We have spent one week in this marvelous apartment! Everything was perfect! Fully equipped! All you need is at hand. The sound of the waves at night and the view of the sea in the morning just like a dream!! We totally recommend it, and would definitely come back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you need. We did struggle with not having aircon or a fan big enough as found the nights very warm. Location was great and the views. Everyone was friendly and having parking and a local shop was very convenient.

We had a wonderful time at Maria's place - a totally new apartment recently refurbished with everything that you would need. We enjoyed the location, right near the ocean, you can hear the waves while laying in the most confortable bed I ever tryed. The balcony is offering a great view while enjoying breakfast. Amazing apartment with a splendid view of the Ocean! Maria & Barbara are excellent hosts, very available for anything that you may need, the apartment is very clean and well equipped, exactly as in the description. The apartment is very close to the beach, in a very quiet and secure area, the balcony is a big plus as you can really enjoy having a launch or a glass of wine and seeing the ocean and feel the breeze. There are shops, restaurants, market near the apartment so you can organize the stay very easily. Everything was perfect during our stay, there is really nothing we could criticize, we strongly recommend this apartment as it’s the perfect place to be hosted in Los Cristianos. A big thanks to Maria & Barbara and my warm recommendation to other travellers to choose this place without any hesitation.

Beautiful new apartment in which has everything you need for a full rest! 2 minutes walk to the beach, many restaurants and shops, its parking. Sea view was the best, so close to the sea we never lived!!! Very friendly owners!!! This is the best apartments in which we stayed!!! Suggest each to choose this apartment, you will not regret!

Overall this is a property I can recommend if you want to stay close to the beach and other tourist areas. Let's start with the cons. It was very hot when we stayed there, around 30 in the day and 24 at night (and humid). There is no AC in the apartment so it got really hot during the day and night. The host did buy a fan when we told her about the heat, but an AC is important during the summer months. I don't imagine this being a problem if you visit in months like December. The apartment is very close to the sea. The sounds from the sea were nice when the wind was calm, but most of the times the wind wasn't calm so the sounds were just a loud noice. Something to keep in mind if you plan on leaving windows open during the day or night (you need to do this during the night because if it's hot). Now on the the pros. The apartment is brand new and well furnished. It was very clean when we arrived. We felt safe during our stay. Parking was free and private in a gated parking lot. The host is wonderful and very responsive to messages. So to wrap it up, I wouldn't stay here again, mainly because I don't like being in the tourist area, but also because having an apartment with AC is important to me. That doesn't mean I don't recommend the apartment tho. If you are craving to be close to the beach, and you are not visiting in the summer months, then this is a perfect place.

The apartment is situated on the foot of Los Cristianos promenade and beaches making this apartment the most perfectly located accommodation. It's a brand new furnished apartment and we had the luxury of being one of the first to stay here. Maria made our welcome very relaxing, we picked up the keys and it even has private gated parking which made it more reassuring to keep our rental vehicle in safe keeping. There are lifts within the building to take us up to the top (5th floor) to the apartment. The building is kept clean by caretakers. The views from the room are beautiful and scenic. We could see the beach and harbour from the bedroom and balcony which made it a picturesque stay. Throughout the day and night we could listen to the waves as the building sits right on the edge of the shore. The building can be seen when travelling out to sea and it really stands out. It's situated in the most perfect location so getting to the beaches and the promenade is a few meters walk. Also nearby are useful supermarkets and pharmacies. Everything needed is within a few steps walking distance. In the apartment was also plenty of amenities and useful facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, washing stand, ironing stand and iron, Hoover and many cleaning products. The bathroom is spacious and the shower runs hot instantly (not that you need it on a hot island). All in all we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely book this apartment when we revisit Los Cristianos. We recommend his apartment above all others and especially hotels if you really want to experience Los Cristianos and it's charismatic neighbourhood.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in dem Appartment bei Maria. Es war jedesmal wie "nach Hause" kommen. Wir wurden von ihrer Freundin Barbara ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Sie hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und und gesagt wir können uns jederzeit melden wenn etwas sein sollte. Das Appartment ist genauso wie auf den Bildern - wenn man dort ist eigentlich sogar noch viel schöner - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Super sauber und komplett neu renoviert! Da unser Flug bei unserer Rückreise erst etwas später ging und Maria an dem Tag keine Gäste erwartete durften wir das Appartment sogar später verlassen. Kontakt sowohl mit Maria als auch mit Barbara war immer sehr sehr nett. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen Danke Maria und Barbara für alles!

