My husband and I came here for our 33rd Anniversary. We only had one night to spend, so it could have been ruined by bad lodgings, but this cottage didn't disappoint us. It was just as pictured on the website, clean, cozy, and inviting. Parking was right next to the cottage, and the tiki bar was only a few steps away. It had good options for TV at the end of the day, and a big ceiling fan. A refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker were available. Breakfast in the tiki bar was not expensive and pretty good! We happened to get unusually cold weather, but they packed it to go and we took it back to the cottage.

The cottage was very cute and we had everything we needed and expected. We enjoyed happy hour drinks at the Tiki Hut onsite, as well as a delicious breakfast from the truck in the morning. The cottages were just a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants, and a short drive to local attractions like the Turtle Hospital. Thanks for a good stay.

Spent just the one night as passing through on way to Key West. Given its convenient location and on site amenities I would not hesitate in recommending Sheila's place for a longer stay.

The landscaping was really nice with little paved walkways and a large tiki bar/hut that had comfortable seating where we sat in the evening and enjoyed the soft breeze. It was very relaxing!

My fiancé and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jerry’s property. The hospitality and views are hard to beat. We loved being able to kayak and relax under the tiki hut while we were at the studio. There were many little amenities throughout the studio that we enjoyed. This studio is right in a great spot in Marathon! It was very easy to access route 1 north and south yet it was quiet in the evening. It is located near the Marathon airport so we enjoyed listening to the planes take off when we had our morning coffee outside in the tiki bar. All of the amenities we exactly as described and we felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we walked into the door. Thank you for a relaxing 4 days away from the chaos.

Marathon is a great location, halfway between key Largo and key west. Lots to do. We had great communication and it was easy and accessible. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. The location is a great middle point for exploring all of the keys. The home is very clean and updated, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The kitchen was very well stocked in anything you would need to cook, and the home has many amenities including central air, beach chairs/an umbrella, cooler and a pack n play (bring your own sheet). Included with the stay is access to the cabana club which is only a short walk and right on the beach. The backyard to the house is fenced and landscaped, and we enjoyed having coffee in the back each morning. The home is for sale and although we are disappointed we will likely not be able to stay here again, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others without hesitation.

This is a side by side duplex that was perfect for me and my husband. We love KCB and it’s close to the cabana club and Havana Jacks. It was clean and had everything we needed. It has a nice private fenced in yard with pretty plants. The queen bed was comfortable. The second bedroom had two twins that we didn’t use. There was slot of beach accessories in the closet - chairs, umbrella, beach toys and beach towels. I would recommend this home.

Wonderful cottage to stay. We have been 6 days with 3 children and it was perfect. All facilities are present. The beach and the swimming pool within walking distance. A garden with fence where the children can play quietly. It was very nice!

Very nice place to stay... only remarks are the people beside were quite noisy and the beach at the private club was very small. There is a free public beach 10 minute drive away that was bigger and better. Close to a nice restaurant/bar that it is easy to walk to for a night cap and deserts. Also, it would have been nice to have a note with local restaurants and things to do. We had to find our own way around.

Tatjana’s place is wonderful. It is bright, modern, and nicely laid out. The beds are comfortable. The back yard is a lovely little sanctuary to enjoy dinner and relax. There are beach towels, chairs, beach toys at the house. The house itself is in a quaint neighborhood and with a park across the street, it has some privacy. The city of Key Colony Beach is quiet, and made a perfect home base for us to explore from. We made good use of the Cabana Club membership for swimming at the pool every afternoon-that was a highlight for my kid! Highly recommend!!!

Home away from home. Every thing you need if you liked to cook your on meals, enough space for a 18 foot boat. Safe quite left fishing equipment on boat every night. super safe and quite . If you want a clean safe Airbnb home you will not regret this rental.

Our stay at Tatjana’s house could not have been better. The size was just what we needed, and it was decorated beautifully. Also the short walk to the cabana club, and being right across from the park was perfect with our two little ones. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

This Cottage was adorable. The outside bathroom was cute and lots of privacy. Check in was easy and he was super nice. It was clean and the bed was comfy. It was perfect for our one night on NYE. Great location on marathon too ! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This cottage at Sheila's place was perfect for my two day road trip through the Keys. It was about part way along the route. It was clean, comfy and adventurous with the private outdoor shower. I'd recommend to others to stay here during your trip to the keys. Also theres some amazing snorkeling off Marathon. Thank you for hosting me. My best, Danny

Very cute and quaint place! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and this is a great location. Make sure to stop by the tiki bar at night and meet some local people! And the breakfast is amazing.

