The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. It is centrally located but also in a quiet location of Harsefeld. The size is about 110 square meters, where up to 4 people can really feel comfortable :o) The proximity to Buxtehude (17 km), Stade (22 km) and Hamburg (30 - 80 km) and also accessible by train, is for many guests the reason to book our apartment at reasonable prices.

By the way, in summer the attic apartment does not heat up because it has the insulation of passive houses. Cool in summer, warm in winter! Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
