Places to stay in West Glacier
A special place to fit exactly your needs. Comfortable queen bed and futon (that pulls out to a double). Located on the outskirts of town (about 10 minutes from Kalispell) and 45 minutes to the entrance of Glacier National Park, this is the perfect location to kick up your feet during your vacation. We are a quick stop from the airport also (located 10 minutes away.) Your vacation should be relaxing. Let us help you enjoy it! Bathroom is not attached to cabin but house a stones throw away.
The cabin has electricity (hello heat!), a keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, cozy bedding, towels, a fire pit, lawn chairs, wifi, tv, games, and books. The bathroom is located within stone's throw distance and is complete with a full shower, toilet, and sink. We are kid-friendly! There is no bed available specifically for a baby or toddler, but you are welcome to bring your own pack and play.
Located on the outskirts of Kalispell - 1 acre is shared with host. There's a dirt road that separates the Aspen Abode yard from that of the host.
  • This is a great space! Beautifully put together with everything you’d need for a short stay. Joanna was excellent with communication and direction as well.

Our cabins are nestled in the trees, you will get the outdoor feel with all the amenities of town being 10 minutes away. We are pet friendly. We have a large area with a fire pit and seating. Each cabin has dishes and cookware, as well as a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. There are two beds (bunk bed) but you are welcome to throw out a mattress or pitch a tent next to the cabin if you have children or just need a little more room for your group.
We set up on 10 acres of trees and meadows with 3 small cabins and a couple of tent sites. We have lots of deer and wild turkeys roaming in and out of our little retreat.
We are close to Glacier National Park and Hungry Horse Dam. Columbia Falls has a city pool, water slides, lots of dining options and Farmers market every Thursday.

  • This little cabin is absolutely adorable. Everything you need to be comfortable. I was lucky enough to have a beautiful snow fall while I was staying and the cabin looked like something from a storybook. The owners responded so quickly, check-in was a no brainer, and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

  • Excellent host, excellent location. Quiet and cozy, nestled in beautiful pines. Grade A spot for a Glacier National Park base camp. Perfection for one person, might be a little tight for two, depending on how much time you’re going to spend in the cabin. I’d stay here again anytime.

This cozy tipi just outside Glacier National Park shares a one acre plot with my other glamping listing, as well as myself and my various natural building and home improvement projects. Check out my other listing for larger groups, and to get an idea of my vision: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/17497847?location=coram%2C%20mt&s=YHqgN3yC
This tipi is a great option for those seeking a unique stay in the Glacier area. With a full size bed, electricity, and a powerful propane heater, it's the perfect balance of simplicity and comfort.
  • Tipi was a fun change of pace, good hosts and good location.

    Nick2019-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Glamping at its best. We had the teepee and it was super cozy. Felt like we were really camping, but there was a running toilet outhouse and sinks just feet away with a fridge for food storage in another building. If you want to “rough it” (but not really), you can’t go wrong here!

    Tsering2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, we really enjoyed it.

    Tahnee2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Enjoyed our stay in Zac's tipi. Directions were easy to follow and found easily on Google maps. Check in was a breeze. Tipi was warm with propane heater provided. Washroom clean! Never ended up using the shower but looks cool, we only stayed one night but I would use it as a base for the surrounding area if we return. Super fast communication with hosts. Would stay again

    Towen2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Staying here really added to the experience we had with our trip as a whole. It is a super unique space, and also really lets you touch base with the nature around you. Having our own FirePro and hammock was really wonderful, and the hammock especially allowed a nice and relaxed view of the starry sky that we don’t get in the city. Thank you so much for the use of your space, we really enjoyed our stay!

    Jessica2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay in the Tipi. Super grateful for the space heater and earplugs! Great location for getting to Glacier National Park.

    Caroline2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful way to enjoy the great outdoors! The tipi was so unique and every little detail was very well thought out! As everyone has already noted- the trains are VERY close! Ear plugs were provided which helped. We also were sure to do a lot of hiking to wear ourselves out to help us sleep through the noise😏

Camp in our canvas yurt tent like the Montana outfitters and hunters have done for years. Also enjoy the use of a common firepit area and Barbeque, as well as a private fire pit with outdoor chairs. We have no WiFi, no TV, and no stress.
Large canvas tent setup on a wood platform 18 inches off the ground. Sleeps 6-8 people just bring your sleeping bags and air matress.
The yurt TeePee is set up in our little campground just 3 miles from Columbia falls.
  • Super fun! I arrived a little late but this is a great place to stay and would have loved to used the fire pit. Host turned the light on for me which made it easier for me to find and I really appreciate that! Clean outhouse and everything was accessible and easy to find! Great stay!

    Michelle2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful campsite set-up and location, only 20mins from west glacier. Robert had great hospitality and very professional! I would definitely love to come back here

    Maiya2019-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet and spacious, very close to the Flathead river and a fishing access point. Caught my first trout right there! Lovely fireplace! The location l is perfectly placed with access to Glacier National Park as well as the nearby towns. Recommended!

    Andrew2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at The Pines in the Yurt TeePee. I spent most of my time hiking at Glacier National Park so the location was very convenient for returning after the long days. Being located right outside of Columbia Falls, I had easy access to local restaurants and grocery stores while still having a quiet place to stay. I was happy with how clean the teepee was and how comfortable it was to stay there. When I visit Montana again I'll definitely stay here again.

    William2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Best yurt out there! It's a little drive to Glacier National Park but you'll never get tired of the views!! And Robert was such an awesome host and responds quickly. We'll definitely stay here again!!!

