At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs, and the sheep are all there to help you relax for a moment in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

La Vieille Grange: your countryside getaway!

In the countryside, 1.5 hours from Paris (train station 2.5 km away), this Percheron barn renovated by an American architect offers all the necessary comfort. With family, friends or for professional stays, with an area of 110 m² with its 3 bedrooms, it will allow everyone to have their own space and then meet in the cathedral room! Remake the world, doze off, cook or if you prefer to get some air, go to the bottom of the garden or to the state forest (2 km) which will welcome you with open arms!

At 1:15 a.m. from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).