Robert’s place is sparkling clean and in the heart of Marathon, so is convenient to everything. He has a very well-stocked kitchen (all the pots, pans, etc. you could want). We enjoyed evenings on the back veranda, grilling fresh fish from the Captain’s Three Seafood on Cocoa Plum Drive after long days of kayaking courtesy of kayaks from Keys Kayaks. We recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay. Perfect location for us to get out to the ocean for fishing and snorkeling. Robert was great to communicate with from the time I made reservation. Always responded and answered questions quickly. He even called during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed and was enjoying our stay. My husband, two kids and I come down to Marathon every year and as long as Robert owns this property we would definitely rent it again.

We found the accommodations extremely clean, convenient and perfectly suited to the boating and fishing vacation we planned for our family.

The perfect location and set up if you plan to bring your boat to the keys and want to do some fishing. There was a lift that could take my 22 ft bay boat out of the water. Two different hoses for rinsing the boat off an flushing the motor. The house itself was right on a creek that entered the Atlantic Ocean. The house looked newly renovated on the inside and was super clean. Definitely recommend if all you plan on doing is fishing in the keys, but it could definitely work if you don’t plan to fish the whole time too.

Loretta's place is right across the street from Sombrero beach, it is super family friendly and quiet.

A super great place for families and those that love the beach and want a relaxing vacation. The fishing is great as well. We just loved Loretta's place and would definitely come back.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! This was our 2nd time at Loretta's and we can't wait to come back again! You absolutely can't beat the location, the amenities, or the price. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the mornings, or even use the space for a yoga session with a beautiful view. There is so much to do...cross the street to the beach, drop the kayaks in the canal, visit one of the many fun places in Marathon (we love The Turtle Hospital and Aquarium Encounters), a quick 15 minute drive to Bahia Honda (beautiful beach and pretty decent snorkeling right from shore), or even make a day trip to Key West. Publix and Winn Dixie are both at the corner of US1 and Sombrero Beach Rd for easy access to groceries. We watched the sunset each night from Sombrero Beach, and the kids loved checking out the "tide pools" on the rocky points each evening. There are plenty of beach chairs, inflatables, sand toys, beach umbrellas, etc. for everyone to use. There's a charcoal grill, an outdoor fresh water shower, and outdoor furniture throughout the yard. I honestly can't think of anything we could possibly need that wasn't provided. Tip: There is a Dollar Tree store in the same parking lot where you pick up the keys, which is a great spot to grab laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, extra paper towels, etc. It's so nice being able to throw in a load of laundry a couple times during your stay and arriving home with only clean laundry to put away instead of having to wash everything when you arrive home exhausted from traveling!

Loretta is a fantastic host, great and fast communication. Check in with the realtor is fast and easy. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The construction on the beach restoration is nearly complete and did not really bother us. The house is very well equipped. Loretta even had a new stroller sent during our stay for our littlest. The only thing that I will say negatively is that the main floor bathroom pocket door is broken and appears to have been for some time. There is a note on it to not open it past a piece of blue tape on the door but this does little to stop a 5 year old. It will fall off the tracks and we had a person get stuck in there until I figured out how to put the door back on the tracks. I think for this price point that this needs to be fixed.

We just returned from our stay at Loretta’s house in August of 2019. Check in was easy, she was available for questions but didn’t smother, and the house was amazing. Some of our favorite amenities were the 2 kayaks available for use, the 6 awesome beach chairs, and the outdoor area. The house is even closer to the beach than we thought it would be. We also had an accident while we were there with our 1.5 year old. Ms. Loretta was not only gracious about the damage done to her property but showed compassion and concern for our child!

Amazing location, extra amenities, and lots of space! You won't be disappointed renting this lovely and well appointed house on Sombrero beach! The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite place, with views of the ocean from every bedroom, the well equipped kitchen, and the huge living room! My family (6 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 6) were very comfortable in this house. Loretta thought of everything, from sand toys for the kids, beach chairs and towels, to small toiletries and hair dryers available in each bathroom. The extra freezer on the deck was a real plus for the fish our guys caught! We loved walking the few steps out the door and across the street to the beach every morning looking for sea turtle nests with our cups of coffee (be advised, this is an active sea turtle nesting beach so being on the beach after dark is not permitted). This is a very quiet area at night, making for uninterrupted sleep. We felt very much at home! Loretta is super quick with answering questions, and the availability of the kayaks were a plus! We would love to go back to this great beach house!

