Situated in the Bottesford area of Scunthorpe near to the idealyic Bottesford beck area The property is a one bedroom first floor flat on Valley view drive. The keys are held in a keysafe adjacent to the front door. Access to the front door is along the path from the Valleyview drive road or from the rear parking area.
This one bedroom flat can sleep 2. It has one double bed in the bedroom. There is a wardrobe and bedside cabinets with side lamps. It has a kitchen area which is adjacent to a cosy living room. The kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery and crockery that you'll need for your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board. There is a oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living room has a comfortable sofa and smart TV connected to the free WiFi so you can connect to your own Netflix, Amazon accounts. WiFi name: Password: There is off road parking to the rear of the property and access is at the front of the building facing Valley View drive. This property is close to restaurants, shops, pubs and the Bottesford Beck which allows for lovely walks along the woodland pathway. It is in the southern edge of Scunthorpe not too far from Gainsborough and all the lovely villages in between. This is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. We have introduced an enhanced cleaning service with our cleaning service providers in a bid to reduce the risks of Covid 19 transmission and infection in our properties. These are: All staff are checked daily at the start of their shifts for any symptoms of Covid 19. If they show any symptoms they will return home to self isolate and not return to work until after the 14 days isolation period or until tests show that they are clear. All staff will use gloves when cleaning the accommodation. Wearing of face masks are not mandatory based on Government advice, however, staff will carry a mask and wear at their own discretion. They will carry out their duties in line with social distancing rules. If cleaning is required during a long term stay, the cleaners will observe the distancing rules and if the 2m distancing cannot be achieved then cleaning will be aborted or not started. If a guest returns to the apartment during the cleaning regime, common sense is required to be applied and the guest to stay out of the way until the clean is completed safely. The cleaning fluid used is designed to be a virucidal disinfectant for example Safe zone plus. Over and above the high standard of cleaning performed, all high touch surfaces are wiped and cleaned including lights switches, sockets, etc.

Period property, ex farm cottage, has been completely stripped down to bare brickwork inside and out - completely refurbished internally, open range cooker, exposed beams in lounge and kitchen, everything is refitted from roof to the ceramic tiles to all down stairs floors. There is an additional down stairs cloakroom and wet room with shower. The down stairs lounge which is shared has exposed beams - inglenook fire place, mood lighting - roaring log fire in winter. Plenty of off road parking.

A Roman Village mentioned in the Doomsday Book, there is a beautiful Anglo Saxon Church built upon a Roman remain, nice selection of shops plenty of parking anywhere in the village. Close to many interesting tourists spots ancient and modern

    Access to the Lincolnshire Wolds, Derbyshire Dales and Yorkshire Dales. Brigg is local market town ca 5 miles with range of shops, pubs and shops. Market Thursday and Saturday. Farmers' market last Saturday of month.

    No7 is a cosy, clean terrace house in a quiet side street, opposite a garden centre , 2 minutes walk to The White Bear, one of several restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance of No7. Various types of tea, which is complimentary as is the coffee and quality, locally sourced goodies, which include a fruit bowl. I have lived in Epworth for some 30 years, and can provide information on things local. It is pet friendly . Please contact the owner for further information.
    A bedroom with a double bed with a new orthopedic mattress, cooling fans, dressing gowns and slippers, tea and coffee making facilities. A separate bathroom with shower facility is shared with the host. You are invited to enjoy the garden which offers tables, chairs, a lawn, flower beds and trees, accessible via a separate entrance . It is possible to use the BBQ at additional charge and by prior arrangement. All other rooms of the house are for private use only. There is space for storing a bike - contact me for detailed information.
    Epworth is a small town offering boutiques and unusual gift/homeware shops if you like shopping, a garden centre with a restaurant/caf/takeaways. In addition you are spoilt for choice when it comes to looking for a place to enjoy lunch or an evening meal and cafes some serving delicious afternoon teas.