    Maze2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • My friend and I were road tripping with out camping gear (only sleeping bags), but we love camping. This was perfect for the camping feel but without having to set up a tent and such. The yurt was roomy, the cots were fairly comfy, there were two outlets for charging phones, a nice electric lantern was hanging inside, and the fire pit in front was accompanied by two camp chairs. And the campground was super cute! We had our own “pit toilet”, or port a potty, and it was sooooo clean and very well maintained. We only stayed one night, but it would be a great base camp for a multi day Glacier visit.

    Nikkie2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to camp for a few nights! Nice, quiet, and about 20 minutes from Glacier! Definitely would love to stay again!

    Anthony2019-09-01T00:00:00Z

Lone Moose Lodge — private-entry studio apmt for 2. A perfect getaway in the midst of world-class vacation locales: Blacktail Mtn. (31 mi), Whitefish Mtn. Resort/Big Mtn. (26 mi), Flathead Lake (12 mi), & Glacier Nat. Park (38 mi). Most love just being a 5-min walk to Lone Pine State Park or Foys Lake for hiking & water activities. Sleds (winter), kayaks, & fly fish float (summer) are INCLUDED! A hot tub & our homemade coffee cake is a perfect start to the day.
5 acres of beautiful trees and wild grass pasture are the setting for this quaint studio apartment known as "Lone Moose Lodge @ Lone Pine Park" with beautiful views of Foys Lake to the west which is also just a minute away. Hiking to the back ridge of the property will give great Eastern views of Glacier National Park just past views of Kalispell and the Flathead Valley. You're only 5 minutes away from downtown Kalispell for dining & shopping. The space has it's own entry & designated parking...yet your hosts are nearby in the attached beautiful home with space for "healthy separation". Feel free to use the mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and other amenities with access to your own bathroom with shower, a hot tub right outside your door and great hosts who love to add the special touches that a common hotel simply can't achieve...like their family's homemade coffee cake for your first morning's "rise and shine". Kayaks are included for some early foggy morning paddling next door. Did we mention there are numerous world-class vacation experiences all within 30 miles??
Our neighborhood is a small area just 5 miles outside of Kalispell bordering Lone Pine State Park and Foys Lake.
  • It's hard to put into words due to how amazing this place is! They provide a relaxing atmosphere and I would highly recommend staying here versus anywhere in the area. And the coffee cake is DELICIOUS.

    Carlyna2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • We had to change our travel plans at the last minute and I am so glad we did! Our stay here was such a needed retreat. Beautiful, clean room. They thought of everything, from games to DVDs, popcorn, coffee creamer, fresh baked coffee cake for breakfast. And the hot tub under the stars was perfect! We even saw deer in the lawn. Such a great place, we will be back!

    Nicole2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • What an absolutely stunning home! It's in a great location, the room was incredibly clean and cozy, and the amenities provided were so thoughtful. The hot tub was just what we needed for our little get away and Cherie's coffee cake might as well be famous at this point. It was wonderful! Will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

    Caitlin2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend! Super cute place. Amazing coffee cake. Looking forward to coming back.

Cherie is super friendly and prompt with responses. I would highly recommend this lovely space! Just be aware that you do need to walk up a flight to stairs to get to the room :)

Great Bear Cabins are right on the highway that leads to Glacier National Park. Our studio cabins are located in the heart of Coram, a quaint and quirky little town with friendly faces.
The cabin is cute and clean with modern furnishings. We have a full bath and shower in the bathroom. There is a cozy queen bed with a Casper mattress! And a microfiber futon for extra guests. There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, and Keurig. Complimentary coffee and snacks! It is across the street from a great little grille. There is a family fun center with a huge maze, bumper boats, go-karts, and mini golf just down the road. There is also a bar, distillery, and another seasonal eatery all within a couple minutes walking distance!
Coram is a small town outside Glacier National Park only about 5 minutes away! We have a couple great places to eat, as well as a bar, distillery, and gas station with mini-mart and laundromat just a couple minutes walk away.
  • We arrived fairly late during a road trip, but had zero issues finding the cabin (great instructions!). Check-in was a breeze from the instructions provided. The cabin was very clean, cozy, and warm. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. We were able to rest and sleep well throughout our trips to Whitefish and Glacier National Park. Speaking of Glacier National Park, this cabin is probably in one of the best/closest locations we’ve encountered. We’re talking about a 10 minute drive from the cabin to the park. Can’t beat that. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Glacier! Thank you for everything!

  • Sunni’s place is so perfect. It’s super close to the West entrance of GNP and it’s just a short drive from many delicious food places. Love how she provided hiking, fishing and food recommendations in her guide. The place was so cute and perfect for us. It was clean and perfect place to come stay at after long days of adventure. The shower gets hot fast and the heaters help the place stay nice and warm. Definitely recommend and will love to stay here again.

    Aura2019-10-21T00:00:00Z

  • Sunni’s place is AMAZING! This cabin was literally less than 10 mins from the West Glacier entrance to the park. It was a very clean, well maintained and beautiful condo. Sunni was also super fast about responding to our messages! He also had clear instructions on how to enter the cabin and a lovely guidebook! One of the best trips we’ve had!!

