Cozy apartment in the center of Ouddorp aan Zee

This apartment offers lots of privacy with a private sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. Next to the underfloor heating there is a cozy wood stove. Through an open staircase you enter the sleeping area, in which there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog we charge 15 euros cash on arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix ( no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg equipment and is equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a Southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. In the closed laundry room there is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two parts, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two single beds on the other side. The space with the wooden floor and beds immediately feels relaxed. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike you are within 10 minutes on the beach. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very light in atmosphere, you quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment can participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is next to the apartment. The guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden there is a cozy seat, relax chairs and large picnic table. My boyfriend and I are available by mail, whats app and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is just around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and lovely with some cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Dvd speler met dvd’s boven in het kastje , DIV spellen in het kastje bij de salon tafel . Tv met zender pakket. En een volledig uitgeruste keuken . Buiten een ruime louche onder de overkapping Met eet tafel ( kussen liggen in de schuur ) Ligbedden( in de schuur ) Klein tafeltje voor bij de ligbedden . 2 fietsen met verstelbare zadelpen. Wasmachine ( alleen op kost of extra kort wassen ) .. anders doet die er een halve dag over . Wasmiddel ligt in de schuur. Aanvullen na veel gebruik graag . Courmet stel ligt in de schuur onderin de stelling . Hangmat voor tussen de 2 palen in de tuin . Hangmat staat in de grote slaapkamerkast . Tuinverlichting voor en achter ( witte afstandsbediening) Let op , niet aan de schakelaar onderaan zitten , hij staat op stand 1 en moet hierop blijven staan. Anders werkt hij niet meer.

Come and visit our B&B and be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. The B & B is located on the former estate where around 1500 stood the castle Huize Potter. In 1840 it was converted into a beautiful white farmhouse. The arrival is fairytale, if you drive over the long driveway. The property is in the back of the farmhouse. You have your own entrance.
