The Room was very clean, bed comfortable and bathroom clean. I would like to stay here again when visiting Los Cristianos next time!

We had a great week at Claudia's. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and pleasant. Claudia made us very welcome at her place by offering us local cuisine and not only. She was very available and advised us on tips for the island. The only small downside, we who are not smokers, were sometimes the slight smell of cigarettes.

A good place for couples who want to spend their holidays on the beaches of Las Americas, Las Cristianos or generally in the south of Tenerife. Claudia rents beautiful cozy rooms in apartments in a quiet place. She is an artist and designer, and the whole apartment is decorated by her independently. Here you can have breakfast on the veranda overlooking the ocean or, if you wish, spend time by the pool inside the courtyard. And Claudia will tell you what to see on the island, since she herself has been living there for a long time and knows everything.

Outstanding hospitality from Claudia and truly one of the nicest and caring woman you could care to meet. Nice little welcome gift and note made the start of my stay that extra bit special and the warmth I received was amazing, lift into town to do sine shopping and also to the bus station when time to go home! Stunning views from the terrace which I got to use every morning....Claudia really does make you feel at home! I will be back :-))

Staying with Claudia has been always relaxed and lovlingly. The room looks like showed on the pictures. Furthermore it was clean and unused. She gives one some special hints for restaurants and nice places to visit. Claudia always made sure that we have a good time and also she tried her best that we feel like beeing at home.

We were the first ones to be on the Clau flat. Clau was so nice and gave us some tips to discover Los Cristianos. The room was very clean, we had our own bathroom and it was very good to have breakfast on the terrasse ! The flat is not on the city center so it is quiet area (it is around 15min to the beach by walk). Thanks again Clau for your welcoming !

Had a lovely time at Christina apartment ,it was very stylish exactly like the photos we stayed for one month the complex is very quiet with a lovely Pool area.Chritina met us as arranged showed us everything we needed to know really lovely lady .The location is hilly but we knew that when we booked, taxis are around 4 euros into town. Fantastic studio apartment that was equipped with everything you would need for a stay and very clean and the storage was great so no reason to be climbing over luggage. Lovely walk down to the beach but not ideal for older people walking back up as it gets very steep towards the end but taxis are 4€ from los Cristianos.

Nice place! Clean, open, and close to restaurants. The pool closed at sunset so we didn’t get a chance to swim during our stay, but it looked very nice.

Beautiful apartment well located 5-10min from the beach and many restaurants on the coast. Clean place and easy access for couple or family. Many activities at very affordable prices, including diving, kayaking, jet skiing or Quad to the volcano of Teide.

We stayed for 10 Days at Fran´s apartment and it was a real pleasure! It`s comfortable and cosy, so that it almost feels like home :) Communication with Fran was fast and easy. He`s a very attentive and caring host! The aparment is located in a very nice area with beach, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Everything is easily reachable by foot. And if you aren`t in the mood to go out, the balcony is perfect for relaxing in the evening :) We really had a great time at Fran`s apartment during our vacation and we highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here! The communication was good. He apartment is in a GREATNESS location. A very modern air bnb with great balcony! Had tin foil, some containers etc which helped! Also also salt and pepper and shower gel. We had a fantastic time! Just note that the key lock can we quite stiff :)

We had a wonderful vacation at Fran's place. Everything is as it is shown in the pictures, even better. Apartments are cozy and the terrace is just huge where you can take a sun bath :) Fran is a great host! Area where apartment are located is very convenient with plenty shops where you can get everything you need. It's about 15 minutes walk to the ocean and along the way you will find food shops/markets/restaurants/ice cream shops/pharmacy. Also along the way it is possible to buy beach towels, sun spf creams, sun glasses, hats etc. Can't even imagine what you can need that can't be reachable there :) And of course plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes etc. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment was perfect for our stay at Los Cristianos. It was very comfy, very clean, it has a huge balcony, close to shops, supermarkets and the beach. Fran even arranged us a taxi on the way back and we had a great communication. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tenerife.

