We booked this condo whilst on a business trip with 3 of my colleagues Our host was brilliant and the home was just amazing! Local grocers, restaurants and bakers all within 5-10mins walking distance Loved our stay!

We loved this unique accommodation in Paris. Its large dining table, natural light and enough beds for a large family made the whole experience very pleasant. The Canal area is great for places to eat and feels much less hectic than inner Paris areas. If you are unlucky to be in Paris during a public transport strike, we highly recommend the electric scooters that you can find using apps on your phone. Would definitely stay here again. Close to supermarket, boulangerie, patisserie, bistros and bars. Segire was very helpful with any query we had.

Super loft. Host is brilliant - details like fresh flowers, coffee, excellent tip make this huge and quiet Loft in the beautiful neighborhood right next to the Canal a dream location. Most recommended!

This is a truly wonderful bohemian chic residence and our stay was perfect. Segire is a generous and caring host. Some of Paris' best and relaxed eateries and wine bars are located in the neighbourhood. We loved the place.

Location is great in Montmartre, 5 mins to two metro stations, multiple supermarkets and lots of shops nearby but not in the middle of a tourist zone. Best thing about the place is the southerly view over the rooftops of Paris.....stunning at sunrise!

Martine's apartment is exceptionally located, not only is the view offered to us from the terraces splendid, but it is also one of the few areas of the capital that is not completely gentrified and has managed to remain largely authentic. . In addition, Martine offers a warm welcome in person, immediately putting us in the ambiance and tone of the neighborhood. Thank you also to her for her responsiveness and flexibility of mind when booking and on the day of departure, the granting of an additional hour allowed us to leave without stress. Good stay to future residents, hoping that they will leave us some slots available to come back very quickly.

It's a nice house and Farah is so nice. The house is on the street and the bedroom is the basement. It was an interesting experience to live here.

The room is the perfect spot in Paris. It’s very clean and comfortable. I loved the view from the room. There are some stairs to climb to get to the room, but very worth it! Great hospitality.

Very close to Gare du Nord, so really easy to get anywhere in the city!

It is not the first time that I have stayed for a professional reason in this very nice studio, everything is clean, well equipped and the reception is perfect. I will come back again for sure.

Spacious and modern studio! From the 5th floor, you will love opening the curtains to enjoy all the blue or grey sky as there is no obstruction to it. Franck is a good host as he welcomes you while getting you acquainted in a friendly manner to what will be your quiet and comfortable home in Paris. Beware of those light frame chairs. I wish they could be replaced by more solid and comfortable ones. The bathroom is cozy and modern. The kitchen offers amenities to make small meals as there is a stove, a fridge, microwave and cooking ware. High ceiling and charming balcony make this studio an attractive setting to enjoy your stay. The area is walking distance to everything you need. I highly recommend this rental.

Alix’s place is very pretty and is located near public transport. Check in was easy and the hosts were great. It’s also very clean and has most things you would need. Carry your own soap+bath things though.

It is very easy to reach anywhere that a tourist will visit in Paris. The surrounding of the house is a decent neighborhood and a region where you can spend time like the local people of Paris. The room is very clean and stylish. Alix is very welcoming, responds to messages very quickly and helps with everything. Just don't expect much from breakfast. We definitely recommend.

Just come back from a great stay at Candice’s apartment. The metro was on the doorstep and Eiffel Tower was only a 30ish minute fast walk down 2 long straight roads. We walked pretty much everywhere and felt safe in the surrounding area at all times! There’s also a bar next door which is very handy! Would highly recommend.

Check-in was easy, stay was absolutely great! Apartment as clean as in the pictures and totally cozy! All major sights were actually within walking distance, there were hundreds of small and large shops all around, as well as bars, cafes and restaurants. Metro station is right in front of the door! Candice answered questions very quickly and explained everything well. Would book the property again and again :)

Walid is a very hospitable and courteous host. We felt very comfortable with him in his apartment. Bed was super comfortable. It was 30-40 minutes to the center and very easy to reach (tip - drive with T8 and M13). We could safely leave our car in the underground car park. Saint Denise was about as expected. We would absolutely recommend Walid as a host.

Luc was always very friendly and helpful when I had questions about my stay in Paris. I would definitely recommend his place.

This was my first Airbnb experience and she was great. For the small budget and for people who want to take a closer look at the Parisian life, it is highly recommended to stay with Luc. Because he is a very nice, courteous and helpful person. He is very sociable and to have a laugh, in addition, he gives a tip which places, which one does not find on the guide, you should rather visit. So I would visit him again and again if my ways should lead me to Paris again.