My husband and I built our retirement home and spend our days gardening and tending to our fruit trees and property.
A nice private room with a queen bed and a single bed and a shared bathroom.
It is very quiet, we are in the woods, but close to town. We are 2 miles from the highway on a dirt road.
  • Best AirBnB stay ever. Pam and Jeff are fabulous hosts. You will never forget them and you’ll tell all your friends to stop at their place when they are in the area. Promise you. They greeted us on arrival and toured us through their place. Our room was comfortable and cozy; our bathroom had everything you might forget (razor, toothbrush) and all toiletries you need and had great water pressure and hot water. Heaven! Pam went with us to the local watering hole, Silver Bullet, for supper. If that’s not your thing, you can go to Columbia Falls or Kalispell for bites. Pam’s place is perfect to jump off to Glacier Park or to Whitefish Resort for skiing. The views! My goodness. You feel completely removed from the world yet close enough to others. There were deer, and geese hanging in the field next to us and elk on the road as we drove in. Ask her about A-Rob and Plant a Seed non-profit. I promise you won’t forget this full-of-life coolest mom ever. She means it when she says you leave like a family member. Hugs all around! I can’t wait to go back.

    Claudia2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great hosts full of local knowledge and warmth. We felt right at home and a lovely location over looking a mountain and a paddock full of deer. Would highly recommend for anyone venturing near glacier national park !

    Jordan2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great hospitality quick responses and very knowledgeable about the area. This couple will help you make the most of your visit to Kalispell or Glacier National Park. Really neat nonprofit they run as well!

  • Great place! Pam is warm and hospitable . . . and a capital C character! What fun! Jeff is a nice, friendly guy, super helpful with itineraries. Pam's breakfasts are hot, fresh cooked, and delicious. Highly recommend.

  • Hospitality at its finest! Pam and her husband Jeff are absolute Legends! Very knowledgeable of the area. Our cabin is conveniently located just off Highway 2 at the foot of Columbia Mountain, near the mouth of Bad Rock Canyon. It offer easy access to Glacier National Park and everything the Flathead Valley has to offer. The home is outfitted with everything you will need for a wonderful stay in the Flathead Valley!
The cabin is around 900 square feet, featuring an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that includes an island, full size kitchen, dining table, wood stove, and comfortable living room. There are 2 bedrooms, one upstairs (double bed + air mattress if needed) and one downstairs (queen bed). The upstairs bedroom is loft-style (it does not have a door) and has a platform bed. It is the only room upstairs and is quite private. The main level also has a full bath and laundry. Additionally, there is a large back deck with views of both Teakettle and Columbia Mountains, a table and chairs, hammock, and a fire ring for campfires (depending on fire restrictions). We do have WiFi available but do not have a TV (there are plenty of board games and books). The property has nice views and trees, however it is close to Highway 2. While extremely convenient, this also means you will experience some road (and occasional train) noise.
Our house is not in a neighborhood per se, however we do have neighbors nearby. The nearest house (just down the slope from the cabin) is also a vacation rental operated by the two of us.
  • What a cute little cabin! It is next to the highway but right down the road from the West Glacier entrance and super close to flathead and Whitefish!

  • Don't look at elsewhere, this is the place you must stay! Psst...I love it when the host started the fire when I arrive at their cabin.

  • Excellent experience. We had an amazing time here.

  • Beautiful home! The space was perfect. Really close to Columbia Falls. We loved being able to use the wood stove and fire pit outside. Would stay here again!

  • Fantastic cabin with thoughtful touches, great kitchen, and some fun games! I think this is the cleanest Airbnb I've been in. Great homebase to visit the surrounding areas. The road is also quite close, but you do not hear the cars at all :)

    Kyle2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • The space looks even better in person than in pictures and is extremely well located for the full range of adventures the area has to offer. Although it’s located pretty much on the highway you can’t tell at all. Would highly recommend!!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very cozy and comfortable. We love the easy access to the highway especially with the snow. The Mountain views were beautiful. We definitely recommend the cabin.

My one acre spot just outside magnificent Glacier National Park is an ever-evolving work in progress. I also have another glamping listing on the property- check out Glacier Glamping Tipi for more open dates: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/18721072?location=coram%2C%20mt&s=YHqgN3yC
Set on a raised deck among lodgepole pines and a few scattered firs on my one acre property, this former Forest Service wall tent is the perfect base camp for those looking to explore all the Glacier area has to offer. With a large wood stove, fire pit, and hammocks and lawn chairs, it's also a great place to relax, rain or shine.
  • Everything you needed was provided, very timely communication, and ideal location in terms of hiking, shopping and activities. Loved my time there and would love to go back again!

  • My sister and I stayed in Zac and Alison's tent for four nights while we were in MT to explore Glacier NP. We love long day hikes but weren't quite ready to go overnight backpacking, and the tent was the perfect home base after extremely long days. The bed was SO comfortable and the tent was cozy and warm with the wood burning stove, despite part of our stay being cold and rainy at night. We had read reviews and knew to expect the trains, but we both agreed they were no bother at all (and I'm an extremely light sleeper); we didn't even need the earplugs because it wasn't nearly as loud as we expected. The outdoor shower never ran out of hot water, the kitchen utilities came in clutch, and the great touches like beers in the fridge, provisions for s'mores, provided bear spray for hikes, maps, and bikes (which we didn't get to use but wanted to!) were fantastic and greatly appreciated. This place is the perfect getaway in the woods for those wanting the secluded camping feel but with amenities like toilet, shower, kitchen, etc., and Alison and Zac were hands down the most responsive hosts I've come across in terms of proactive communication as well as answering any questions we had during our stay. Super convenient to Glacier's west entrance. We would definitely recommend their place and would stay here again! Thank you guys so much

  • Great place to stay, if you’re worried about being cold or it being dirty don’t! The tent was clean and blocked wind very well, and kept the heat in well. We slept in the tent in 40 degree weather and did not freeze at all. They have a wood burning heater, along with a heated blanket and space heater. The bathroom was super clean it’s not like the trail bathrooms it is well maintained and clean. I wish I stayed longer then a day

    Andrew2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Everything you need to be comfortable camping! Outdoor shower was super warm, adequate food storage, fully stocked kitchen, cozy tent, games, books, you name it. We did have to restart our fire in the middle of the night most nights (came in fall so a bit chillier!), but that was the only slight inconvenience. Would recommend to anyone wanting to camp the easy way and explore the park!