Loretta’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so convenient being right across the street from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and the kayaks were fun to take out. We also rented paddle boards and went out from the dock behind the house and paddled all the way to the beach. Stayed over 4th of July and Sombrero Beach puts on a fireworks show. We were able to watch them from the balcony and didn’t have to fight the crowds. I have nothing bad to say about Loretta’s place. We have found our permanent vacation rental when we go back as long as she keeps renting it out.

A beautiful location with great amenities!

Very nice place in the keys, better than the photos, do not hesitate! Pedalo, kayak and canoe included in the price, you can also rest in the hammocks and enjoy the bbq available in this heavenly place. Enjoy!

a dream setting: swimming pool for all of us, hammocks under the palm trees, wooden armchairs by the pier ... very welcoming and friendly staff, including the parrot who loves everyone! the only downside: the room which overlooks the road very very noisy at all hours of the day and night!

Great place to get some rest between Key West and Key Largo. Loved how thorough their local guide was (we traveled by car but it was great to see detailed bus routes in there as well). Beds are comfortable enough, maybe a smidge too soft but to each his own. Despite having easterly exposure, curtains didn't let in any heat/light through big double glass door which was really nice. AC was loud but acceptable with ear plugs. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and had all the basic amenities one would want. Communication was great, it was nice to have them leave the room unlocked and with the light on as we were driving back tired and at night - it made finding the place and the room a bit easier. And I really loved their grounds - amazing view of the ocean, plenty of hammocks, lots of shade, decent pool - it would've made for a great half day or even a day of just catching a breath and relaxing a bit. All in all a solid five.

Great place to stay and a great location! It is a beautiful boat and you have your own private bedroom ,shower and bathroom. The pool is also pleasant and if you do day trips there is ice available for your cooler! VERY clean and Annette and Charles are awesome hosts! Their little dog Zippy is the best!!!

We had such a great stay! My husband and I were looking to relax and explore the Keys and that's what we did! Wish we could've done an excursion with Charles and Annette, but we hope to come back. They are wonderful hosts who make a stay with them so comfortable and welcoming. Thanks for giving us an experience to remember aboard your beautiful boat!

What a delightful experience. The sleeping quarters are a bit tight for 2 people that don't pack light, however Charles and Annette allowed us to park our suit cases in the sallon. It was a great change from your typical hotel or home. Everything was clean including the marina. When we arrived we were invited to the managers lobster party by Chuck and Annette. Before we left they offered to cook up our freshly caught fish and served us a delicious dish of beans and rice. It was overall a great time.

The hotel we usually stay at every year doubled its price, so we looked for other options. When I saw an Airbnb on a boat, I was intrigued, but admittedly a bit skeptical. We needed the room for four days, so we were hoping it would be a good match for us. It most certainly was! Captain Charles, First Mate Annette, and adorable little Zippy the dog were fabulous hosts. They were very generous with breakfast, and even treated us to some homemade guacamole one afternoon. Zippy is a small, short haired, adorable and well behaved dog, and never disrupted our sleep. The weather was perfect the first three days and the marina was calm. The yacht never seemed unstable at all. Our last night brought us rain and some waves, and it was a welcome adventure to feel like we were on a boat at sea for one of those nights. But it wasn’t at all unpleasant. On the contrary, it was so nice, hearing the rain up on deck and being gently rocked to sleep. We could look out our port holes and see the sparkling waters reflect the moonlight! We had fresh towels whenever we needed them, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Even the sheets were ironed! As a person with mold allergies, I was mildly concerned about the moist environment, but I needn’t have worried. Annette and Charles are very diligent in keeping the place sparkling clean! In fact, our hosts could not have been nicer. We feel like we made new friends. Highly recommended!! We’ll be back!

If only there were more stars than 5 to give! We were made to feel at home immediately! It is a really unique and rewarding Airbnb experience. Comfortable quarters, sandy beach, pool, use of kayaks, easy access to local restaurants and amazing hosts! We can not wait to go back!

