The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

The Gecko Bach maybe small but is big on comfort- we have thought of everything you might need including an outdoor bath & use of our spa . A 1 -2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to mall, supermarkets, train/bus station, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Beach & shops are only a 20min walk or catch the bus, (bus stop outside the gate!) We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 3 but can fit 4 at a push. New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.
