Best AirBnB experience I have ever had! We booked this charming apartment with a group of friends just to spend the night after the wedding of a friend of us. And it turned out to be a fabulous unique experience: the host, Loriana, and her husband Fabrizio gave us the best welcome you can wish for. We felt part of their family. Their sense of hospitality goes beyond your expectation and it is really genuine and humble. They will do anything they can to make you feel comfortable and at the same time respecting your privacy. Not to mention the amazing breakfast we have been served in the morning in the laid back terrace, with home made pies, coffee or tea and fresh cuts. The apartment is clean and decorated to such an attention for details that it makes you go WOW when you first step in. The beds are very comfortable and the thick walls keep the temperature inside the "tower" cool. You can enjoy such a relaxing atmosphere and silence, which is such a great thing if you are coming from a fast paced city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking something. The only negative side I can find is probably the very low signal on your phone. But isn't it just what you wish for? ;) At last, I can mention that the location is ideal if you want to visit Siena, Arezzo, and plenty of picturesque villages by the Arno river Riassumendo quanto scritto in inglese qua sopra...è la migliore esperienza Airbnb che ho mai avuto. Loriana è un oste che ti farà sentire a tuo agio e parte della famiglia senza mai disturbare la tua privacy. La torre di Loriana Pieve A Presciano è un posto incantevole, e Loriana una padrona di casa molto accogliente e premurosa. Siamo stati molto coccolati e speriamo avere occasione di passare nuovamente nella sua casa. Naturalmente consigliamo a tutti questo posto incantevole.

Aparte de que la casa es preciosa y cuidada hasta el último detalle, nos a encantado la hospitalidad de Loriana, nuestra anfitriona, y de su hija Eleonora. Los desayunos estupendos y abundantes. Las tartas y dulces hechos por Loriana buenísimos y tipicos. Muy buenos consejos sobre las zonas a visitar. Mi familia y yo hemos pasado tres dias en Pieve a Presciano maravillosos.

We are a family of 3 staying for 5 days and all loved the place so much that we kinda regretted that we didn't reserve the house for longer. The place is clean, accurate like shown in pictures and communication with host is easy and fast. The only downside is the mosquitoes but let's not blame the place itself because the region is just like that. Just make sure to bring some anti mosquito sprays and all's good. There're two swimming pools and we all enjoyed very much. There's also a common room with pool table, piano and books. It's great for family stay since i could do yoga quietly, my husband could practice his running and our child could easily make friends ( lots of friends). There are 2 very good restaurants just close by. One is literally next door and the other one just takes like 3 minutes walk with beautiful view over Toscane's typical fields. There's a super market named Coop about 15 minutes driving away with everything we need for a long stay. And oh there's a fresh natural & gaz water machine next to the play ground right outside of the vila, 5 cents for a little or 7.5 cents for 1.5 littles. From this place, we could easily move around by car to Siena, Pienza. There's also the Prada factory outlet (15m driving) or the Mall outlet ( on the way to Florence) if you are into shopping. Bla bla (URL HIDDEN) many nice things to see and to say about this place. We all love our stay. many thanks to Alberto and Mr Ghezzi for being great host!

Arturo was very friendly, informative and helpful upon our arrival. We were then left to ourselves, which was just how we liked it. The apartment was clean and spacious and the pool lovely.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Pieve a Presciano. The property is ideally situated to visit the "wonders" of Tuscany and is a haven of peace to which to return in the evening. The children were delighted to have the pools in which to cool down, the table tennis and snooker tables and made friends with other children staying there. Mum and Dad had peace to enjoy the scenery and the local wine;-) The restaurant opposite the house is excellent (which also made late returns much easier!). We stayed in the small "garden house" where the bedroom is directly opposite the restaurant terrace. It was great as it was ground floor and remained cool and festive terrace ambient noise didn't bother us as we heartily joined in and weren't bothered about early nights, but it may be worth noting for anyone looking for total silence... There are certainly other buildings on the property which are calmer in the evening. This also holds true for wifi connection (which is intermittent at best in that area). The only minor down side to our stay was the mass of extremely aggressive mosquitos which were determined to devour everyone around! This year was rather exceptional as there had been a great deal of rain in June and July, but do take the necessary arms and armor with you just in case! Alberto and his family are ideal hosts: discreet but immediately present if one needs anything. We would certainly recommend this property and sincerely hope to find an opportunity to return sometime.

