Detached and on the edge of a quiet residential area, a 3-minute walk from the woods of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in the Netherlands, and beautiful mountain bike trails, you will find the holiday home the two Greetjes. Through a private entrance, secured with an electric gate, you arrive after 40 meters, in a tiny house that is equipped with all comforts. Completely free due to a lot of vegetation, you can enjoy the wonderful Dutch sun on the spacious terrace.

Wandelen, fietsen, varen, diverse plaatsen ( Nijmegen en Den Bosch ) en tevens diverse musea en o.a. De tuinen van Appeltern binnen tien minuten bereikbaar. Diverse horeca binnen handbereik. Kunstatelier aanwezig.

Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Within walking distance is the Blue Room, the Grebbeberg and a number of fantastic walking/cycling routes along the Waal and Rhine. Also a number of cozy restaurants including ‘t Veerhuis (200m away). You have access to a large part of the garden with lounge area. And possibly in the morning a Betuwe breakfast in the garden or in the room.

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