This location was perfect for our stay. Central to everything we were looking for. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset and then the appearance of very bright Venus in the sky.

This is a very clean, affordably priced, adorably decorated, well furnished, quiet and comfortable place. Steven & Mallory are excellent hosts and go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. The room we had was perf ct for a family stay. The area around the lodgings is beautiful and quiet. 2 swimming pools, a marina and plenty of fish, birds and flowers.

Great stop over the marina is a beautiful place to stroll the hotel very nice and friendly and great breakfast.

This place is amazing. Location is great, great. Love the happy hour for drinks and appetizers. I do not recommend using the bus to go to key west due to timing. We waited for the bus which is 1 hr late so we ended up taking our car instead.

We did not stay very long, but it was a very pleasant stay, with 2 pools available, the small private beach, the restaurant is really excellent, the breakfast very rich.

This place is amazing! The house exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is perfect to explore the keys. The house has just about everything you need, including beach towels and a cooler. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes for cooking. The beds are comfortable. The house was super clean. Jeff is easy to reach and checked in just to make sure everything was good. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing location! Wonderful amenities! The canal just out back is so beautiful. We rented a kayak and paddled around the canal. We saw so many different birds and iguanas. Jeffrey’s place is certainly a home away from home, well equipped with all the necessary amenities plus more. Jeffrey was immediately available to answer our questions. We felt fortunate to have found this gem in such a beautiful location on the canal.

My family and I loved staying at Twin Palms! From the minute you walk into the front door, the house feels like a home, right down to the finishing touches. The location is perfect for island hopping or just relaxing. The highlight of our trip was the manatee in the canal! My family will never forget our adventures here and will definitely plan a repeat stay!

My favorite place yet!! This home is very clean, quite, beautifully decorated, and loaded with many extras!!! When I drove up I’ll be honest it scared me being located right on the sombrero beach road. But.....When your in the house or in the pool area you won’t even notice the road:) the house is located within 1 mile of everything a person needs on vacation!! My family had a blast and will 100% recommend this house!!! Safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors:)

We had a wonderful week staying at Isabel's place. We enjoyed using the pool, the kayaks, paddleboards. Blue Breeze is amazing - just as beautiful, well appointed, and resort like as it looks in pictures. We did a family reunion here last week and had a blast hanging by the pool, walking to the beach, paddle boarding, drinking coffee on the porch, fishing.... so many activities to do around the house (and so many amenities/equipment provided) makes it a great option with a large group. We had our own space, but could all gather for games of corn home, swimming, or large family meals. Isabel was a great host - above and beyond on communication and making sure we had everything we needed (including extra baby stuff)! 10/10 - oils love to go back!

There is so much to love about Blue Breeze! From the comfortable living space (fabulous beds, lots of places to sit and hang out) to the incredible outdoor amenities (kayaks, paddle boards, pool, grill, boat dock), we were constantly commenting on how special this home is during our weeklong stay there. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better for a week in the Keys. Marathon is a wonderful home base with lots to see and do--and you can easily get to other Keys for daytrips. Sombrero Beach is super close and lovely. We also highly recommend Crane Point, a three-minute drive away. Our favorite part of the day might have been just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breeze and the absolutely gorgeous views. Isabel was a wonderful host and so helpful. We would definitely come back!

A beautiful home well appointed.

Ok guys so here is the details. We just checked out this morning, 20 July 2019. The house is amazing. If you are looking to Airbnb in the keys, stop searching, book this place now. We checked in last Saturday at 4pm and our communication with Isabel was great. Upon arrival at her home we knew immediately we picked a winner. The home is nested on the inner canals and is minutes by boat to the Atlantic or boot harbor. If you aren’t boating the house is within an easy bike or walk from local stores and Sombrero beach. The house is like your own little resort. The property is immaculately maintained. The pool and outdoor areas are perfect and the house sports outdoor fridge and freezers, tiki hut with chilling areas, pool floats, kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, outdoor sunbrellas, a hammock, outdoor dining set etc! The dock is shared with the neighbor and is in excellent condition and has washdown hoses and all the snapper you can catch. The neighbors are awesome and even looked after our boat when we were at dinner, calling us when it got stuck under a dock during the tide change. Inside the house is very well maintained and has a true Floridian feel to it. The bedrooms were top notch and all over the house was very well maintained. It felt like I was at my parents summer home with all the little amenities. When we check out our neighbors on the other vacation property connected to Blue Breeze said the wishes they would have book Blue Breeze instead of theirs :) - Isabel, Thank you for letting us rent your home for the week for our family summer vacation. When my family and I were planning our Keys vacation last Labor Day weekend we figured there was no way a vacation home could have all 5 Star reviews like Blue Breeze, there is always that one customer who's never happy with anything. Much to our surprise all those reviews were spot on. Not only was the home impeccable but it was so well furnished the one or two things we forgot were there for our use. We took some extras that we figured would be in short supply but didn't have to use any of those items. This rental truly allowed us to have a worry- and stress-free week enjoying the pool, Tiki hut, boat dock and beautiful home. We caught four or five different species of fish from the dock and got to see a manatee up close our first and last day so that was an added benefit. I cannot rave enough about the quality and condition of accommodations that Isabel provides. This is one vacation property you must experience to believe.

