Excellent apartment! Spacious, with all the necessary utensils, such as bed linen and kitchen utensils. Always efficient and fast communication. Perfect location, great beach and for those who need to come in more than one car, there is a parking lot in the front. At the corner there is a supermarket and across the street a cafeteria. For craft beer lovers, there are two specific places nearby for those who enjoyed this style of drink. I recommend!!!!

Point of attention: Parking space is very small, I was from HRV and the car hardly fit. There is nothing much to talk about when you find an extremely worried staff and the willingness to make your stay as good as possible. What I can say is that despite the little contact with Francisco besides the owner, he is a person of good, polite and solicitous. Helped us even with our bags. Always patient and considerate. The apartment is spotless, airy and has a wonderful view. My days were incredible.

This accommodation is highly recommended in its value for money, in its excellent place in Meia Praia. Bruno looked at the distance to our country and had details that eased the burden. He said yes to every request or suggestion. Very happy to have had him as a host. Add the famous bakery back and its beautiful supermarkets.

Points that most caught my attention ... Hospitality of Bruno and his parents, location and cleanliness of the AP. Excellent stay, especially for those who want to be near the beach for a good price. The apartment is simple in every way but gains a lot in the location and service of Paulo who is top. My only suggestion would be to provide guests with bed and bath linen I know I was in the ad and we were not surprised by that.

Great location, identical to the photos. Very close to the beach. Brand new, newly built. Osmar answers the answers very quickly and congratulations to Rosana for the hospitality. Bring a chair and umbrella, because there is not! Parking space a little tight (only small cars), but at least there is parking. I hope to be back soon.

Excellent fit. All very clean and organized. Clean, smelling bedding and towels. Well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, induction hob, nice fridge, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee makers and washer / dryer (very useful). Great mattresses. Clean bathrooms. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room working perfectly. They make available beach chairs, umbrella, trolley for carrying, and even toys. The apt has a digital lock, both in the building concierge and the door of the apt, which made it much easier. Anyway, my family and I were very well settled. The location is great, facing the sea, with bakery, markets and bars for walking. Adjacent to the entrance to the building is a store with drinks, portions and other items, with a waiter serving on the sand. Both owners were attentive to the extreme, responding promptly to every question. I received messages with very well written check-in and check-out instructions, and even videos of how to use the apt's appliances. I made a point of making a detailed report, because I really had a great time on the spot.

Great location - half a block from the promenade and a few steps from the boardwalk / sea. It has bakery, restaurants and supermarket very close. The apartment has a nice decoration, available everything you need (chairs, umbrella). Marco is very attentive. For those with children: the windows have a protective screen - a comfort for parents. We stayed 6 days in Itapema Mr. Francisco and his wife Iraci, were very receptive and ready to meet us, giving various tips of tours being that the apartment is in a prime location with all shopping around, shopping malls and restaurant next door without the need to get out with the car the apartment itself is very organized and clean and is right next to the beach foot in the sand we hope to return soon.

The apartment is bigger than we expected. The balcony area has been recently remodeled and looks amazing, the view of the beach so you don't even talk about it! During our stay everything was great, when we arrived there was already cold beer, the house was very clean, the view is wonderful. The apartment is close to markets and shops besides being on the sand. It is exactly what appears in the photos, and has also other amenities like umbrella beach chairs. The location is excellent, it is close to several supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, shopping, etc. In the photos it is not possible to appreciate how nice and spacious the apartment is with its fully enclosed balcony with glass windows plus protection net. Full grill and good space. Bedrooms with air conditioning plus fan, each with shades in good condition and black out curtains. Very complete kitchen, TV room with a diversity of channels. And something we appreciate is the kind attention of the hostess Mirian and the neighbors. Totally recommended to rest and enjoy Meia Praia.

Fantastic place! You only get the car if you want. Bank, market, pharmacy, restaurant, all close! After note 10, clean and stylish. Beware of the garage, super steep, but it is a matter of way, I recommend looking before going up. The rest is a thousand notes! I went to beto carreiro to spend the day and checked in late. Still, they received me very well and I was able to negotiate check out to enjoy the beach. In short: I highly recommend and I will be back!

We did a lot of things in the surroundings, as it is just a few meters from the beach, snack bars, markets, bakeries, beauty salons and little shops.