    Tessa2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Zac and Allison were great hosts! They responded to my messages quickly as i rearranged my travel plans. When they left for a period of time, they even notified me in case we needed them. I really appreciated that. The tent was clean and spacious. Bed was ok for my wife and I, and they had plenty of blankets to use. When you arrive, you'll smell some citronella to thwart off any mosquitos/insects. Never is 100% effective but it worked, and we didn't have to worry about bugs too much. If you don' t have plans made out, the tent is filled with brochures for you to look at as well as the dining area. The dining area and the other building with a fridge, microwave, etc, has everything you need. Beer was great too! The outdoor shower was different but great! Shower pressure wasn't there but works efficiently. After a long days hike it definitely hit the spot. Wish i could have experienced a shower beer while i was there, but hopefully next time. Allison recommended a farmers market in Columbia Falls which was a nice change up. Enjoyed the music and food trucks they had there. Went to the Hungry Horse Dam, which was interesting. The location was perfect. It was only a few minutes away from the West Glacier Entrance and 15-20 mins to Columbia Falls. Couldn't ask for a better location. Trains came through periodically during the day, all day. After hiking so much, the sound never really bothered my wife and I. Sort of felt nostalgic in a way with the horns blaring. Ear plugs were provided by the bed, but we never used it. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, and i would definitely come back here in the future. Thanks Allison and Zach!

    Jerry2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • A true gem! So close to Glacier and amenities were much better than I was expecting (flush toilet, heated outdoor shower, etc). Would strongly recommend and would stay again!

    Kate2019-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely would recommend! Great location and cool vibe. Can get chilly at night, so be sure to use the heated blanket provided by Zac!

    Julia2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Renting the Glamping Tent was the best decision we made in regards to our Montana trip! Allison and Zac had the perfect set up with so many important details. If you're looking for privacy, definitely go with the tent rather than the tipi because it's more towards the back of the property. The outdoor shower was the highlight of every day and our personal fire pit was the highlight of every night. They even provided s'mores materials! The property is perfectly located between downtown Columbia Falls and Glacier National Park for those who want to experience it all. If you're on the fence about it, just do it! It was an experience my boyfriend and I will never forget.

The Hummer House is located near West Glacier Village in a quiet wooded setting on a 1/2 acre lot, with mountain views, steps away from rafting and fly fishing in the Middle Fork of the Flathead River, a 5 minute walk to Glacier View Golf Course, and one mile from Glacier National Park. The Hummer House has 2 bedrooms (the master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom) and the second bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway.
The Hummer House will make a wonderful basecamp for your visit to Glacier National Park and the nearby attractions in Whitefish, Kalispell or across the border in Waterton, Alberta, Canada. Avoid Highway 2 traffic, road construction and get an early morning start on your adventures into the Park. Horseback riding, guided wilderness trips, and rafting adventures are within two miles of the Hummer House. At the end of a long day, come home, relax on the backyard Patio with your favorite beverage, grill a special meal and watch for the Alpen Glow at sunset off the Belton Hills and Desert Mountain.
  • Great location and knowledgable host. Even better than being in the park itself.

  • If you’re looking for phenomenal hospitality, amazing location and local tips, this is the place to stay! The house is incredibly clean and Ann provides so much insight and information about the area and recommends hikes and must-do activities. She even went out of her way to call around to find out where we could watch the Vikings game! I would highly recommend staying at the Hummer House if you want to have a great Glacier National Park experience!

    Jenna2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Ann greeted us upon arrival with lots of information about the area and the house. The space was great for two couples as we each had access to a full bath as well as comfortable seating and a dining area. We appreciated the small touches-local jam and chocolate, coffee and cream and essentials for cooking. The location was close to the West entrance to Glacier. all in all a perfect spot!

    Linda2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • The location is great. A minute away from the entrance to West Glacier yet in a quiet spot with a view of one of the mountains. The hostess is very responsive. Prior to the visit she offered extensive answers to questions and was available to give advice during the stay. We ate dinners on a little patio outside enjoying the silence. I would not hesitate to return should I have the opportunity to visit the park again.

  • Great location for visiting Glacier and Ann was so great at answering all our questions

    Elizabeth2019-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • I pictured sitting outside on that patio gazing at the mountains surrounded by trees, and that is just what I was able to do after a day of hiking. We enjoyed great food at a restraunt suggested by host. Played bags/corn hole with a set they had. Cabin was bright and airy. Used heat one evening when it rained, and it worked well. Nice respite from crowds in the park. Quick drive to Apgar visitor center for park shuttle. Super, super nice hosts. Loved the coffee they had available for us to make, chocolate, jam, and hummingbird gifts-so thoughtful.