We were family of 12 in total that spent up to two weeks in total, in the country house with pool (8 people), in garden house with pool (4 people). We had a great time in Alberto's place, everything was as descibed. The two pools were very good and clean and the pool garden is very well looked after (every morning Arturo had rearranged the sun beds). On the property there is a ping pong table, footballtable and pool table so everyone could play and have fun. In the village there is a little shop where we could buy fresh bread each morning and two very good restaurants, where you can also have takeaway, which was exellent for us. Only downside is the bugs, but we were all bitten quite much, but that is a problem everywhere and not much to do about it, just remember to take bug sprays with you. To sum up, a great place for a family vacation, exellent hosts that are always ready to help with whatever but also leave you in peace when you want. I absolutely recommend a stay at Alberto's house.

Sono stata in questa casa al piano terra molto carina e graziosa, situata nel paese di Pieve a Presciano. Abbiamo gustato ottime cene nei ristorantini del luogo e visitato Arezzo e Siena. Alberto ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti, la casa è ben arredata, pulita e confortevole, il giardino e le piscine molto belle. La consiglio assolutamente. C'è anche un aviosuperficie e si possono fare con lo zio di Alberto dei voli sul territorio.

Beautifully presented rustic apartment in the Tuscan countryside. Our family of 5 enjoyed 3 nights here and would have loved to stay longer. Roberta met us on arrival and was easy to communicate with and was very nice. Would recommend her house for a beautiful Tuscan experience. Han-na

Roberta waited for us to show us house and surroundings she also let us know where we can eat first day and where to find wifi. She also surprised us with local red wine which was so nice of her. The house was exactly as on the photos. We loved this place

This renovated family home is in a lovely area not far from Florence. Roberta has done a wonderful job in proving an impeccably clean and well furnished space for a comfortable stay. This entre to Tuscan hilltop town living proved to be a real winner.

After a little challenge finding Pieve A Presciani and then our apartment mostly because we didn't have a map and were relying on Sat Nav. We had to stop and ask people and of all things ended up at Roberta's parents place. Her father jumped in his car and suggested we follow him. It wasn't very far but he was very helpful as we had already kept Roberta waiting nearly two hours while we had a few wrong turns. Roberta showed us around while her father waited and was most helpful. She left us with a bottle of wine to share which was very much appreciated after my driving experience. Once settled the next day we found our way around the village which was just delightful. Roberta asked to text if there was anything she could help with. Her instructions to get to Florence were great and we did take her advice in driving to a town and catching a train. It was so easy. The apartment we loved, it had everything we needed and was beautifully presented. Our view from the rooms was fabulous and Tuscany was everything we imagined. Unfortunately only one restaurant was open while we were there but the food was great so it didn't really matter. He also ran the mini market so he saw us a few times. Made our stay everthing we wanted it to be. Getting lost with the driving on several occasions showed us plenty of small villages. Imagine our delight when we walked down the road past the church to see a herd of deer frolicking in the trees. We don't see that in Australia.

She greeted us with a cake and a bottle of wine. The description was ok, only we did not have internet what a house should have when having foreign gests. The neiborhoud was pleasent.

Roberta could not have been more helpful when we arrived late. The cottage was very impressive, better than described. Pieve a Presciano is a very quiet village with a good little restaurant.

Roberta is the perfect host. From the moment we arrived at her place, she made us feel so welcomed, setting the tone for a wonderful Tuscany experience. The house was even better than we expected. The view from the windows was breathtaking, serene, and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and cozy. A restaurant down the street was the best food we had in all of Tuscany. Roberta is a very pleasant host. She prepared a bottle of Tuscan red wine as a welcome gift. The apartment was as described. Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay so we suffered from the weather. Would definitely come back in spring or autumn.

