Very pleasant stay

Great base to explore the south side of the island! In the evening, splash in your own swimming pool and look out over the cocoa and banana trees! Very relaxed !!!

Coco lodge was a beautiful place to spend the first week of our second holidays on Martinique. Arriving in the dark, we were received super friendly and courteous with a delicious meal prepared. The next morning we found ourselves waking up in a little paradise. You can easily spend a whole day at the bungalow, lying by the pool, watching birds, crabs and other animals and enjoying the beautiful view into the green nature (which you also can relish, when standing under the shower in the bathroom). When the night begins, bats and little frogs come by and you can prepare dinner on a small barbecue on your own little veranda. The balcony is barely visible from the other lodges and (apart from the animals) you are completely private. The kitchen and bathroom are well quipped, even hammocks and diving masks are ready to be taken onto your beach trips. To sum ist up: We felt very at home. We recommend you though, to have a repellent ready, as the mosquitos seem to love the damp climate at the lodge very much.

Everything was superb. Unexpected amenities and touches. A++ Mind the carribean climate and jungle like location, so noisy nights (use head plugs) and small critters galore (bring anti-mosquito spray)

You will meet a truly extraordinary host and what about all the attention in the accommodation, cleanliness, tranquility, beautiful pool and our friends the birds in addition to this advice go eyes closed.

Marie speaks fluent English, which made communication very easy for us, and also gave us nice tips. It is wonderful that you can also use your pool, just a few meters from the small terrace of the house. Which is also well equipped. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay with Marie. The bungalow is beautiful, clean and has great equipment. The garden is very well maintained, we enjoyed the aperitifs on the terrace accompanied by hummingbirds. Great location, no or few insects. Marie is full of good advice, we enjoyed talking with her and her husband. Undoubtedly one of the best accommodation in Martinique!

Marie is AMAZING host. She gave us a lot of great advices what to see and what to do. During you stay there, she can help you with anything. She speaks english fluently which was realy helpful for us. House is amazing, really clean, has a lot of equipement and around wonderful garden with hummigbirds. Marie also left us breakfast for our first day. You can't get host better than she is.

The stay at the Gîte des Colibris was perfect from all points of view: an idyllic setting, a complete bungalow with every comfort, excellent cleaning and safety. Elle avait aussi fait un guide pour trouver des choses interessants a proximité qu'on a bien profité. Lovely place with the best possible host! Sure, the host lives next door and you're sharing the pool which at first felt a bit intimidating for a shy Finnish person as I am :) But after all, it was an incredible place with views to kill for! Be prepared for the mosquitos though! But hey, that's the nature! Not much you can do about those :) Véro was super helpful and the local guide booklet she had put together was in a great use daily.

The villa of David & Véro is wonderful. The villa is very comfortable, the view is breathtaking. The decoration of the house is perfect. David & Véro were very attentive to answer our questions and help us. The proximity to Le François is very convenient as all the shops are accessible within 10 minutes by car. I totally recommend it.

Superb location in the heights for this beautiful, spacious and well-appointed accommodation. You never tire of the swimming pool with a view of the Ilets du François, a unique moment to (re) discover each morning! We spent a really great week there, David & Véro are very good hosts, the contact is easy and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We spent four nice days on the Atlantic in the small house. Nicolas was a very good host. We don't speak French and his very good knowledge of English was really helpful. The additionally offered breakfast was very tasty and lovingly prepared every day.

Nice apartment very clean with all you need. Well located south of the island, 2km to the Fig Tree Cove, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Very nice reception by Raphaele, no worries. Housing very good! Very well equipped! Decor in the air of time ... The house of William and Raphaelle is very nice with a nice tropical garden and the pool with views is really really top This is a real plus! When we arrived we met William and Raphael just one night as they were going on holiday the next day but their house was guarded by William's uncle and aunt and they pampered us the least we can say! We chatted with them about what to do and they gave us and learned to open a coconut! Top !! We even left with 2 coconuts in the suitcases! It's stupid but we were all happy

Very nice and clean place with beautiful garden and pool. Very easy communication. The apartment is close to the best beaches. One tip: make sure windows are fully closed before you go to sleep or else, you'll have troubles with mosquitoes. Can recommend

Lyna's villa is situated right at the seafront. It is an excellent retreat place far from the hustle of roads and cities. The details of the design and the overall design at the property are made with refined taste. A romantic, relaxing and cozy environment has been created. Lyna herself is a very favourably disposed and friendly person, she gave us ample advice on the landmarks and places of interest, as well as useful hints to help us organise our stay according to the peculiarities of local lifestyle. The apartment was very comfortable to live in and contained many details that are absent at other accommodations. Among drawbacks: 1) car is a must to reach the area; 2) mobile network coverage may be unstable, but this has nothing to do with the host or the property. Property has an excellent terrace with the view of the sea, the coast is covered with pebbles and there is a beautiful compact garden at the property. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to visit Lyna again in future.