We spent 3 days with Kate and Denise and it was the perfect closing of a 7 week trip around the canary islands. We booked for an entire home which was on this listing, but ended up in a private room at Kate's. It was disappointing to learn and feel. We tried to work it out for a few days, however, it didn't work for us especially as a couple, since we love our privacy. Kate was very welcoming along with the rest of her family and made us feel at home. The house was big, the garden was nice with fruits and flowers, the kitchen was airy and the family dog and cats were friendly. The room where we stayed had an en suite which was a relief otherwise we wouldn't have stayed even for the night. The bed linens were full of dog hairs and when we spoke to Kate about it, her son apparently had dropped it on the floor! We were not happy about this since they could have changed it right there and then. The floor under the bed was full of dog hairs and the floors were not that clean either and clearly have not been cleaned before or during the arrival, good thing we had our own slippers and own bed sheets! The room also smelled of dogs. When you don't have pets this smell is very strong and the room has only a small window with little fresh air coming through. Living room where the tv is , was occupied with the family of course and so it was a bit awkward to watch with them. Kitchen was big, so we were able to cook our own food and we were also given some space in their fridge. To note that also in the kitchen, there were even hairs on the dining table. We didn't have a problem with parking our car as we were able to squeeze it in their garage as we didn't trust to leave it in the open street. My husband got to use the hot tub only once because the rest of the time, she was cleaning it till we left. Basically we were their first guest's in their house hence the shortcomings. Hopefully they can be ready on their next one's! Thank you Kate.

Outstanding; Kate and Denise were amazing hosts. Room and bathroom very clean. Better than the pictures on Airbnb. Large kitchen and beautiful terrace and garden. Very good communication, helpful, and a lot of tips about the island. Denise and Kate are professional masseuses , so if you fancy a relaxing time or spa treatment, they have a discount for guests. Lovely breakfast, and good morning time spent with hosts . The only thing to remember is that you need a car. The place is about 20 min from closest bus station. (at least what the map says.) One of the greatest experiences i've ever had. The inside if the bus is amazing and lovely designed with a lots of details. We also enjoyed the shower you can install fast outside of the volkwagen. Its an old bus with the original drivingfeeling, so it took me a while to get a good feeling controlling the van. Fabio and Simona are great hosts explaining everything you should know about the campingbus. We are looking forward to rent Wendy again next year.

We really enjoyed staying at Alejandro's place. View from the balcony is amazing, looking at the ocean, palm trees and beach every morning is something, that you will appreciate. Apt was clean, close to the beach (5 min on foot, just know there's a bunch of stairs on the way down), cozy. The only problem was sometimes with water - the water pressure seems to go up and down during the day, but other than that everything was perfect! If you're looking for a place to stay on Tenerife, I can honestly recommend Alejandro.

Apartamento cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y negocios. Dispone de todo lo necesario para el día a día. Un buen ambiente y zonas comunes con encanto. Satisfechos con la estancia.

The house is amazing. Its very spacious and the area is beautiful. Its also very quiet , which made relaxing by the pool amazing. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

This Villa doesn't need much words: it is simply spectacular and photos can't fully express what you perceive with your eyes! The pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area and the view just to mention few excellent features of this villa. The house is well modern decorated, complete of all necessary amenties (e.g. aircon, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, several sofas, etc). It is located in a secluded and quite area, few minutes driving from the lively Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. Ivan (Marco's co-host) was really helpful and available in anything we needed, also allowing us to checked-in earlier as well. Definitely recommended for any type of vacation!

The house Marco put us up in was not the original one we booked though he did give us sufficient notice before we accepted the alternative. The new house was better than we expected, the photos did not do this house justice. The pool, the jacuzzi, the BBQ, and the relaxation areas were all excellent. The help at check-in was very good and basically, all 17 of us who went would definitely like to go back and stay in the same house. Thanks a lot. We had no issues with travelling, but the house was on a hill and it's not a short walking distance from anything other than a couple of restaurants/"ventas". But taxi's are cheap and within a short drive there is absolutely everything, including Siam Park.

Villa esagerata, arredata con classe, molto funzionale. Leggermente fuori dal centro di Las Americas, ma comodissima se in possesso di un mezzo. Un'oasi di lusso e serenità.

