There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Its orchard and small river will bring you all the calm and rest you desire. Warmly decorated, you can also enjoy the warmth of its fireplace. Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Chic and cosy old house in the heart of the historic centre of Savigny-lès-Beaune right in front of the church of the 13th century . The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
