Secret Courtyard Studio Apartment near Central Station

The spacious 50 sqm (internal & external) courtyard studio has private and separate entry from a quirky Surry Hills laneway. Visitors descend down a short flight of steps into a stunning secret courtyard enclosed by tall white walls - remnants of a warehouse. Bifold doors lead into the generous living area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater sofa bed (converts to king single bed), leather butterfly chair, flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix) and dining table and chairs. Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. It is an ideal traveller's base to explore Sydney or a superbly convenient business accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. During your stay we are generally in town and a few minutes away, so if you require any assistance, it can be provided promptly. unique pied-à-terre in surry hills

My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

Unit 4. 65A Fitzroy St. Surry Hills

Studio apartment completely renovated October 18. Very light, quiet with private balcony. New kitchen with Bosch oven , Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop and microwave. All new furniture. Fast internet connection. Queen size bed with quality linen. I supply a box of cereal, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Sorry I don't have off street parking available. Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.

A home away from home Located in Sydney CBD in Hyde Park Plaza - on the corner of Oxford st. and College st. Next to museum train station. You could not get a better location in the city. 333 bus to bondi , bottle shop, cafes just downstairs. This one bedroom unit is offering a really comfortable stay with excellent views. Perfect for business or a few nights' stay away to recharge but be aware of city noise ! If you have any requests please don’t hesitate to let me know.