    🌍 Private Double Bedroom, within a family home, with no Children. Private Double bedroom over looking the back garden, with space to hang your clothes, own TV with access to watch films on the media player. Bathroom is located next to the guest room. With towels available. The Kitchen isn't available to use unless this is discussed before hand. Guest can however use the microwave and cutlery. I can leave out a choice of breakfast, for example fruit, Ceral or toast for an extra small fee. Check in is between 5pm - 9pm and Checkout is 8am, please feel free to discuss this if you require to make alternative arrangements. Please feel free to ask me any questions about your stay. I will do my best to accommodate. Keadby is a small village, two shops, one has a post office with free cash machine, a pub and a chip shop. Tesco Extra, KFC, Mc Dondalds and pubs/restaurants etc 2 miles buy car. Keadby is 40 minute walk to Scunthorpe, buses and the train run every hour. Althrope Train station is a 5 minute walk from our house, it connects to Scunthorpe and Doncaster. Wi-Fi is : Aminet-guest and the passed word : guest ( lowercase) Please note, when driving out the village it is a one way system We also have a small Chihuahua dog called Chilli🌶 Regards Veronica

The room has a single bed, single wardrobe with drawers, bedside drawers with handy touch lamp and a fold down wall desk with swivel chair great for laptop work.     Our neighbourhood is quiet day and night, so you can be sure of a good nights sleep. We have a “convenient corner shop” across the road and a “Fish and chip shop that do Kebabs, Pizza and more” nearby.   • Panjaks home is in a lovely little village, very quiet and peaceful. The home is very comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Panjak was extremely helpful and very welcoming, he took a late booking from us and went out of his way to give advice as to where to eat and not to worry what time we arrived, which was very kind of him. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the shower was really good, we also really appreciated the en-suite. We only stayed a night and wish we could have stayed longer. We can highly recommend Panjaks home for anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you so much Panjak for your hospitality, we enjoyed our brief stay in your lovely home.

    Our private en-suite rooms are similar to a hotel. They have a large bathroom and spacious shower. We also provide tea/coffee etc for your comfort. Please contact us to discuss any other needs you may have. We are close to Lincoln City, ideal for the Cathedral, Castle & Christmas Market, the County Showground and Hemswell Antiques, which is one of the largest antiques centres in Europe, and we are very close to The White Heather, catering for weddings, parties and corporate functions. Guests can walk to the venue in minutes. There is a shop across the road for essentials, and also Meat.Inc, a local upmarket burger house too.
    This is a rural location, with a few businesses nearby and no other houses. There is a public footpath right next to the property if you fancy a walk in the country. Less than five minutes walk away is an eatery and a service station which sells food. We are very close to the White Heather events venue ( http://www.whiteheatheronline.com/ ). A few minutes drive away, you'll find one of the biggest Sunday markets and antique centres in the country too ( https://www.hemswellmarket.co.uk/ ) Historical Lincoln is nearby, with the cathedral worth a visit ( https://lincolncathedral.com/ ). Also, a similar distance away is the medieval manor house, Gainsborough Old Hall ( https://www.gainsborougholdhall.com/ ).

There are more pubs and eateries within 2 miles, making it a perfect location. There is ample space to cook, dine & relax, both indoors and out. Contractors welcome. I offer a discount for a week/month or more.
    My home is spacious and clean. There is ample space to cook, (all pots, pans and utensils, plus 1 x cupboard and 1 x fridge shelf is provided for all guests) dine and relax - I have a large kitchen with breakfast bar, an additional dining area and a spacious living room with tv and french doors off into the garden. There is a bay where you can park outside the property.
    The neighbourhood is quiet yet within a few minutes walk of local shops and pubs or a few minutes drive of supermarkets and the town centre of Scunthorpe. British Steel is a 5 minute drive (2 miles) from here. As well as this, Scunthorpe is a great location for visiting neighbouring cities and places of interest. The motorway 5 minutes away will take you to Sheffield and Leeds in an hour, Doncaster, Hull and the beautiful city of Lincoln in just over half an hour.

This was my first time using an Airbnb and due to the easy and straightforward experience I had it is definitely something I would consider again in the future. Gemma greeted me on arrival and was very welcoming, she gave me a tour of her house which was great and the fact that it had more than one bathroom was a huge bonus. I only used only some of the facilities the house had to offer such as washing machine and iron which were easy to find and use. Although it was the small room that was available it was still big enough to provide a double bed, closet, desk and TV.   • This has been a delightful and very affordable stay. Gemma was a wonderful host, making sure I had everything I needed. This was a work trip for me, and the flat was cozy and friendly, with great wifi. I enjoyed being with Gemma and the other lodgers. The location is great (bearing in mind that this is a working class town). There are shops and pubs within an easy walk, and Aldi and many other stores within a very short drive or longer walk. Parking was never a problem. The kitchen is an especially inviting place to cook, eat, and enjoy conversation. Highly recommended!