We stayed 2 weeks in Studio Zepices, in which we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. It feels good to hear only locusts and frogs to fall asleep. The studio conforms to the description and what we expected, there is everything you need for a good stay. It is also very well located for visiting the entire island in 2 weeks, in anyway with a good organization that is what we were able to do. Sébastien and Martine are generous, caring, cultivated people with whom we can exchange on different subjects, their children are very cute. They also advised us full of good addresses, unmissable places and various events, throughout our stay. We thank them once again for this pleasant stay!

Exceptional location! A hedge of greenery or hummingbirds, birds, little green lizards evolve freely around the Moringa (the tree of life). How to describe what we experienced during our stay. Extraordinary !!! After ours arrived, a little punch awaited us by the pool nothing better to recover from the trip. Ronald has a great knowledge of his island and you can ask him a lot of questions which he is happy to answer. In the morning you will find yourself in a perfectly maintained garden where hummingbirds like to come. Ronald makes you share his passions, which will make your stay unforgettable. We stayed for a week with Ronald who warmly welcomed us and even offered a concert meal with his musical friends. Ronald also gave us the benefit of his pilot license to make us discover Martinique from above (100 € / p). The only negative points for our taste: the width of the bed (140cm) and the small size of the terrace.

Superb! The stay with Ronald will be unforgettable for us. This is how I would welcome people home: Ronald is attentive, you feel good in his pretty garden (very well maintained). We had the pleasure of sharing small aperitifs in concert with his fellow musicians, an airplane flight (Ronald is a pilot), but above all great moments in his company. Comfortable and pretty bungalow despite its small size, we were well sheltered from the rain. Small flat on the fact that the site is completely non-smoking except in the parking lot next to the trash; make a small sheltered installation in the parking lot so that smokers can have a quiet drink in the evening, especially since there is nothing to go out in the village, it would facilitate meetings between neighbors when it rains ! Ah yes, the view is magnificent and Martine always has good tips & advice.

Christabelle has a beautiful house and we had rented 2 rooms in the house. The kitchen is used by all tenants and is well equipped, as is the rest of the house. Wonderfully individually decorated, unusual, a little Asia, a little Orient. Pool, various seating areas, hammock etc. If you want you can get out of the way, enjoy the peace or take part in the home. Christabelle is a very open person and interested in her guests. She gives lots of good tips for trips. We really enjoyed our 5 days there.

We’ve appreciated the care for your guests a lot, especially when we forgot to take the laundry and you braught it to the airport! 😉 We hope to go back one day to Martinique and discover new nice places because the country is extremely beautiful for its fauna & flora and of course the kindness of local people. Your village is cosy, but you definitely need the car to go to beaches, grocery or to the restaurant. It is our advice to hang the mosquito nets above each bed because we were bitten like hell during night. Airco would be an advantage too! Tourists are not quite used to that the insects and the heath! Un grand Merci a vous et mes compliments à la femme de nettoyage! C’était super!

Honestly, I don't know where to start and how to best bring across how great we found this place, and that in so many ways. Personally, I love interior design and that's what instantly attracted me to this offer. Sometimes pictures are great, but the reality... But arriving at this place, it got us even more excited. Simply great taste with regards to design. And everything from the furniture to the bed linen over to the kitchen equipment and even the handwritten welcome note on bespoke paper was such a good quality! I would say it is very much inspired by 5-star hotels. It is simply in the little details like also the fresh flowers and the wonderful air perfume that awaited us when we arrived. Needless to say that everything was sparking clean. Mylaine and Frédéric are great and super professional hosts and you can tell that they put all their heart into this. We had a long lovely chat and they were always very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Another big plus is the fact that there are very few mosquitos. The first week we stayed at a different place and, due to the many insects in that area and the fact that there were no real windows in that 1st apartment, we were tortured by those little beasts - despite mosquito net and repellent. Literally a nightmare and we had been bitten all over! But at this place here we had no such problems at all, also because we were able to fully close the bedroom. The apartment is well located in a nice neighborhood with mainly locals in short distance to a little mall with a bakery among other shops and the centre / harbor of Trois Ilets is just 5min walk away. From there you can take a water taxi to Fort-de-France for example. And we loved being in short driving distance (5-10 min) to Point du Bout, where you can find many shops, restaurants, excursions (e.g. dolphin tours) and also some dancing. A long story short: We can highly recommend this place! We will return for sure any time we come back to Martinique. Actually we both said that we could have imagined staying there for a few months, if not a year, even though it`s "just" a holiday apartment since it has no living room as such. But we simply felt super comfortable there.

