The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs, and the sheep are all there to help you relax for a moment in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