We stayed in Fabio's studio for five nights, the apartment is really bright with a spacious and usable balcony for having breakfast outside. The location is fantastic, literally a stone's throw from the center of Los Cristianos but far enough from the people. We really enjoyed having found everything so thoroughly cleaned and the kitchen well equipped. You can't expect better

We stayed at Fabio’s apartment for 9 nights. He waited on the street of our apartment to take our bags and show us into the room. He gave us a well detailed list of recommendations of places to eat and things to do which was very helpful. The apartment was spotless, the sofa bed was comfier than expected and the shower was powerful but a little small. The location in Los Cristianos is brilliant; less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops and 5 minutes walk to the main bus stop to get you anywhere on the island!

Very nice and cosy apartment. Great location, just ~10 minutes slow walk to Playa las Vistas, which I like a lot :) From the balcony you can see bit of a sea and mountains. There are parking places close to apartment to drop your car. Fabio is a great host! Smooth and quick checkin and checkout. Fabio also shared very good tips on best restaurants and places to see. Highly recommended! The flat is located basically in the city centre, literally 5 minutes walk to the beaches and promenade, which we’ve found very convenient. The host and his son Davide, were very helpful and friendly. They were responding to our messages very quickly. We have been given many useful tips about places worth to see and things to do in general. The flat was cozy, spotless clean and it looked exactly like on the pictures (maybe a bit smaller) but still ideal for a couple. Free parking on the street. Sometimes it was hard to find a space but it’s not something uncommon to this area, and we’ve been always finding something eventually. I have no doubt that we would book this apartment again for our next holiday in Tenerife :)

Near walking distance to the village's large beach (with unfortunately too few sunbeds!) Simple well-functioning centrally located apartment with constant sea noise on floor 4, lift. Excellent check-in and check-out. Next to the entrance is a small grocery store with nice staff. + is bl. a. central location, balcony view, water pressure in the shower. - the chairs are uncomfortable on the balcony, hard beds. The courteous host Jose responds quickly. Good choice!

You find a simply apartment but perfect to send a good holiday

Excellent sized apartment, clean and bright with good space inside and on the patio. Very quiet setting and an easy 10 minute walk to the main seafront. Large supermarket very close by and only 4 euros in a modern cab from the town back at night if you are unable to walk.. plenty of towels and blankets in the wardrobe, a washer and a dishwasher all help make life easy. The patio has an eating area with a settee on it as well, sun loungers are there and the sun hits it from dinner till bedtime.. we would go again in a heartbeat. Paul is a good host and even picked us up and dropped us off from the airport (fee but less than a cab)

A lovely spacious apartment within a quiet complex but only a 10 minute walk to the sea front bars and restaurants of Los Cristianos. A fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and also a washing machine . Good powerful shower. The real bonus is the large balcony with sun beds. Although the sun doesn’t get onto the balcony till after noon. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay but within easy reach of the bars and shops.

They agreed to an earlier check-in time, helped quickly when we got a problem with Internet connection in the apartment and were available, when we needed them. Their apartment is perfect for 2 travellers / a couple and has everything one needs during vacation. The apt complex is clean, well maintained and quiet. The location is perfect for people who do not want to stay in the middle of tourist crowds and noisy parties. The beaches are near enough for walking there. We certainly recommend!

Me and my friend spent 7 nights at Alek and Eugenia’s place !! It just was the perfect choice for us , we found the apartment to be much better than what we expected , very spacious for 2 people . They also had smart tv which was great , we watched friends whilst cooking dinner on a few nights . The place is close to a playground where lots of locals play football and other sports and you can join in . Also very close to the high street of the town with shops supermarkets restaurants barbers and so on .

Everything was just wonderful, quiet localization, 100 meters bus stop, minimarket, walk another 100 meters and a large supermarket. Go to the beach for about 7 minutes. I really liked the beach, the entrance to the water is sandy. The apartments themselves are clean and comfortable. The hosts are very hospitable: they all told, showed and answered our questions. We hope to come again. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay in Tenerife. Beach, shops, restaurants are near, easy to reach by walk (2-10 mins). Ocean view is quite nice and it is good to have a swimming pool right under the window. Flat has everything which is needed (good wifi, netflix, washing machine, nice balkony). Only negative thing is the loud kareoke somewhere in the neighbourhood, but that is really a minor issue compared to how good it is to stay there. Thank you Rafael for the opportunity!

The staying at Rafael's appartment was perfect for disabled people! My family absolutely enjoyed the area where the flat is. There is a small not crowded beach near to hotel which was a nice surprise for us. Highly recommend for calm & comfortable vacation.