This place is Fabulous. Simona and her staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. We loved our accommodation as it is a nice size for 2 people, modern and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the BBQ was great. We were lucky as we had the pool and grounds to ourselves for the whole week!! The pool is lovely temperature and clean and the grounds are immaculate with fantastic views. Our patio had fantastic views too and great for eating outside and just taking it all in. This place is such great value for money, we could not really have asked for more. There is a great 13K walk that goes from half way down the drive and supermarket's in Bucine and Levane. Levane was the best one we found close by. We also went to Il Borro (Relais and Chateaux) for the 4 course taster menu with wines and we highly recommend that, which is only about 20 minutes away by car. We will definitely return one day and I am sure you will love this place too. P.S. if you see a cute little ginger cat, he is very friendly and purry, but he is hungry, so please feed him for me. Magnificent site, wonderful and well maintained garden, splendid swimming pool and nice country style house. Isolated but close to a village where you can find a couple of wonderful local restaurants. Simone welcomed us warmly. We felt comfortable, with good furniture but the design in mezzanine is not very practical and the bathroom is interior and has poor lighting. Very modern and beautiful kitchen. It would be nice to have sockets to connect the toaster and microwave. Strongly recommended to Tuscany landscape lovers who are not afraid of driving a couple of kilometres in a quite bad rural road.

Fantastic house ,incredible views coupled with peace , quiet and tranquility. Very stylish, very comfortable, well equipped. Simona is a great host and was able to answer any questions we had quickly. Excellent restaurants in the neighbouring villages so you don't have to travel far to eat out. Can't praise this place or Simona highly enough.

The hay barn was absolutely superb. It was just as described in the listing and we enjoyed all the home comforts! It was beautiful and spacious and the pool and area were fantastic. We hope to be back again some day. We even arrived very late (2am) and were still able to check in - Simona is a fantastic host!

Een geweldige locatie! Huis is super mooi en luxe. We hebben hier heerlijk genoten van de mooie natuur en de luxe van het huis. Voor het zwembad was het te koud maar ook deze is erg luxe. Alles is netjes schoon en je zit er heerlijk privé. Op het pad ernaar toe kan je soms reeën tegen komen, geweldig genoten.

Está situada a una hora de Florencia, Siena y la Vall d'Orcia. Simona, la propietaria está disponible en todo momento y nos atendió muy amablemente en todo lo que le preguntamos. El único pero es el acceso a la casa. Un camino de tierra que a veces es un poco incómodo para acceder con un coche normal. La casa está totalmente equipada y limpia. En resumen, una maravilla de sitio.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa di Campagna Pianelli. The pool, the house and the garden absolutely complied with the description and the pictures on airbnb. Luciano and Beatrice have been great hosts. The garden and the house are well-kept and very clean. Especially the lovely prepared details like the little gifts etc. proofed their great hospitality.

Das Casa di Campagna Pianelli ist eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, das wir jemals besucht haben! Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Luciano, Beatrice und ihrer Familie begrüßt. Das Haus liegt inmitten der Toskana und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen perfekten Urlaub. Von dem sehr gepflegten Pooldeck aus schaut man in das Grün der umliegenden Hügel. Der Pool selbst ist dabei ebenso gepflegt wie der wunderschön gestaltete Garten. Hier findet man absolute Ruhe und Erholung! Alle Räume des Hauses sind hübsch eingerichtet und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt z.B. über eine Klima- und eine Alarmanlage, W-Lan, Bluetoothboxen und einen LCD-Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Darüber hinaus haben Luciano und Beatrice mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wirklich an alles gedacht, um sich hier von Anfang an absolut wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

We had the best time ever. The place was so beautiful and also very clean. After a lazy day at our private pool, we had several spots where we could choose to enjoy the beautiful view of the typical landscape. (With several glasses of wine from our big american fridge.)Emma was the best host. We all want to go back very soon.

If you're looking for unspoilt, rolling Tuscan hills, quiet seclusion and a taste of all that this little gem of a country has to offer then I can't recommend this place enough. From the beautiful house, well-kept garden full of roses, herbs and sweet smelling flowers, to your own private pool to splash around in - this place has it all. Emma and her sister welcomed us warmly (they left the house open for a very late arrival after our flight). She was on hand for a little local knowledge or anything we needed during our stay. We visited Arezzo and Sienna, both fairly close, as well as a host of small villages that were near us. One real bonus was Le Cantine, a small restaurant in the village (10 minute stroll away) which we all agreed (four London foodies) was probably one of the best we'd ever had. All in all, it was the perfect holiday, and while I don't want anyone else to know about it so we can go again, this place is really special.

