Neben dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz und Schlaf-Sofa, verfügt die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung über ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine moderne und voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein saniertes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Aktuell ist der Balkon gesperrt und ist aufgrund dessen auch nicht inseriert. Bremerhavens Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Auswanderer-Haus, die Aussichtsplattform „Sail-City“, das Schifffahrtsmuseum und auch die Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

This spacious home is a cozy & convenient base for up to 6 adults (plus children & pets) to explore the city and the northern coastline. The house has a great setup for smaller & bigger families and comes with a fully enclosed backyard that is ideal for kids or pets to play freely or bikes to be stored safely. It's located in a small and quiet neighborhood only a few walking minutes away from the tourist harbour (restaurants, sights, culture) and right next to the cities all new bicycle path.

Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. The apartment is on the upper floor of our house. It consists of a living room, small bedroom, kitchen and bathroom as well as a hallway with access to a roof terrace. The living room is equipped with a TV. In addition, the sofa can be pulled out as a sleeping option. In the adjacent bedroom, there is a 140 × 200 cm bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathromm has a shower.
