Leesville & SML beaches & boat launches are 9-30 miles away. Walk or ride 1/2-mi to the road's end at Leesville Lake. Horses/hikers/bikers are welcome along the 5-mi ridge of Smith Mt minutes away. One bedroom/ terrace apartment. Apartment has a full kitchen and deck area. There is a private parking space (room for two cars) and private entrance. The bedroom has a full bed. There is also a full air mattress for extra guests. The bathroom is off of the bedroom. We are about 6 minutes from Liberty University, 8 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Lynchburg College and 20 minutes from the hospitals. Discounts are given for stays seven or more days. The television is a Roku.

With over 800sqft, this newly renovated basement unit is spacious, beautiful, clean and cozy. We are serious about coffee, so we’ve outfitted a great coffee bar. Make yourself a cup using our Nespresso, or go traditional with a Chemex and ground beans. As a courtesy, we provide some light breakfast options - cereal and oatmeal packets.

Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.