A beyond amazing experience. The house is so beautiful, it really was difficult to leave even for a few hours. Pergine Valdarno is also a charming little town with a great restaurant within walking distance. Emma was a wonderful host. At one point, she noticed we had moved our chairs to the yard to soak in some sun, and the next time we came back to the house there were lounge chairs for us all set up in the yard. Very thoughtful. I can't recommend this place enough and if I am ever back in Tuscany I will only stay here.

Cristiano and his family were so nice. We had a nice talk and he showed us his very interresting "house". They restorated it very beautiful. The room is perfect and clean, they thought of every detail. The breakfast was delicious. We would have liked to stay longer. So i really recommend a stay!

What a wonderful experience. Cristiano and his lovely family made us feel at home immediately. The guest room was very cute and clean, the breakfast delicious and the girls were adorable. After my daughter and I practiced singing and playing a few songs in our room, Cristiano asked if we wanted to play in the breakfast room the next day, which of course we were more than happy to do, and before long the girls were singing along. We hope to see them again one day! Very highly recommending this guest room and its incredibly generous and pleasant hosts.

Wonderful hosts, clean room, lovely setting. Breakfast was great too with freshly picked raspberries and cherries from their garden. Could not have wished for more. Great value.

Cristiano and his family have a lovely place in a charming town in Tuscany. The town is 30 mins away by car from Siena. We had a lovely time in this charming old monastery room. The breakfast was delicious and the home itself is a perfect place to relax and rest. We definitely recommend!!

Perfect! I was just passing through, but Cristiano and Lisa were so welcoming. Cristiano welcomed me with a beer and let me stay an extra night on short notice, and Lisa served a magnificent breakfast both mornings.

There was incredible silence and calm and in the same time it was pretty close to couple of interesting places in Tuscany. Alessio and his father were great hosts. They welcomed us with their vine and fresh eggs for breakfast. House is nice, clean and situated in the beautiful countryside. We spent most of the time in the terrace. With Alessio’s help it was very easy to find the house. We really enjoyed our stay here and would strongly recommend it.

This was our best Airbnb experience so far! The communication with Alessio by mail went swift and smoothly. The reception was memorable. The real Italian experience, with the lovely and hospital family. The house was more then we expected. Spacious and very clean. Everything we needed (and more) was there. A great terrace (safe for children), the 'own' olivetree orchard and the little lake to relax. Heaven on earth. Alessio and his father gave us fresh eggs and their own produced wine (nice!). They were so kind and helpful and made sure we didn't lack anything. The region is also very nice, near the chianti places and close to all the Tuscan cities. We highly recommende this place! Dear Alessio and father (and mother and nonna) thank you so much for letting us stay at this wonderful house and we hope we can come back some day soon!

Alessio and his dad gave us a very warm welcome...Alessio helpt us to find us the apartment. He was very easy to reach and his English is very good. The appartement is beautiful. It is the upper part of their house wich is built by the dad himself with a lot of love. The appartement has a private entrance and is very well decorated and spotless clean... The kids loved the big private garden to play football in it. Alessio and his dad showed us their animals and their very friendly dog. They gave us fresh vegetables from their garden, a bottle of homemade excellent wine and fresh eggs from their chickens The surroundings are also very beautiful. Not far away from turistic cities. I definitely recommend this place if you want a real toscany experience.

Wir waren total begeistert von Alessio, seiner Familie (insbesondere Papa Palerio) und der Ferienwohnung. Die Räume wirken in echt noch freundlicher, regionaltypischer und angenehmer als auf den Fotos. Unser Urlaub hat unsere Hoffnungen übertroffen. Wir durften nette Italiener und deren Gastfreundschaft kennenlernen. Das Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten ist wahrer Luxus. Die Hilfsbereitschaft von Alessio und Palerio war jederzeit und in allen Fragen fantastisch. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist in ländlicher Ruhe, man erreicht aber trotzdem innerhalb kurzer Zeit gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Vielzahl sehenswerter Ausflugsziele und Städte. Wer in der toskanischen Landschaft Stille und Ruhe sucht ist dort goldrichtig. Aber auch Kinder sind hier sehr gern gesehen. Mit Kickertisch und Tischtennisplatte, sowie jeder Menge Natur findet man auch im direkten Umfeld gute Spielmöglichkeiten. Kleine Punktabzüge gäbe es für die für Selbstversorger kleine Küche und ihre für diese Zwecke knappe Ausstattung. Aber auch hier half uns die Familie so gut es ging aus. Schade war ansonsten nur ein wenig, dass die nahegelegenen Seen nicht zum Baden geeignet sind. Zum Glück hatten wir unser Planschbecken dabei. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen und diese Ferienmöglichkeit weiterempfehlen. Wir verlebten in der Casa vacanza "Le Balze" einen Urlaub an den wir noch lange und immer wieder gerne zurück denken werden.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa casa durante il ponte del primo maggio. La casa è di recentissima costruzione ed è in perfetto stato. Da sottolineare la perfetta pulizia delle stanze. Inoltre, è davvero bello e tranquillo il contesto in cui si trova. Ringraziamo Alessio e suo padre per la splendida accoglienza che ci hanno riservato. Grazie a loro abbiamo passato una splendida giornata. Ritorneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!!