Nice to have a place to stay within a reasonable price and is fairly close to everything.

Prior to our arrival alzbeta kept in contact but on the day of check in we realised that she had messaged to say she wouldn't be able to meet us.. so we had to travel 6'miles to her husbands restraunt to collect the keys. We had to park over half a mile from the accommodation.. when we entered there was no toilet roll in the bathroom and the bath was stained. The pictures are better than the accommodation

Alzbeta was super nice and she made me fell like at home! Pool was great as well! Highly recommending this apartment.

The apartment is exactly how it appears in the photos. It is clean, has great storage and all the amenities. The view is great and the location is just a short walk from the main strip, but has plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. We absolutely loved the apartment and would definitely return. The apartment was lovely and clean, close to everything needed. Maria's friend greeted us from taxi and took us up and was available for any questions. The only thing was it gets hot at night and if your like me and get bitten by mosquitoes so cant sleep with the door open, take a little fan as there is no air con.

Pascal and Xenia are very kind people. Very helpful and not intrusive. Their little house is perfectly located in Los Christianos, super quiet but not far from the city center and the beaches. The room and the private bathroom were super clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend this place!

Xenia and Pascal have been very nice and helpful hosts, and made every effort to give us a great time! Rooms simple, tidy and clean, nice bathroom and balcony, and a pool to cool down if you like. It's a quiet, residential area, so ideal if you fancy to rest after a night out.

Visiting Pascal and Xenia was like visiting old friends. They are extremely welcoming and friendly and will do anything to make their guests feel comfortable. The room was spacious with lots of storage space for clothes. The balcony offered great view on the pool and the sea in the distance. It was quite warm on the last 3 days (34 degrees) but it never felt warm in the room and at night. The fridge was especially great to store some cold beers. I warmly recommend this place and praise the hospitality of these great hosts :):)

Apartment looks exactly as on pictures - it is beautiful, light and clean. The view from balcony is even better. There are everything you need in the apartment: toaster, coffee machine, dishes, towels for beach, iron, hair dryer, etc. Bed is big and very comfortable. There is no air-condition but it was comfortable to sleep. Christian is a welcoming host. We did not met in person, but he usually text us if everything is ok. We arrived late at night and Christian lest us food for breakfast and bottle of champagne. Apartment has good location - you can reach everything in Las Americas or Los Christianos by foot in 10-20 minutes. Adeje is located a little father. Nearest beach was on reconstruction so we went to biggest beach at Los Christianos (the one with fountain - it is very clean and big). There was a big parking slot in front of the building - very convenient. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

My partner and I stayed in Christians apartment for the last two weeks in August and had an amazing time. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea front and every morning you wake up feeling in paradise. The apartment is fully equipped with all the appliances you need such as washing machine, iron, cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The Veronica's strip with all the bars is not more than a 10min walk away. The main strip of restaurants and hotels is only a 5min walk and Los Christianos is only a 7-10min walk! The only downfall for the apartment for us is that the apartment needs air-con as it can get stuffy at night although Christian does provide a fan for the bedroom. Overall had a fantastic holiday in this hidden gem apartment. Just some tourist info, if your looking to get the bus to the airport because it is much cheaper only 7 euros for two people and it only took 25mins. The bust stop is when you come out the apartment your turn right and its the bus stop on that side of the road. The number of the bus is 450. Also if your looking to book excursions the best and cheapest is Jesus excursion and its located at the end of Los Christianos beach, two lovely women run the stand and always give the best deals! Hope this was helpful and have a lovely trip!

The place is very clean and has everything you may need during your stay (safe, washer, dishwasher, wifi, two tv sets, iron, microwave, toster, coffee maker, kettle ... kitchen is fully equiped. Cristian is a good host ... before my arrival i ask for a floor standing fan as my consern was a possible heat insude without AC, and the fan was provided ... one day i could not open the safe and Cristian fixed a problem the next morning. The place is good for a couple or a solo traveler. Fantastic view from a balcony. Good location, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach, and "gold mile". There are several grocery stores near by around. Bus stop is close. Location is save, there is a pocice station across the street. The cons: (it is not the host fault!) The builder made a window in a bedroom facing the stairs area infront of elevator, so I kept the window closed for reasons of security, possible noise, and possible smell if somebody smokes on stairs. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean, there were a couple of beers for us in the fridge, apples and bread when we arrived. Christian text us early to let us know we could go in earlier than expected. Location was brilliant, walking distance from both Playa and Los Christianos, bars, restaurants and supermarket. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to everyone. This was our first Airbnb experience and I cannot imagine going back to stay in hotels !!

