Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

Relax after a day of Wine tasting or Skiing in this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home located in the heart of the Swedish village of Kingsburg! When the day is said and done, whip up dinner in the full kitchen, kick back on the front porch sipping your favorite libations, soak in the tub or cozy up indoors for a movie night on the Smart TV.

The river is seasonal. Please ask if important to your stay. I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. This is not the Hilton. No chrome and glass. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Relaxing country atmosphere. This is COUNTRY. No traffic. Room to walk or ride bikes. You can relax on the dock even when there is no water.