Lovely apartment. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. To the sea 2 minutes on foot. During high tide, they were engaged in snorkeling directly opposite the apartments. Also opposite is a great place for fishing, for those who are fond of. The main sandy beach of Las Vistas is 15 minutes walk along the promenade. There are many different restaurants within walking distance. And very close to the Dino supermarket, it is very important. In Merkadone did not go. The Iceland English supermarket is located on the ground floor, but there we only bought ice cream. They always returned to the apartment as if to their home. The owner was always in touch, chatted through the wats app. Many thanks to Raphael for the hospitality.

About the apartment: Good location, not so far from main points, the same time enough quiet place. Private parking for a rent car -- it's very useful. Very difficult to find any empty parking place around =) The apartment is fully equipped and has everything what you need and also more (multimedia things). 100% satisfied...

We lived in an apartment for three weeks. I and two children. Excellent clean well equipped apartments. There is everything necessary for life. Very cozy. Thanks to the steam generator to maintain cleanliness was not difficult. The floor below is an English grocery store. Opposite spanish. Everything you need for cooking is available. Raphael always answered our Messages. We are satisfied. A bit far from the sandy beach. But we went without problems.

Everything was clean in the apartment, the apartment is very well equipped. The accommodation is a wonderful base for a beach holiday and walks along the beach promenade. The only downside to the good location is that you hear the loud music from the karaoke bars every night until midnight. The communication with Rafael is very pleasant.

The apartment is in an ideal location for local cafes and bars but just a 10 minute walk gets you to the beach. The apartment is large and airy, we enjoyed our daily breakfast on the balcony before heading out to one of the many cafes nearby for a second breakfast! The apartment was immaculate on our arrival. There were plenty of fresh towels and a washing machine was in the apartment also. Marco had left us a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge - much appreciated! We ate a few times in Mario's Italian restaurant below our apartment and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment and hope I get the opportunity to use it again in the future

100% pleasant experience! Check-in was very easy. Location was in center of everything, about 7 minutes walk to the beach, but not too noisy and totally quiet in the night. We absolutely loved the kitchen and the small, but stylish bedroom. All was perfectly clean and we had everything for cooking, so we felt like at home. The wifi connection was also good. It was so nice to enjoy our breakfasts and the Christmas Eve dinner on the balcony. My boyfriend brought a small christmas tree and then we discovered that there were even all the decorations for the tree in the appartement. So we had fantastic time! The communication with Patricia was nice and quick and I just left the keys to the kitchen table for check-out. Muchas gracias por todo! Definitivamente volveremos a comer pizza:)

Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived late night, but Marco met me anyway and let me in. Place is walking distance from the beaches, both Los Cristianos and Los Americas. Tenerife is wonderful place, and I remember staying there with warm in my heart :-)

Comfortable bed, gracious hosts, good coffee in the morning on the balcony, what more could one want? Maybe lots of free parking and use of the kitchen. We loved the hosts' dry sense humor.

I came to Tenerife for a cycling experience and stayed at Naolle's place for 3 days. The place location is just outside of Los Cristianos city centre (20 minutes by foot, be prepared for steep climb:) ) but still close to all the necessary amenities. Naolle's place is great, includes access to tennis and swimming pool (which we did not use in the end, but it is located just in front of the house). Old city centre of Los Cristianos offers much better experience than the new one, small tapas bars, access to the beach etc. For biking enthusiasts I would recommend Bike Point rental located 10 minutes by car from Naolle's place - amazing bikes for reasonable prices. We were able to use Naolle's spare room to store the bikes overnight. Overall: One of the best Airbnb's we have ever been, spotless clean, separate private bathroom. We will definitely come back! Thanks for having us

Great contact with the owners. They were always nice and helpful. The location is very practical: it is not far from the center but not loud either. You can use the kitchen and balcony without any conflicts. If you don't want to leave the neighborhood there are swimming pool, tennis court and a great garden available. I recommend it to everyone who looks for quiet base in Los Cristianos.

Noelle and her husband are very kind people and absolutely great hosts. I had a wonderful time and an amazing stay! You are free to use their nice fully equipped kitchen (with nespresso machine and cups) and have your own bedroom and spacious bathroom. You live in their house, but they will make you feel at home without disturbing your privacy. Small supermarket on walking distance, if you want something bigger you’ll need a car or the bus. Totally recommended all in all!

