Recent extension (2022) overlooking the flowery courtyard of an 18th century house, this 36 m2 duplex combines calm and elegance 6 mins from the metro. The accommodation is completely independent and adjoins an artist's studio. It includes a large room on the floor (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2. Charmant appartement de 42m2 au coeur du bas-Montreuil à la limite de Vincennes, tout proche de Paris. Quartier très agréable avec ses nombreux commerces. Beautiful refurbished apartment, on the 4th floor of a recent residence, with elevator access. It is located in the heart of Montreuil, 5 minutes from the Hôtel de Ville metro station. Very bright, it has a large balcony and all the amenities necessary for a good stay, 30 minutes from central Paris. Bernard is a benevolent and positive host.
