Apartment on the ground floor of a house , fully independent of 60 m2, equipped with beautiful volumes, including a US kitchen, a dining room and a relaxing living room. 2 Bedrooms with separable double beds, a double sofa bed, and 1 bathroom, a1 toilet. Opposite the Parc de la Garennière and the edge of the Bois de Notre-Dame. The accommodation is close to shops and 10 minutes by BUS from the RER A train station. The BUS is opposite the apartment. By car, Porte de Bercy 20 minutes and Euro Disney 40 minutes away.

Studio 20m2 in my house on the banks of Marne

The accommodation is 21 m2 and it is an extension of my house. The entrance to the garden is shared and I have a cat. Wifi goes great. Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is 10 meters from the banks of the Marne and 450 m from shops. If you come by car, the location is ideal, but if you come by train you will have to walk 25 min.