I stayed at Noelle’s house for a couple days while visiting Tenerife; the experience was as good as you could ever hope for from an Airbnb. Besides the house being very nice, what made the stay really worth it was Noelle and her husband Steve. They were both so welcoming and made you feel right at home. When I arrived in Tenerife, I was planning on taking the bus to the closest stop and then walking the rest of the way (it’s only a 15 min walk but it’s all uphill). A day before checking in, Noelle actually offered to pick me up at the bus stop. She didn’t have to do this but it speaks volumes to the kind of host she is. If I ever return to Tenerife, I would certainly stay here again.

Christian’s studio was absolutely perfect for me. It was close to the beach, to catch the ferry to La Gomera, and lots of restaurants. For being “close to the action” it was very quiet at night. It was spotless and had everything I needed in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely flat right in the centre of Los Cristianos. Only 5 mins to the Main Strip. Supermarket right across the road. The flat has a nice wide king bed. Toilet and shower are compact but very functional. Kitchen is nice and also does it’s job. Lovely to sit on balcony during the day. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a few days away

The information provided by the landlord was easy to reach and quickly find the studio. We found a bright and modern one-room apartment in which we found everything we needed. The location is sensational: the apartment is in a quiet area and just two streets away is the Los Cristianos beach promenade. The host was always available to answer questions. We can recommend this studio without hesitation and would love to come back!

This was an amazing place to stay! Everything is nearby, including a supermarket around the corner, the beach a 20 minute walk, the bus terminal a 5 minute walk, and the airport is a 15-20 min taxi ride or bus away. The only two things I would like to say are that they only give one set of keys, so as a group of 4 adults that made it a little difficult to split up, and there can only be two users on the WiFi at once. We did not have a problem with that, seeing as it was vacation and we weren’t on our phones a lot anyway, but it is something good to know before you decide to book. All in all though it was a great vacation and if I were to come back I’d book with Anna and Dirk again definitely. And they also give trips to and from the airport with reasonable fees. 😊

Very lucky to be able to book this apartment, the location is good and quiet. I chose a lot of hotel apartments before, they felt too shabby, this newly renovated is very beautiful, and there is a complimentary wine. The only small drawback is that the hot water is not enough.

The flat is as it appears in the photographs (all very modern and very clean, in addition to having all the necessary comforts) and the terrace gives you life. If I returned to Tenerife I would return to that apartment without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location. You’ll wake up to the most amazing view. Everything is within walking distance. We went to the beach each day. I couldn’t find any English speaking tv channels, but we haven’t traveled to watch tv. The host always gave quick response to messages, and gave clear instructions for how to gain access to the apartment. We would stay here again in future. 👍🏻

We spend five weeks in this apartment. The check in was very smooth and communication with Margarita very easy. The apartment was clean and there was everything you need to prepare some food. The bed was comfortable and the sea view was just wonderful! As it was a combination of work and vacation for us we were really happy for the quick and stable internet connection. The location is good, only a 5 minutes walk to Los Cristianos Beach and som 10-15 minutes to Playa Las Vistas. We also enjoyed the pool area. There were a lot of nice restaurants very close by. (Try the Mongolian restaurant on Avenida Amsterdam!) We already miss the view of the sea and the three palm trees in front of the house and we will definitely come back to this apartment again!

Amazing apartment in a wonderful location. The pool area is beautiful and the area is very quiet at night. Could not recommend this place enough.

The contact with the host was very friendly and the handling (check-in & check-out) uncomplicated. The property does this again, as described in the ad. It is all necessary as toaster, pans, hair dryer, etc. available. The view from the balcony to the sea is fantastic. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. The use of the pool was no problem and a pleasant cooling. We had a nice holiday in Tenerife and a great place to stay. We'll be back!

Everything went smoothly. The keys were deposited in a safe at the door. The communication via WhatsApp was flawless and fast in case of queries. You have everything you need and to get to the beach you only have to walk around the house once. The apartment is in a very well maintained complex with a reception desk ... you have the impression in a well-kept friendly hotel to go and then a complete Apartment to be found :-) A very nice break!