Het was werkelijk een fantastische vakantie! Huis is mooi met oog voor detail. Alleen een woonkamer mist. Je hebt alleen in de keuken een houten hoekbank die niet echt lekker zit. Buiten genoeg plekken om te zitten als het weer mooi is. De omgeving is prachtig en een goede uitvalsbasis naar o.a. Florence, Siena, Arezzo, enz. In de buurt twee lekkere restaurants. Voor honden ook een paradijs. Het terras en de tuin met olijfbomen zijn helemaal afgezet. Het gastgezin is super aardig. Wij hebben met hen de druiven voor de wijn geoogst en daarna een gemeenschappelijke lunch met de Italiaanse familie en hun vrienden. Wij kregen verse eieren en groenten uit hun tuin. Echt geweldig.

It was a fantastic weekend, for every aspect. We were greeted by the owners of the house in a very charming and polite way. They immediately gave us advices on the best restaurants in the neighbourhood and useful tips on the house, which has included all the necessary comforts. The combination of the typical Tuscan food and wine, and of the nature surrounding the entirety of the house, gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy our time in peace and tranquility away from the city.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in the centre of the village which has a couple of restaurants and a small shop.. The location is beautiful, very peaceful and rustic, the grounds and pools are lovely. The accommodation is basic but it was comfortable and clean. We visited the natural thermal pools at Bagni San Fillipo- an hour and a half drive...but really worth it. There are some other great towns and villages nearby but the area is not a theme (URL HIDDEN) is real, rural Italy. I would recommend stocking up at a large supermarket before you arrive if you are planning on staying put for a few days, the coop in Montervarchi is good. We were made to feel very welcome by Alberto's family and would love to return.

Pieve a Presciano è una vera oasi di pace. Consiglierei i magnifici alloggi del gentilissimo Alberto a chiunque (in famiglia, in coppia o con amici)! La piscina principale è meravigliosa e anche il giardino! Cosa non scontata, per gli amanti della buona cucina non c'è bisogno di andare lontano per mangiare bene: proprio a 2 passi di numero dal complesso si trovano due ristoranti davvero eccezionali. Insomma, abbiamo trascorso diversi giorni senza pensieri, senza il rumore della città e non ci siamo dovuti preoccupare di nulla.

What a beautiful and big house. The pictures are great but in real life its even better. Such a peaceful landscape and beautiful sunset. Nice swimming pool and garden, also the house is very clean. Also the familyrestaurant is great, the food was so amazing we would definitly recommend it. The family is really kind and they helped us very well!!

Federico's place is a spacious, beautifully decorated house with a lovely olive grove garden and terrace overlooking beautiful views of nearby village. The pool is a safe distance away from the house for children. There is a barbacue there if needed. We found the owners and family to be extremely helpful and kind to us. The whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. Our kids are aged 2,5 and 6 and they all had a lovely time so I would highly recommend the house for children. The family also have a really nice, affordable restaurant called La Cantina in the village which we visited twice and enjoyed very good italian food. I would highly recommend this place.

Totalmente recomendable. La casa es incluso mejor de lo que se ve en las fotografías. La ubicación, tranquilidad y limpieza inmejorables. Federico y su familia han sido encantadores. Además regentan un restaurante en el que se come de maravilla.

