Cozy studio apartment

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

If you are afraid of spiders you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the countryside or lie in the meadow sooner. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers and ponds. However, the federal highway is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, you can't drive it directly. The stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Whereby "WC“ means compost toilet.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Das Studio ist sehr gut für Kurzzeitübernachtungen geeignet. Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