Beautifully bright and clean home. The host Andy was by far the best host we’ve ever had. He responded instantly to any inquiry, he came to check on the pool right away when we requested the heater be turned on and he came with fresh bagels. How cute! The House came fully equipped with everything you would need to cook, laundry on premise came in handy. Bedrooms are clean and we loved the cute decor. We would 100% recommend. We decided to fish off the side of the deck one night and a manatee came to greet us! We fed him lettuce and he stuck around for about 30 min. The kids loved it and best part was that it was a free one on one interaction. If you plan on vacationing in marathon take my advice and stay here. You won’t regret it.

This was our second trip to the Keys and our family had a great stay at Brad's place. It is a good location in the Middle Keys... convenient to stores and many attractions. The home was comfy and nice to have use of the waterway for boating and fishing. We saw a manatee just off the dock, which was pretty neat. Also, being able to use the pool at the Cabana Club was an added bonus.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location with easy access to the Atlantic and the Gulf. Restaurants, super markets, bait and tackle shops and dive shops all within 10 minutes. 90 foot dock was still not repaired during our stay. 30 foot dock in good condition.

Very comfortable. I would highly recommend renting a boat while you are there. The dock is nice and the places you can go by boat within minutes of the house are awesome. Had a wonderful time at the sand bar and beach.

This is a great spot in the center of Marathon. The house is very comfortable. Nice beds and linens. Spacious bathrooms. Good TV. Nice kitchen well stocked with appliances. Highly recommend.

A super central accommodation in the keys with a lot of space and close to water. Plenty of space for parking, nice neighborhood. So I really can only recommend, thank you very much for this.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay at Liz's place very much! The size was great for our group (3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms), and the place is really new and sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utilities/pots/pans and even plastic ware for children, and is spacious with a bar set up. The host Liz is super responsive and is very friendly, overall we would highly recommend this place and look forward to be back!

Great space and great price! Large kitchen and living area! Bedrooms were all well appointed. The backyard pool and tiki areas were wonderful, plenty of shady spaces from the afternoon sun. We will definitely rent again!

We had the most amazing time for a family get-together and birthday. This place is perfect, location short drive to great beaches, restaurants and grocery store. Screened in porch is lovely; pool, dock and Tiki huts our favorite place to hang out. Saw manitees in the canal, caught a beracuda, paddleboarded, kayaked all off the dock. Next time we'll rent a boat!! Common living area and kitchen nice, bright, updated and open. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Quiet, dark skies at night, peaceful, birds floating gulf side. All 8 guests truly enjoyed their time here. Delighted with the long pier, puzzles, Roku, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong table and hot tub. Would love to return.

The home and the property were truly amazing. There was wildlife and amenities like kayaks, pool, hot tub and the dock that extend well into the Gulf.

The pictures do not do this place justice. We stayed here for 8 days and it was absolutely breath taking. This was the best beach house we have ever stayed in. The place was clean, spacious, gorgeous views, and had everything we needed for outdoor activities. If we vacation in the Keys again this will definitely be our go to home. We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was absolutely immaculate and offered an amazing view with a host of things to do without even leaving the property. It is in a great location - close enough to get quickly to lots of restaurants and things to do both in Marathon and nearby Islamorada. The hosts were very attentive - we emailed a quick question and heard back from them within hours. We loved every moment there and hope to come back one day. Don't miss this gem!