  • Randall's place was a very comfortable place to stay while enjoying Kalispell and Glacier NP. Actually, the living space and kitchen were better than expected from the online photos. The living space has comfy chairs and sofa, and it is easy to rest and relax there after a long day. The front porch, available to those using this Airbnb, is a lovely place to hang out using the rocking chairs there. The kitchen, my goodness!, was extremely well equipped and provisioned, making meal prep of any sort very doable (full-sized everything there for the use of the guests). We stayed for a week, and were extremely comfortable. We would readily book this place again, if we could find a spot on the very-full calendar! Thanks, Randall and Lori, for your hospitality!

Appreciate spectacular sunrises over Columbia Mountain as you enjoy a cup of coffee on your deck before you begin your day. This private room is in a quiet neighborhood in Columbia Falls and is within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to golf courses, Flathead Lake, Bigfork, Whitefish, Kalispell, Hungry Horse Dam, and Glacier National Park.
Lampost Lane is within walking distance of restaurants (our favorites are listed in the binder in your suite), coffee shops, churches, the post office, interesting thrift stores, the very quaint Badrock Books, and Genesis Kitchen, which sells specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Within two blocks of our house you'll find a Conservation Crew trail that leads down a path to River's Edge Park, which offers walking paths that lead to the Flathead River where you can enjoy panoramic views of Teakettle Mountain, Glacier National Park and Columbia Mountain. We are also within five blocks to a laundromat and grocery store. Every Thursday from late May to late September is the Columbia Falls Community Market (also within walking distance of your suite), which hosts a variety of food and craft vendors, along with eateries and live music, from 5 pm until twilight.
  • Really cozy+private room. Less than 15 mins from the FCA airport and pretty close to the west entrance of glacier national park. Very high attention to detail, and the amenities were thoughtfully done. The option to borrow the bear spray was very thoughtful as it is a source of concern for folks flying in. Our flight landed after midnight and the hosts allowed a late check in. The instructions were very clear and we were able to hit the sack very quick. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    Abby2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay for our trip to Glacier National Park! About 20-30 minutes to west glacier entrance making it a perfect home base. The view from the backyard was unbeatable. Dawn and Dan were very hospitable and helpful. They even checked in on us during a snow storm! Their space was perfect for 2 people with a keurig, microwave, fridge, and very hot shower. They have bear spray guests who stay more than 1 night can use, which helped us save $40. Entire space was very clean, spotless. Space was very inviting and comfortable. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a great stay!

  • Dawn and Dan were extremely hospitable. The AirBnB was very clean and cute, with an amazing view of the mountains. They provided some suggestions for where to eat and all in all, we had a great experience.

Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo with 1 car attached garage in Whitefish. Sofa sleeper in living room can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Bike or walk downtown, located near river walk, hospital, and sports complex. Includes all utilities, A/C, TV, internet, water softener and washer/dryer. Has a covered patio and gas barbecue.
Despite its seemingly remote location, Whitefish boasts among the closest direct air service into a mountain ski town (just 11 miles) in the U.S. Its Northern Rockies location, adjacent to the peaks of Glacier National Park, Big Mountain (home to Whitefish Mountain Resort) and the Whitefish Range, is comprised of numerous lakes, including Whitefish Lake, wild and scenic rivers and an enormous valley that stretches 60 square miles and features Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. The location of the valley keeps it safe from extreme climate changes encountered in other portions of Montana, making it ideal for year-round recreation. The development of Whitefish as a recreation town is as unique as the beauty its famous for. Unlike many mountain destinations, Whitefish was not developed by outside investors, but by the residents themselves. Over 50 years ago, the Whitefish population bonded together with a common vision of creating a unique and memorable recreation location. Pooling their money and making decisions together, Whitefish Mountain Resort, Whitefish Lake Golf Club and the town of Whitefish are a reflection of that dream, initiative and hard work. The people of Whitefish are genuinely friendly and down-to-earth. The towns low-key atmosphere tends to make life in this tight-knit community a happy and warm place to live as well as visit. Though you may spot a movie star on occasion, Whitefish is the kind of town that wants to keep out of the spotlight despite the high-profile beauty of its own backyard. Success here is measured in terms of how many mountains one has climbed, runs skied or fish caught. The locals are welcoming and willing to share their recreational passions with visitors -- freely swapping stories at the local galleries, coffeehouses or saloons. With its covered sidewalk main street leading to the cultural arts center, historic depot museum and public library, this quaint, picturesque western town offers visitors a change from the fast-paced, hustle and bustle of urban life. Central Avenue is filled with a variety of quality restaurants, shopping and night life. Lodging choices range from full-service resorts to charming B&Bs, rustic but elegant lodges and cabins, as well as condominiums and private homes.
Mountain Views - Whitefish Range, is comprised of numerous lakes, including Whitefish Lake, wild and scenic rivers and an enormous valley that stretches 60 square miles and features Flathead Lake. Downtown - Located in the Northern Rocky Mountains of Montana, Whitefish is nestled at the edge of Glacier National Park, acres of mountains, forests, lakes and rivers that surround town in every direction.
  • Do not hesitate to rent Brian's condo! I was worried since there weren't many reviews that I wasn't getting a real place, but I can assure you this condo is fabulous and even better than advertised! The condo is incredibly clean, well furnished, and honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed at an AirBnB. I am a neat freak and always manage to find some dirt, but at Brian's place there is literally no clutter and it is PRISTINE, but it somehow manages to have everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms updated, the kitchen well stocked so you can cook. There is laundry in the unit, which was super helpful since we were traveling with minimal clothes thanks to all the backpacking gear. The condo and complex was nice and quiet. Brian is responsive, was very amenable to our late and early arrival/departures. He was very flexible and trusting, truly a great host. As for the area, the condo is around 10 mins to downtown Whitefish and Columbia Falls, so it's easy to grab dinner or head out exploring for that day. The condo is exactly 30 mins to the West Glacier Park entrance/Apgar Center so keep that in mind if you're planning on spending time in the park. The Two Medicine entrance is about an hour and a half, with Many Glacier being the furthest at almost 3 hours. We absolutely loved having Brian's place as our home base during our Montana adventures and we think that you would too. We hope we get the chance to go back some day.

