The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. Fully equipped kitchen with small refrigerator and electric stove. Walk to Embarcadero & bay. View of the bay. EV car charging.

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

Walking distance to the little bay as well as Sea pines golf resort and restaurant. Montana de Oro State park is minutes away. Short drive to Morro Bay. Home offers a lot of privacy. This small cabin is completely furnished. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed, so one requirement is the ability to CLIMB a 7 foot loft ladder.
