In a small, secure residence with private parking available ( with electric kiosk) 5 minutes from the city center (direct tram line at the foot of the building) and a multitude of local shops, supermarket, restaurants, public park. Comfortable accommodation with a beautiful orientation, terrace and view of the park, living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 baby bed.
