Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).

An upscale modern boho home nestled in the middle of 23 wooded acres where you can find yourself relaxing outside on the deck, hiking the many trails in the woods or enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.  Our barndominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and eat in kitchen with everything you need. Relax with the family at this peaceful place . This cabin sits on 10 acres of wooded area. It’s very secluded, with only wildlife and cows around. The property owns river frontage to the Walhonding River as well as the historical White Woman’s Rock- that Mary Harris made famous. Enough acreage and privacy to avoid human interaction and unplug from the world for a while- yet you are only 3 miles from Coshocton’s Roscoe Village, great winery’s in the area and a short drive to Amish country

The Hollyberry House

Breathtaking cabin located near some of Ohio’s finest attractions. The Hollyberry house boasts beautiful panorama views from every direction. With eight ponds and over 150 acres of farm, forest and magical ravines to explore you will find it difficult to be bored. Property amenities include a hot tub shack, cozy fireplace in the living quarters, a swimming pond equipped with a swim out dock and canoes, fire pit area, and also offers golf cart rentals for an extra charge of $45 per day.

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by my husband on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Walhonding Hideaway is a 3 bedroom home on the Walhonding River. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and a 7th on the couch . While sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck you'll feel as if you are directly on the River. There is a beautifully landscaped bonfire area for nightly fires. You may even see Amish buggies stroll by some mornings. During your stay, consider taking the three rivers wine trail or spending the day in historic Roscoe Village.
