Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

In de meivakantie (17 april-3 mei) en in de zomervakantie (10 juli-23 augustus) alleen langer verblijf mogelijk (met automatische korting). Graag even contact opnemen wat mogelijk is.