This house has it all - views, sunsets, privacy, and quiet. The new dock makes it even more special. We fished, snorkeled and just hung out watching sharks, rays, fish, and bird life from it. Kayaking was great as well. The location is great for the Dolphin Research Center and the aquarium with dive tank. Nearest supermarket is nine miles. Perfect for someone looking to be away from Key West, though it's a nice 1.5 hour drive for a day trip. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

Great Location. Quiet and Peaceful. Had our morning coffee outside and listened to the wildlife. Saw Tarpon rolling at night, iguanas hanging out on the sea wall, other fish jumping in the canal. Close to nearby restaurants and grocery stores are only about a mile or 2 north.

Great place for the price and location. Perfect getaway place for fishing and enjoying the Keys lifestyle.

This is the place to be. The canal has all sorts of fish. You don't even have to rent a boat to go fishing here. Although the dock worked like a charm for our rental. There's a deep freezer for your catch, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook it. Even lots of seasonings. This is a clean, and spacious house. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Awesome place to stay!

Super comfy space in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were at home! We enjoyed cooking dinners in the spacious and well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time on the deck under our own tiki hut enjoying the peacefulness of watching various wildlife in and out of the water. Having access to the cabana club was an awesome perk! The beds were super comfy after a fun day in the sun. Only took us about an hour or so to get down to Duval Street in Key West! It was a wonderfully restful and relaxing place to stay. I hope we can get back down to Mark’s Tiki Hut again some day!

Loved the space and cute cottage! Loved having a view of the water leaving the room and the tiki bar breakfast first thing in the am. Nice space!

This one room cottage (well, two if you count the bathroom) was very cute and surprisingly spacious. Our cottage was actually attached to the office and one other room rather than being stand-alone, but we never heard any noise from the office and only occassionally heard the TV or the door from the other room. Housekeeping kept trash removed and refreshed towels as needed, yet we never saw them so had no intrusions while we were there relaxing. This was a great location to start from to make a drive down to Key West one day and to drive around and explore several of the other islands on other days. Lots of good restaurants nearby and so many places to go to get a great water view. While there was no actual kitchen or cooking space, there was a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it easy for us to make a cup of coffee and keep cool drinks and snacks on hand. We were there for about a week, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a comfortable place to stay in the Keys.

A quiet place to stay and convenient location for Marathon’s highlights—Turtle Hospital, Crane Nature Center and Sombrero Beach. Coffee suggestions: Keys News and Curly’s. Need a pick-me-up: The organic food cafe in the strip mall just west of the cottages has freshly squeezed juice which hit the spot after too much time in the sun. Best restaurant: Burdines. Their hushpuppies were a surprise. If you sit at the bar, ask for their dice game. Live music: FloridaKeysConcerts holds classical music programs at Marathon High School barely a mile from the cottages.

This a very cute micro cottage that was perfect for our trip. There's a nice scene in this cluster of cottages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to grocery stores and the beach. Be aware that some of these cottages have showers inside. Ours had only an outdoor shower. This was fine (and fun) for us, but you should be aware when booking this unit.

The cute little yellow cottage was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the tiki bar and were able to get some great tips about sunset viewing and dinner places from Curtis. Our stay was very enjoyable - even the outdoor shower was a good experience. Plenty of hot water made a shower under the stars fun!

This is a lovely place to stay on the way to Keywest. If you don't want to drive for 4 hours to Keywest, you can choose to stay here for a night. Everything is convenient. The supermarket and restaurants are close.

This place is so great! Super fresh and clean. The location is a sleepy little island sitting on its own beach! We loved going snorkeling at Bahia Honda park. Such a beautiful spot and would definitely recommend for a couples or family get away!

This place is spotless. Very well maintained and decorated. The grounds are very well maintained and there are a lot of amenities available. Pool, beach, grills, etc. Centrally located in the Keys with many sites to see, or just relax on the beach. Very quiet with beautiful sunset viewing close by at a local park. Enjoy.

This was the perfect location for us to enjoy our first trip to the Keys. The location is perfect if you are wanting a quieter setting, and still very close to all the sights the Keys have to offer. The condo met our needs perfectly. Though small in square footage, it was a very good use of space and had everything we needed. The condo was immaculate, and decorated in a modern colorful palette which just makes you smile. Kimm was very responsive to all our questions and we enjoyed meeting Kimm during our visit. She was very helpful in providing suggestions for our stay.