  • This is a fantastic condo. It is super clean, beautifully appointed, extremely well cared-for and maintained. Great amenities -- the complex is lovely with very nice paths for running and walking, and the pool and spa tub area is great. They provide everything you could possibly need to make the most of your stay. The location is close to the airport and downtown Whitefish, and very convenient to Kalispell and west entrance to Glacier National Park. The host could not be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend this condo, definitely a 5 star experience.

I have a private home on 3 acres off the beaten path 20 minutes from GNP. Enjoy fresh veggies and fruits from our garden. I have a room with a queen size bed and a shared bathroom. Enjoy the mountain in our backyard.
A private room with a queen size bed, a dresser, and a closet.
We live in a quiet farm community and things are pretty spread out. We are a mile from a great pizza restaurant and bar, which is on highway 206. Once off the highway, nothing but dirt roads.
  • I can’t say enough good things about this stay. It was amazing! Pam has a larger than life personality, she is also sweet, funny and friendly and so is her husband Jeff. They are both incredible hosts and great conversationalists. These two made us feel like their home was our second home and we have 2 life-long friends. You will not find a better place to stay. Their home is very nice and clean and inviting. We will be back for sure! Close to GNP, comfy bed, great breakfasts, amazing people!!!

    Kristi2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • So I have a theory that Airbnb hosts typically fall into two camps - hosts that are generally friendly but maintain the transactional relationship because this is a business; and the second camp that host because this (hosting) is what they do, and they truly enjoy having guests over. Pam is in the second camp. I enjoyed breakfast every morning and got tips from her husband on the Glacier National Park hikes (a GREAT resource on all things GNP!!). They are very friendly and provided a warm inviting space. Stellar host. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

  • We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home on gorgeous property and its just 20 minutes from West Glacier. Pam is a good cook and a good conversationalist. Jeff sat down with us and helped us find hiking trails including a few off the beaten bath. Thanks to him we got some cool pictures of moose as they were right where he said to go. Highly recommend this place.

  • Amazing views! Extremely responsive!

  • So much to say. Pam is a great storyteller and so funny. Yet she also gives you your space. The breakfasts were amazing and even on the days we wanted to start early, Pam would have homemade muffins and coffee ready to go. We ate outside in the morning on a beautiful table / patio and Pam cooked outside...how cool is that!!?? In the evening we would have a glass of wine or tea on the front deck right outside our room. So nice and quiet and stars galore. I was worried about the drive time to the park but here’s why it was no big deal: anywhere you stay, even in the park, you are going to have to drive so what’s another 20-30 minutes? Her setting is absolutely to die for. I was also worried we would be staying for a week and perhaps that would be too long but it was perfect; we felt like family by the end of the week. Pam was so helpful; she even loaned us bear spray and offered to do our laundry!! I simply don’t know how much more one could ask for.....

    Karen And Frank2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Pam and Jeff are warm, helpful, and quick to provide solid local tips. The view from their place is peaceful and gorgeous. Their place also provides decent access for trips to GNP, White Fish and Flathead Lake.

    Judy2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Pam was an amazing host. Her place was located in the most beautiful location and her home was always spotless. Pam’s breakfasts were delicious and it was so nice chatting with her and Jeff over breakfast every morning. 10/10 would recommend Pam’s place to all of my family and friends!

  • This place is a fabulous place to stay. So close to the park and town but feels so private. Great amenities and suggestions for things to do in the area and around the property. Would recommend it to anyone

  • You cozy and relaxing space near the west entrance of Glacier National Park. Tons of maps and resources to help you explore the area. The games, coloring books, and story books for kids were a nice touch. Overall a wonderful, comfortable place to stay if you want to explore that side of the park or any other nearby areas.

Our cabin sits on 3 wooded acres where elk, deer and an occasional bear frequent our yard. The night sky is a wonder to behold and you might even catch a shooting star. It's an ideal location for exploring the Flathead Valley, Glacier National Park or just a great relaxing getaway.
The Cabin provides a large upstairs bedroom with a queen sized bed and bedding. Small room downstairs with a TV, large DVD selection, a queen size futon and seating area. Build a fire in the outdoor fire pit on a rock patio and roast hot dogs and marshmallows in the evenings, while planning your next adventure. Gas and charcoal BBQ's provided on the patio. Fully stocked kitchen with stove-top, griddle, crock-pot, waffle maker etc. All bedding and towels supplied. Soap shampoo and lotion supplied. Gas fireplace. DVD player with large library of movies. Easy access to many places in the Flathead Valley. Only 6 miles to West Glacier Park entrance. 17 miles to Whitefish. Although we live on property, your privacy is important to us while you're staying in our cabin and we want you to feel at home. No contact unless requested or needed, although you may find us watering our plants & garden, enjoying the outdoors or working on property.
Our location in Coram, MT is in an ideal setting tucked amongst native Lodgepole and Ponderosa pines, shimmering Aspen and an ever-growing herb farm that Dominque tends too. We are far enough from town that the train whistles are merely a nostalgic memory and it’s also dark enough at night to truly enjoy the Montana Big Starry Sky. We are indeed blessed with a beautiful setting. Our Cabin in Coram, MT is also situated in a perfect location to Glacier National Park, less than a 10-minute drive. After an adventurous day exploring, you’ll find a few local places to enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner and it is also just a shorth drive into Whitefish, Columbia Falls or Kalispell for a variety of options. Michael2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • The place was amazing and in a beautiful location. Their were very thoughtful surprises waiting for us. The Perfect getaway.

