The apartment has a southern exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Vauban City are within walking distance only 300m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The station of Serre Chevalier is accessible by car at 1.5km and also by bus with stop at 200m. The apartment has a garage, very practical especially in winter ! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13km away !

Apartement near by slopes.on the 1st floor with lift, entrance hall,bathroom with wc,bedroom,a living room with sofa bed,TV, kitchen .Grand balcony S/W with vue on mountains-slopes. Residence 4* heated pool, sauna, lounge with billiard and TV corner,fitness,ski locker, indoor parking! Our studio of 30 m2 located in residence L’Alpage in Saint-Chaffrey is on foot from the slopes. It consists of a sleeping area with a 140x190 bed, a living room with a new sofa bed with French Rapido system easy to use and comfortable. A shower room with toilet and washing machine. Finally, there is a ski locker next to the studio and a southwest facing terrace not overlooked. Amenities on foot, shuttle slopes 2 min. walk. Linen and towels NOT PROVIDED

The apartment is on the south-facing garden floor, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden. It is very functional and full of charm. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are very well connected by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and urban bus at 30 meters). Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Small wood chalet in alpine pastures

Everything is there but you have to go: 4 km dirt mountain road accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new vehicles and/or low checkout. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to the snow, the climb is only by hiking, it takes 45 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes. Four holes of golf (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