La casa è in una posizione ottima perché vicino al mare e al centro (5minuti a piedi), zona tranquilla, vista mare. La casa è molto pulita e vicino alle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Con ogni tipo di elettrodomestico e di comfort.

Monik is a fab host! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool area was fabulous with a little bar for drinks and snacks. Ideally located near the beaches, restaurants and bars but in a quiet residential complex. Although I had car it wasn't necessary as most things are within walking distance. Will be booking this apartment on my next trip to Las Americas.

Monik was a great communicator and replied straight away. She was waiting for us on arrival and was very helpful. The apartment is secure, clean and within walking distance to shops and bars. The outside area is great and the bathroom is well equipped. Definitely a great place to stay in Tenerife :-)

My friend and I had a great journey in Monik's place. The flat was even better than in picture, spacious, really clearn, with really nice furnitures and decoration and the plus, a huge terrasse to have an aperitif. Furthermore, Monik is a super nice host which was really talkative and fastly answering. She even proposes to pick us up from the airport. Very practical if you didn't rent a care. I definitely recommend this place and its host to any travellers who wants to spend vacation time in playa de los americas.

Great apartment, very comfortable and with high standard. Great and kind hosts :) In July it's not very hot inside, so I even didn't have to use the fan. This was my second visit in this studio and not last I hope. For sure I'll visit Tenerife at least once more :)

Beautiful home, shower sprays a bit so be careful. Wifi was great, host was excellent. The kitchen comes with everything you need and there is a great all you can eat buffet 4 min walk away. Close to Siam Park and The monkey park and also has a shared pool downstairs. Would recommend.

Nice studio. Nice complex. Excellent location, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance but still nice and quiet. Studio had everything we needed. Carmen and Antonio were very helpfull. Wifi is excellent. Tv only has Spanish channels.

The apartment is close to the bus station. We gave a quick call to Carmen, and she came with the keys within 10 minutes. She was very nice and friendly, and explained us everything we needed to know. The apartment is really great: clean, cosy, close to the beach (15 mins walk), great WiFi. We really appreciate the extra towels and bedclothes. The shared pool is useful too. Highly recommended for two people!

Me and my friend Julie had a great time staying at Geremy's place! The place is located perfectly next to a super market and a bus station just outside the complex. Geremy and Pino were nice enough to wait for us when our flight was late and walk us through the apartment. They also are great guides and also very responsive when you have any type of inquiries about the island and different destinations within it. Thank you for making our vacation the best so far!!!

Perfect!!! Apartament is the best place on all Tenerife. Very clear, very very nice, there is everything what need, freezer cosmetics microwave washing maschine hair dryer, towels, full equipped. Mornings on sun terrace was the best part of day. Near supermarket dino and resteurants. We didn't find any other better place. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had great time and for sure we come back there!!!

The flat was clean tidy and peaceful. There is also a little balcony in front of a swimming pool that can be used till 19 in the evening. We have had a great hospitality from Angela and Pino who suggested us places to go and remained available for all our staying. Thank you! If you want to see the island, I highly suggest to rent a car from the airport so that you can easily move around from your arrival ( the buses are really slow) From Costa Del Silencio is easy to reach several nice places like El Medano, Los Cristianos, etc . Highly recommend to see Teide Volcano.

First experience with Airbnb, and it was good! Lots of places to eat nearby, a superdino 50 m from the house! Very clean and a Nice (almost private) pool! Temperature is good enough to swim end of februari. Sun on the terrace when you are having breakfast... Perfect.

This is a great apartment, new, stylish and convenient, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay, in a very nice location very close to shops and restaurants and close to the sea. Upon arrival the host laid out a nice table for us so we felt like the most welcomed guests rather than just some strangers renting it for a week. The town itself is small, quiet, sleepy with not much going on - which was exactly what we wanted but may be a disappointment to some. Also I am not sure how people get around with a car - but this has nothing to do with the apartment, of course. We shall always have the warmest memories of our stay here. Thanks again.