    A private room at the front of a tastefully furnished family home with shared facilities. Within 10 minute walk local shops include:- Co Op supermarket, post office, chemist, hairdressers, barbers, Indian restaurant, pizza parlour, fish and chip shop. Lincoln, Doncaster, Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Hull are all within 40 minutes drive away. The house is on a circular bus route with good local rail links.
    A spacious single room, at the front of the property in my home. The room has TV, WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, study area and plenty of storage. A light, serve yourself breakfast of beverages, cereals, toast and preserves is included in the price. Please note: This is my home and I let out a double room also. The bathroom, kitchen and dining room are shared, so the need to keep these places tidy is important for us and other guests. There is a lovely back porch with seating overlooking the garden, for the warmer months, with plenty of bird activity.
    I live in a housing estate with a bus stop 2 minutes away. The hospital and Steel works are only 3 miles away. By car you can be in the Lincolnshire countryside within 5 minutes. Local sights include:- Normanby Hall, Gainsborough Old Hall, Lincoln Castle and Cathedral.

Both lovely people, nothing was too much trouble for them if we needed anything but they left us in privacy for our stay. The little welcome treats were lovely and much appreciated. The accommodation itself has been built and furnished to a really high standard with lovely finishing touches. All of our visitors commented how lovely it was. There is everything you need in a home for a week and it was toasty and warm during the chilly winter week we were there. There was good WiFi and tv with Netflix signed in. We will definitely be regulars to the lodge whenever we are visiting family in the future.

    A warm welcome awaits you on arrival to our 2 bed self catering cottage in a village location close to pubs with fabulous food. The cottage backs on to farmland and there are walks close by in woodlands, river, cycling, fishing and golf. There is a dairy ice cream parlour in the village of Blyton serving cream teas which is always worth a visit, also has a lovely antique shop close by. Lincoln is about an hour away with it's beautiful shops, churches and eateries to visit during your stay.
    Our self catering cottage annexe is close to the river, woodland walks and a local villages offering shopping close by. A welcome pack will be provided on arrival including tea and coffee, bread, eggs, cereals,juice, milk, butter, jam and biscuits. The cottage is ideal for anyone who likes the tranquility of the countryside, ideal to relax, curl up with a good book, take woodland walks or go for a cycle ride on the quiet country lanes. We also offer secure lock up storage for sports equipment. Smoking is permitted in the garden seating area.
    There are many places to visit including Pink pig play park, adventure land, Torksey locks, Blyton race circuit, horse racing at Market Rasen & Beverley, Lincolnshire wolds. The area is ideal for cyclists with many routes throughout the countryside, with quiet roads which are mainly flat terrain with many places of interest. We are close to very pretty woodlands that are great for walks or mountain biking, full of bluebells in the spring and fabulous colours in the autumn. There are superb pubs close by serving wonderful food, beautiful boutiques and nurseries for you to visit.

  • Fantastic place! We booked to stay at Sue’s place as we were passing to see relatives. The place is perfect and beautifully decorated. Lots of lovely touches and we were made to feel very welcome. Sue is the perfect host and she had lovely treats ready for us, especially our daughter who enjoyed the chocolate! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Ideal if you’re looking for an escape.

    A beautiful apart hotel set in the heart of Scunthorpe. A short walk away from the town centre and the Baths Hall. The property features beautifully designed studio suites and rooms ideal got short and longer term stays. The property also boasts a lounge area and a cafe which is open until late.
    Our studio suites are amazing self contained spaces which cater for everyday life. The suite boasts a SuperKing bed supplied by the Chelsea Bed Co. The kitchenette area equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave/oven, kettle and toaster. The kitchenette is ideal for preparing small meals and breakfast from the comfort of your room.The suite is furnished with a large sofa as well as a 32 inch smart TV and telephone. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with power showers, basins, WC and our hand selected toiletries.

    Cosy annexe, with private room, living space and kitchenette in North Lincolnshire. Ideal place to stay. We are within 5 mins to the Market town of Brigg, 15 mins from Scunthorpe, 30 mins to Hull and Grimsby 40 mins to the historic City of Lincoln 5 mins to Barnetby Station and 10 mins to Humberside Airport. The village pub is a couple of mins walk away. A Postmill in the Village can be visited by appointment. There are public footpaths for a nice walk.