    Ann2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in early February. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook your own meals. The hosts were very responsive to messages. The property is very quiet and you can park right next to the cabin so loading in is easy even when things are a bit snowy and icy. Glacier is beautiful in the off seasons plus there are no crowds or traffic. This cabin is about the best launching point you are going to find in the winter. The gravel drive was well plowed, but you might want to consider using a 4X4/AWD to access the property in the winter. We had no problems with our Nissan Pathfinder, but a small 2WD might be a challenge.

    Glen2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • By far the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

    Eddy2020-01-23T00:00:00Z

Charming guest house located right off Highway 2. We are only 9 miles from the entrance of Glacier National Park and 9.7 miles to the Kalispell airport. We are located in a quiet neighborhood but still in walking distance to all necessary amenities. If you are looking for adventure this is the place you want to be. Mountain biking, white water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining all within ten minutes of our house. Come enjoy everything the Flathead Valley has to offer!!
  • Emily’s cottage was a perfect place to explore the Glacier area. Cute, comfy and clean. Everything we needed and a great value, too! Emily was a great host, responding quickly and clearly. We would happily stay here again.

    Dean2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Emily’s place was perfect for our adventures on the West side of Glacier National Park. Conveniently located to plenty of restaurant choices and great coffee. Bed and linens were comfortable and the place was sparkling clean. Also, I loved spending time with the chickens in the yard (although not a necessity, that’s just my kind of thing). Highly recommend staying here when in the area!

    Dona2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to enjoy the Glacier National Park. Also, they had chickens that were very fun to hang out with

    Shah2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Cutest place! Loved the chickens! Close drive to west glacier.

    Dallas2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Emily’s guest house was the perfect location to spend a few days at Glacier National Park. We were comfortable and cozy our entire stay! It was absolutely a 5 star stay but if you’re a light sleeper, the bed, although extremely comfortable, was very loud when shifting positions or getting in and out. I also have to work during my vacation trips and the internet was not constant and kicked me off every couple minutes. Even with this two minor things, we had a great stay and would stay again!

    Ricky2019-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great cottage in an excellent location!

    Stephen2019-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • This perfect little place was exactly what we needed exactly at the right time. It fit us (mom/dad (bedroom), 4yo/2yo (couch bed) and infant (rocker)) perfectly. Emily was warm and welcoming, swift to reply and offer to help in any way possible. And offered good local recommendations for food and activities. Our children loved investigating the yard, playing with chickens and looking at the starry night skies. Would highly recommend if you’re wishing to stay near Glacier NP and don’t want to break the bank. Thanks again!

    Caleb2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • A comfy cottage with good amenities and a peaceful neighbourhood- we slept well. Emily and her partner welcomed us warmly-as did the chickens! We enjoyed our stay.

    Kim2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Cute, comfortable, clean place near West Glacier. Reliable Wifi. Jeanne shared info about road closures to help with hike planning. She was amazingly understanding when there was a hiccup in my travel plans.

  • Jeanne’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. A full size fridge/freezer helped us to keep our items cold and have ice for our cooler. The full size bed was quite comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets available. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Glacier National Park!

Marilyn is such a lovely person and a fascinating woman to chat to. She gave us great advice from what to do in the local area to getting our laundry done. 7 miles from the West entrance of Glacier National Park, this is perfect couples that plan to be spending most of their time in Glacier. 12x10 wall tent. 1.5 acres. Private Entrance, all fenced. There is a solar panel to plug in essentials, and a camp stove and fire ring for cooking. We provide a cooler and a water tank with a washbowl for some quick washing. There is an outhouse with a solar shower. Not for light sleepers! The train comes by a couple of times a night.
WARNING - Not for the light sleeper. We do have a train that passes a few times a night as well as during the day. We think of it as the Historic Great Northern Railroad that laid tracks in the area in the late 1800s. You will hear the horn as there is a train crossing intersection less than 1 mile away. Earplugs provided upon request.
Coram, MT is 10 minutes from Glacier National Park, 15 minutes from Columbia Falls, 30 minutes from Whitefish, 1 hour away from Flathead Lake - this location is great! Upon arrival and on our website, we will have a guide for the area.
  • What an incredible experience, amazing hospitality and so much ease with everything! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back!

    Venus2019-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • Rocky was very helpful and communicative. The space was cozy and so close to Glacier! Would highly recommend!

    Mariel2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • We loved how eco-friendly and thoughtfully designed this space was! The train is a bit loud and runs frequently, but the earbuds help a lot, and to us, being close to the west glacier entrance was important so as to minimize driving and maximize hiking. Rocky and Josh were very accommodating and friendly hosts. Thank you!

    Karrah2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cute space! If you need a place close to Glacier, you can’t get much closer than this. My boyfriend and I have been to Glacier a few times and this has by far been the closest Airbnb to the park that we’ve stayed in. Raquel was also so helpful with suggestions on where to go in Glacier! We would love to stay again!

