Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Kitchenette has all essentials - Keurig, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, microwave, blender, tabletop air fryer/oven. NO cooktop or elevator. Updated in 2024 with all new furniture, mattress, and linens. Clean, well equipped, comfortable!

You can watch the snow fall while watching your favorite movie. Curl up with your favorite book and warm up while the gas woodstove warms the air.