We spent 15 days at the top in Mireille's accommodation. Sun, beach, warmth and happiness The residence is very well located (road to cross to go to the beach where there are several huts feet in the water) small shops, bakery ... Residence ideally centered for visiting the south of the island. An exceptional place in the countryside for a dream holiday. Nevertheless be aware that both rooms are outside / terrace so avoid if you have young children. Moreover the night atmosphere is quite noisy (frogs, rooster, mangoes that fall on the roof). But this remains an exceptional place (and more cool than the seaside) and we will not forget our stay!

Very good stay, in line with our expectations, total change of scenery in the middle of the forest without opposite. Small bottle of rum on arrival which is always a pleasure after a long journey.

A thoughtfully designed indoor / outdoor split-level space, with private dip pool overlooking a lush forest ravine. Very secluded, the property is surrounded by tropical fruit trees. We were there during the mango season and the ripe fruit was literally falling off the trees around us. Beautiful jungle sounds and fireflies at night, hummingbirds and little lizards as company during the day. We couldn't have asked for more. The property is on a slope, so may not be ideal for people with limited mobility. This place is a great base to explore the southern part of Martinique.

Timothy and andria are very helpful and welcoming. Too bad the little house lacks a bit of renovation for the bathroom and the kitchen but the friendliness of Tim and Andria is above all that.

Home with an aperitif in a beautiful house facing the sea. Our house was nice, air conditioned which was essential because it is too hot otherwise. The hosts are lovely.

The place is quite literally a little paradise. Andrea and Tim keep the place very groomed and the views are excellent. The place is quiet and not very far from restaurants and other points of interest. The beach is only a few meters away! It is a little unfortunate that you can't swim there as it is too dangereous. That's not to say that it is not worth it because the pool was always kept in very good condition during our stay there. There are still some very good beaches not a far drive away where you can swim and snorkle. Tim knows the island quite well and gave us some good recommendations, I suggest listening!

Very nice little studio that welcomed us for 10 days. The studio is ideally placed. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk and a Creole village with lots of restaurants and shops is at the foot of the apartment.

Housing very well located in the heart of the Creole village. Apartment very well arranged with presence of material (linen, towel, hair dryer ...). We were greeted by a very nice lady, who was able to advise us. I highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Martinique !!!

Sébastien and Ivoire are the true super hosts! Their house is simply amazing, Sébastien makes it so special and unique by his work. We had the possibility to join them during the family dinners: Ivoire did amazing things. Local meals, fishes caught by Sebastien and exciting spices and fruits from the garden. They are very kind, gave us amazing tips, we could use the kayaks, and made possible to live like locals a little bit. They never disturbed us, it was very easy to stay with them. The communication went very well, Sebastien immediately sent a text with every information, we could easily fix the time of our arrival and during our stay he told us interesting stories. You should come and try because they will make your trip a lot better, they are very nice and interesting people.

You can stay at Sébastien Ivoire and Roman's, they are charming people ready to do anything to make you happy and the house is superb with a magnificent view with access to the beach on foot. You will be delighted as much as we are. Thank you to all 3 we will keep fond memories of the evenings spent together. Very good stay guaranteed in this haven of peace

Great stay at Nadine's Very attentive The accommodation is very clean and recent nickel. Breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea you will enjoy sunset direct from the terrace ❤️ Small detail with the jacuzzi which made its own. For the rest it was just perfect! From the swimming pool to the common area, you have barbecue, washing machine, in the accommodation you have hair dryer, the necessary to clean the house, toilet paper (and yes certain host forgets this detail on arrival) which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The small attentions of Nadine baskets of local fruit and liqueur were very appreciated and immediately put us in the local atmosphere. Thank you for everything Nadine, our stay was a complete success.

A fabulous stay in a Robinson cabin in the heart of the magnificent Grande Anse d'Arlet.

We had a truly magical stay. Every detail is beautiful and well thought -out. There are magnificent views in all directions. It was so fun to share the balcony with birds and lizards and it was impossible not to feel relaxed and zen in such a beautiful space. Danièle and Franck were gracious and super helpful hosts and we appreciated our stay with them immensely. It will be a Christmas to remember. Thank you! One thing to know is that it is quite a steep drive in and thus a walk down the hill to the beach (3 min). The beach itself had good snorkeling which was a huge advantage for our family (as meant not having to pile the kids into the car) as was the outdoor shower to get rid of all the salt and sand. We would return in a heart beat!
