From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

Each room has beautiful old wood-burning stoves for warmth and a cozy feel. Heating is provided by an air-source heat pump and portable heaters. During coldest time it might be a bit chilly inside. Our wood-fired sauna fits up to 10 people. Enjoy grilling at the fire pit or playing ping pong. The large yard includes a private pond for swimming. Welcome!

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

Kettula is a renovated lakeside property on the shores of Oksjärvi, about 55 minutes from Helsinki. This spacious cottage sits on a large lawn with a private sandy beach, pier, and a terrace with a 9-person jacuzzi.