Key Colony is a great vacation spot for families. Kimm’s condo was super clean and had everything you need, even included beach towels. Views were beautiful and at night we left the windows open to hear the ocean! Perfect!

We stayed in unit 40 for 11 nights from Christmas Day to January 5. We can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The grounds are amazing. The groundskeeper is always seen working around the place, even on the holidays. The pool is kept immaculate as are the beach areas. Festive flamingos decorated the grounds until after the new year. Sooo cute and fun. There was a party just outside our unit on New Year’s Eve. It sounded like a lot of fun, but was very well contained and respectful. The next morning, there was not a single thing out of place. This unit provided everything we needed for our stay. Ever changing Atlantic views from the windows were amazing. The lanai was bigger than expected and provided beautiful views of the beach and birds for my morning cups of coffee. The location was awesome. It is walking distance to 4 restaurants. (See the list offered by the owners for more information about them.) Our favorite was Sparky’s hidden behind the Holiday Inn. Herbies is a little drive a further down, but it has great food and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed sunsets just a building down at Sunset Park and also drove to Sombrero Park for more sunsets. Key Colony is our new favorite spot in The Keys.

One of the nicest places we have ever rented. Amazing sunrises from your bedroom or deck. Amazing sunsets a 200 yard walk to Sunset beach. Place was extremely clean and Kimm provides all the basics. The info letter with tips etc, sent upon rental, is thorough and helpful. Can't wait to go back. We have stayed at similar complexes in Marathon and this is by far the quietest and most peaceful. Beach and grounds are beautiful. Communication was top notch.

Everything about this place is excellent! Great communication by the host, pictures online are spot on as to what you will get, super clean! So great being right on the beach, every night we had the AC off and the windows open. So nice falling asleep to the sounds of the waves! We will absolutely stay here again!

From the moment you walk in the door, well actually on the way to the door --- you're walking toward the ocean, pass the pool and up the stairs to your own little oasis. Make sure to check out the Tiki Hut at night, there is usually a storm on the water somewhere and you'll enjoy the light show with the lightning. ENJOY and RELAX!! Make sure to eat at FISH TAILS .... you'll thank us! :)

The best quiet beach weekend place ever! Exactly as advertised-maybe even better! Clean, spacious, bright, well appointed, views for days and best of all, right on your own private beach. Marathon was such a great place to stay. Close to everything. We had a great time!

The space was clean and conveniently located. I booked a boat for my stay with the company across the canal and docked it right behind the condo. The were cleaning stations at the dock for my catch. I have stayed at skipjack several times and this is the biggest and nicest unit that I have stayed in yet.

The condo was newly remodeled and had wonderful amenities. There was a very thoughtful gift basket with snacks, drinks, and a variety of other helpful items. The TV had HBO movies and everything was spotless. A great experience!

Robert and Merlou’s guest suite was perfect! The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was great for relaxing and not to mention the enormous garden next to the house! We will definitely return when we come back to the keys.

Robert and Merlou have a beautiful home and were wonderful hosts. The location is off-the-beaten path but has easy access to all things Marathon and the nearby keys. The local beach has a recently renovated park with great amenities. The home, pool, and gardens are beautiful. What's not to love?

Great place, very peaceful, fab pool area. Garden was really interesting, would be great to see this in a couple of years. Great location to the beach and when the renovations are complete, it will be worthy of it’s reputation of ‘number one beach in the Keys’. We had a lovely afternoon there. Robert thought of everything from coffee, water, paper plates (if we didn’t want to wash up), shower gel and even chocolates on our bed and the side!!! Great find.....a real oasis!!

By far my best experience using Air BnB. I have used this process numerous times and this was by far the most pleasant. The home itself made us feel like we were in a resort! The pool area was amazing, we never wanted to leave! The room and amenities were so clean and still felt like home. Robert and Merlou are so pleasant, Robert walked me around their beautiful garden and took the time to show me this little treasure in their back yard. Merlou was always quick to respond with any questions we had. You can tell that they take pride in their home and they absolutely should! Would refer to anyone and everyone I meet!

Exactly as Terry says, no Hilton. If you’re into outdoors, seeing stars at night, quiet and private, this is for you. You’ll have to have to live an outdoor bathroom and shower. Quaint and nearby great bagel shop and Big Rooster. Short drive to Keys, perfect location.