    Josie2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Glamp Glacier is in a great location very close to the West Entrance of Glacier National Park. Raquel provides a lot of very useful amenities in the tent, such as an actual mattress, a bug net for sleeping, very cool lighting, an outlet to charge your phone, and firewood/firepit. Also, the shower bag was very helpful for washing our face and head, but didn't look big enough for a full body wash so instead we opted to use baby wipes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Glacier National Park.

    Kyle2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • We loved glamping! Very snuggly even in September. A lot of thoughtful consideration was put into making this such a fun experience. Everything we needed was there!!

    Danielle2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Raquel (Rocky) is very friendly, helpful, and replied quickly to our questions and needed to adjust our arrival time by a few hours. The Glamping Tent had a comfortable bed, wood for the fire pit, and a little warm shower (heated by the sun) available outside. And, although we didn't take advantage of this, Rocky & Josh also have farm-fresh eggs available for purchase, or they will make you a hot breakfast (certain days of the week) if requested in advance. Yes, the train is loud, so this is not for light sleepers. Ear plugs are provided in case you want them. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place this close to Glacier National Park (or Hungry Horse Reservoir).

A traditional log cabin, the Griz is a firm favorite of our guests and has been the scene of many romantic proposals and honeymoon vacations! The Griz is located on the site of an original trapper’s cabin which was the home of Buck Martin (the founder of nearby Martin City). This is the oldest building known to have existed on our present site. A lofted ceiling and open floor plan adds to the unique charm of this cozy cabin.
Furnished with one queen bed and a futon bed, the Griz sleeps up to 4 and also features a stocked kitchen with appliances, a full bath with a tub/shower combo and a deck looking out onto the lower picnic area. The private deck with charcoal grill provides outdoor eating space and a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain peaks.

Separate entrance to small remodeled bedroom with great view of our backyard garden, creek, and pond. Bedroom has a full sized bed. Rental includes small bathroom with shower and access to laundry. This clean and quirky space is the original cabin on the property and is attached to our family home.
The bedroom and bathroom overlook the vegetable garden, little creek and pond, and forested hill behind the backyard. The bedroom is small but was recently remodeled and has wireless internet and usb charging outlets and non-cable TV with access to 20+ local stations. A DVD player is in the room too, if we are around you can check out our movies. There is a tiny fan for summer (usually nights are cool) and electric heat for winter. We occasionally use the laundry room but we try to be quiet. Guest may also use laundry. We do have a wonderful yard for birding, our house bird list is long and still growing !! So please enjoy it with us. We also have many other fun wildlife sightings near the pond including otters, muskrat, deer etc.
Our property is only 20-30 minutes from Glacier National Park and 10-15 minutes from Whitefish, MT. We are about a 30 minute drive from Whitefish Mountain Resort...a great place to ski in the winter and recreate in the summer. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Columbia Falls where guests may enjoy an excellent Farmer's Market in the summer with live music (Thursdays), great restaurants, fishing, floating, etc. Meadowlake Golf Course is only a 5 minute walk from the house and has a grill and beautiful walking paths. Glacier International Airport is a 10 minute drive from the house.
  • Comfortable and cozy with a lovely back yard. The best feature for us was the easy access to West Glacier, since we spent the majority of our time in the park.

  • Dan & Holly's place was perfect. We came up to visit Glacier for a fall weekend and they provided us with everything that we needed. The location is excellent and right off of the main highway that leads into the park. It was pretty cold but they left us with a heater that did more than enough to warm the space for the times we weren't out exploring. Would recommend to anyone and we will likely be looking to come back in the spring!

  • You’ll find helpful, friendly hosts, special touches, like fresh muffins or cake in the room upon your arrival, proximity to Glacier National Park, and a lovely setting, with a peaceful backyard retreat overlooking a pond.

  • You can’t go wrong at Dan and Holly’s. It is comfy and cozy with a wonderful bed, great bathroom, beautiful view, and a fridge and coffee maker. If you’re going to GNP this is the place to stay.

  • Comfy bed in a cosy room with a very clean bathroom. We could also use the washing machine what was very welcome after 10 days of travel 🙂 Dan and Holy are very kind, ready for a nice talk but also give you the freedom you want! Loved it!!

  • Dan & Holly's place is a gem! The space is so cozy and comfortable, and we loved watching the many birds in the beautiful backyard. We stayed there for almost a week and it was the perfect home base for exploring Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again.

  • Cute, cozy, comfortable, safe accommodations right outside of Glacier National Park - great location...only 15-20 min's to the West gate entrance! You have the back of their house & property which is adorable and you feel like you are coming back to your own home after a long day exploring. The bedroom is so cozy and decorated nicely, good bathroom with amenities and even access to their laundry room if you need to do wash or just a good place to put all your luggage as we did. ;) Columbia Falls is a cute little town with GREAT food within minutes of Dan/Holly's place. You need to go to Backslope Brewing (delish different rice bowls) and Three Fork Grille (try their smoked trout caesar salad and house made gnocci - YUM) , I'm craving both places now! Dan/Holly left some yummy rhubarb coffee cake to enjoy in the morning with the Keurig in the bedroom and bear spray to borrow for Glacier adventures, nice touches. In Glacier be sure to do hikes to Hidden Lake, St.Mary & Virginia falls....& drive Road to the Sun (West to East side, West side is prettier) ....such a beautiful area and we hope to go back one day.

  • This is a great Airbnb for the money and location. We spent most of our time hiking in Glacier but had a comfortable stay in the evenings. The space is accessible to the laundry room and private bathroom which is a plus! The overall space is small but wasn’t a problem for us being outside all day. Highly recommend for your value!