Luc was very accommodating with my early arrival time and was able to check me in extremely early (at 9 AM instead of his regular check in time of 8 PM). He was a very accommodating, conscientious and gracious host and made my first stay in Paris very enjoyable. He provided me with a lot of information about what to check out in Paris, and the location of his apartment is conveniently located by a tramway station providing easy access to the Paris Metro which takes you straight to the heart of the city!

EXCELLENT This is my best AIRBNB experience, Luc can not be better, attentive, helpful. The place outside of Paris but very well connected, I was able to return even at 1am by public transport (night bus) without problems and only a few steps from the station. I recommend it 100%

Michael’s place was nice. It was nice to know that he was upstairs if you needed something. The place is a bit far from central Paris but if you don’t mind public transportation you should be fine. We took ubers which was pricier but gave us more peace of mind. Also if you go around the area make sure you speak a little bit of french, especially to buy food. Its perfect to just go to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Overall for the price paid was great.

The place was especially awesome because it had a kitchen and dishes to cook your own meals which helped us out with saving money! My stay with Christian was very good. At home is clean and close to the train (RER D) so it's easy to travel to Paris. Christian and his wife are very nice and welcoming people. The place is exactly as advertised.

What you see is what you get. Comunication with Christian was OK even if I do not speak French. He even warned me about traffic. Right after arrival I received keys along with instructions how to use it. Short introduction to the flat followed. I did not encounter any problem.

Pierre's apartment is nice and clean, easily accessible by public transport. Pierre makes sure to provide towels, soap and breakfast. Very good trade-off between price and quality. The apartment is perfect for someone who's planning to spend their days travelling around Paris. The place is very affordable and despite being far from the center, you have public transportation right outside the door and you only take around 30-40 minutes to reach the center. Besides, there is a supermarket and a boulangerie 100 meters from the house. Habibou is a nice person who showed available at all times.

Habibou is very nice guy, he response as quick as he can on airbnb chat box if you have some questions.The place is a bit far from Paris but transporting from Habibou's place to paris is not that hard since right after you step out to the building you will have the bus stop station next to entrance (but be advice about strike in Paris- it limits the bus,tram,train transporting everyday).. the place is pretty modern and is safe..

The place is great. The house is really cool and the host respect your space. The problem in my trip was that the place is a bit far from the city center and there was a public transport paralization in France. I took about 2,5 hours each day to get back to the place at night.. But it wasn't the host's fault, normally the time to get there would be 45 min or one hour. Besides that, it was a great experience. I really recommend this place if you don't care taking a couple of busses and a train to get around the city.

If you want to spend a quiet weekend this apartment is for you

Can't say enough positive about my stay. Wanda is a beautiful and creative person. The flat reflects these qualities. The room is beautiful. The area seems safe and you are in a gated community. It's not so expensive and really easy to use public transportation to get to her place. Even at 3 am I was blessed enough to get there by public transportation. Wanda met me at the station and showed me everything I needed. Bed comfy, great space, and shower pressure is wonderful. Would stay again!!!!

The Airbnb apartment was tidy and clean with a good heating system. Also, it's very easy to get around with public transportation, and walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops and the beautiful Basilique St. Denis. We really enjoyed staying at Abdelaziz's place, he is a great host, he was always there when we need him.

A clean, tiny studio with a functional kitchen, best for those who are visiting Paris briefly and need a place to sleep. There is a T5 stop nearby (you can reach the Archives nationales in 15-20 minutes) as well as a nice, partly-forested area (Butte Pinson), good for walking or running. Sabrina is an attentive host.

Ideally located. Close to all public transport, shops and service (lavomatic). Sabrina is very accommodating, punctual and responsive to all requests. The accommodation is 20 minutes from the airport of Bourget, ideal for business trips. I recommend this accommodation to anyone moving in this area.

Victor is a very gentle and kind human. The place is very nice, and very clean but without the sterile feel. It made me feel safe and at home instantly. The room is great, bed comfortable, and the flatmates welcoming and respectful. I would move in straight away, if I could.

Great place. Would recommend! Bus stop right outside the apartment. About a 15min walk to the RER and then another 20min ride into Paris. It gets quiet at night but doesn't feel unsafe.

An excellent room in a very nice neighborhood (not an HLM) close to a tram and a bus stop plus two RER stations, a very decent Lidl and an Auchan. City center in about 45-50 min, Basilique de Saint-Denis in 20 min max, Renaissance museum at Écouen in only a few bus stops. All facilities, warm welcome and a garden view!

We had a good time at Katia's place. She has a lovely garden where we enjoyed our meals. The internet is excellent and stable. She has fiber optic. The neighborhood is safe, there is a big supermarket Lidl just about 5 minutes walk from Katia's house.

This small room with a bunk bed was adequate and comfortable for my stay. Katia and her housemates were very friendly and helpful. The house is a short slightly uphill walk from a public bus stop. Surroundings are beautiful and plenty of walks nearby. Very quiet!