Quelques remarques, la maison n'est équipée ni de la coup ni de ventilateurs et vu les chaleurs intenses du mois d'août nous avons eu du mal à dormir. L'étage de la maison est beaucoup trop chaud l'été. La description ne mentionne pas que les propriétaires partagent une autre partie de la maison, et que l'on s'entend mutuellement (nous espérons ne pas les avoir trop dérangés). Si la vue est sublime, la maison est très isolée et nécessite d'avoir absolument une voiture. Enfin, un chenil pas loin crée de régulières nuisances sonores. Mais la situation de la maison reste exceptionnelle.

Logement conforme aux photos. Séjour très agréable. Nous avions des chiens et tout s'est passé parfaitement bien, très grand terrain.

La maison est bien plus agreable que le font pense les photos. La piscine est tres biennous en avons bien profite, la terrasse,le paysage et le jardin sont magnifiques et tres agreable. Le restaurant de la famille dans le village est tres bonet abordable je vous recommande cette adresse si vous voulez profiterdu calme de.la toscane , un peu isole pour ceux qui veulent visiter.

Our stay in Pergine and with Irene was fantastic! Irene was the perfect host, taking time to show us around the village, providing lots of helpful suggestions what to do and where to go, and being generally very responsive to all kinds of questions. Make sure to take that cooking class, we at least had lots of fun and the food was very yummy. The accommodation was extremely charming and Pergine was a good place from which to explore the surroundings, Arezzo, Siena and the nearby mountains.

Irene is amazing. Her home was perfect for us. We didn't want to be in the center of town. It's location was perfect. 30 mins from siena and 20 mins away from a train station which took us to florence. The jacuuzi was amazing. The best part was irene. She is so nice and extremely helpful! 10/10 will come back and recommend to everyone!!

The place was beautiful and Edoardo and Irene really made us feel at home, so welcoming and helpful and made us feel like friends. The village is lovely, with everything you need on your doorstep, an excellent restaurant around the corner and local produce available at the butchers, greengrocer, bakery etc. We can't wait to stay here again and have already been making plans.

Our stay with Irene and Edoardo was fantasic. My husband and I couldn't of asked for better hosts and the unit was so charming and quaint with the modern day luxury included. Irene answered all our questions prior to and during our stay and the information provide was also so detailed and accurate. We loved our stay so much wr extened while we were there! From the local shops to the fantasic restaurants and wineries close by everything is at your doorstep! Thank you both for such a wonderful stay. We can't tell you how much we appreciate your help with make our holiday so fantastic! Will highly recommend you to any clients and friends a like who will be traveling to Tuscany.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! Communication was very kind and friendly before, during and afterwards. Irene showed us around in the village, explained and gave us some nice tips - even for our next destination Florence. The apartment itself is very clean and gives a nice combination between the very old building and modern elements (kitchen and hot tub). We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni nell’appartamento la Miccia. La casa si presenta in perfetto stile Toscano e rispecchia le immagini presenti sul web. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere le principali città della Toscana con facilità. Con Edoardo è stato facile comunicare: ha risposto in maniera molto veloce ed esaustiva alle nostre richieste ed è stato molto flessibile e disponibile per gli orari di check in e check out. Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto fare un giro per il paese e ci ha dato i giusti consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Davvero cortese. Tuttavia abbiamo alcune annotazioni da fare. La prima riguarda il riscaldamento: sulla descrizione dell’appartamento non è specificato che il costo del gas è a parte. Suggeriamo di chiarirlo per evitare sorprese ai tuoi ospiti. La seconda riguarda la connessione wifi: purtroppo c'è segnale solo in soggiorno e in certi punti della camera da letto. Sarebbe più comodo fosse accessibile in tutta la casa. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Wij hebben een volle week in deze accommodatie verbleven. Het is ontzettend bevallen, mede door het enthousiasme van Irene. Zij heeft perfect uitleg gegeven over de omgeving en was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. De ligging is een ideale uitgangspositie om steden als Arezzo, Siena en Florence te bekijken. In de directe omgeving zijn veel dorpjes en wijnboeren een bezoekje waard. In het dorp zelf zit een prima koffietent en restaurant. Irene en haar broertje hebben ons zelfs een avond uitgenodigd voor een Italiaanse maaltijd. Zeker een aanrader.
