This building was originally used to house the telephone switchboard operator for our small town near the turn of the century. It has been restored with all the charm of it's sister property right around the corner, Wildwood Hotel. It has a separate full bathroom but all the sleeping is done in one common space.
There is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink and coffeepot and great homestyle cooking in our restaurant around the corner. This space is really a studio format with all sleeping done in the same room. One double bed, 2 sets of bunks and a couch that may be used with the extra bedding provided. There is a private patio to enjoy a little outdoor space.
This is a small town full of unique people. True amercana. We are surrounded by the coastal hills and all the natural beauty that provides and are perfectly situated between wine country and the ocean with the big city not too far away.
  • This is our second year in a row staying here while our sons compete in McMinnville. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds. There are several good restaurants within walking distance which makes it convenient.

  • Perfect spot for my group when we were in town for a wedding. Location is right downtown, so walking distance to restaurants and shops and only a few miles from the venue. Would recommend for a group.

  • Great little place and very convenient! The tip from our hosts to grab a pizza up the street proved perfect for what we needed.

  • We stayed for 6 days in this beautiful little spot! Definitely more like a cottage type of place. But it's beautiful. The hosts adds some great touches and make you feel right at home. The back patio is also awesome! We loved staying Willamina. We would definitely stay here again!

AWAY FROM IT ALL BUT NEAR THE BEST. New, private entrance, breath-taking views, clean, spacious, serene, secluded, rural, 5 acres, studio apt. above garage. Approx. driving minutes to: Oregon coast/Lincoln City(40); Spirit Mnt Casino(10); wineries(15-40); golf(25); fishing(40); WhipUp trailhead: 103 trails for cycles, bikes & hikes(15); McMinnville: Linfield College, 3rd Street restaurants, shops & wine bars(30); Willamina(5); Sheridan(10); Delphian School(15); airports: PDX(90), Salem(45).
The MerryOtt's Owl's Loft is special, not just because it is new and private, but because of the million dollar views atop a secluded hill in a rural, serene and wooded setting. No big city lights, no big city traffic. Easy access to the main roads that head to the best of Oregon like the beach, the wineries, golf, trails, fishing and the charming smaller towns (and Spirit Mountain Casino). When the weather allows, you'll have no trouble seeing a star-filled-night-time sky. Looking through different windows in the loft, you can see either the tops of trees, Ollie's (the Owl) Big Old Oak tree, or our part of the Willamette valley with the nearby coastal-hills backdrop. It is common to see birds of prey flying nearby, beautiful sunsets and visiting rainbows after a fresh Oregon rain. Listen for the chirping birds, the howling coyote, the donkey, and other sounds not commonly heard by most city dwellers! The Loft has a fully equipped kitchenette (i.e. small refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, blender, dishes, pans) making it possible to prepare basic meals while you are "in the boonies"). And for when you don't want to prepare a meal, you are 3 miles from a small town grocery store and restaurants, or 12 minutes from around-the-clock food service at the Spirit Mountain Casino. Our MerryOtt's Owl's Loft is conveniently located to access some of the best that Oregon has to offer. We are AWAY FROM IT ALL BUT NEAR THE BEST!
The tree and fern-covered hillside on which the MerryOtt's Owls' Loft is located shows the rural beauty of Oregon. Only 5 other homes share the hill (all on 5+ acre parcels). Once you start up our driveway, the seclusion really begins. Neighbors are rarely seen or heard (unless planned) and no other homes are in sight. It is very quiet but sometimes you'll hear the neighbor's donkey or horses (just beyond the scrub oak tree forest), the coyote and sometimes a dog. If on a walk, you might meet a local friendly goat that likes to roam with a few very old and people-loving dogs (who like to bark and pretend to chase cars). Make a day of it--visit the few shops in Willamina and then head to the next little town (Sheridan) for the J Wrigley wine, then onto McMinnville for their quaint shops downtown, and don't forget the Dundee wine tasting.
  • Wonderful get-away with amazing views!

    Desiree2020-02-18T00:00:00Z

  • Enjoyed my stay. A welcoming place. Comfortable and a nice place to relax. Dan was a wonderful host. Place is alittle hard to find in the dark so, best to arrive with some daylight.

  • Our hosts were graciously flexible with our constantly changing itinerary as we sought to find accommodations as close to the activity our trip centered around as possible, allowing us to book nights when we weren't sure if we would end up staying at the house because of the geography and timing of our activities in the area. They were responsive and accommodating and it was a tremendous help to have the resource of this room during our stay in the pacific northwest!

  • They were great host. I didn't get to see them much but from my limited interactions they were very nice people. Very clean house and room. Very appreciative of them letting me keep my bags at the house even after checkout time was up so I could pick up later after work. Can't say there was anything bad about my stay. Thank you!👍

Decor is a working artist's studio with two queen beds, a large, round, oak card table, chairs and wood pellet stove. Toddlers could be in danger with the stove in the winter. Incredible views. Glass windows on west view. Farm is near McMinnville and an hour and fifteen minutes to Portland. Animals for petting. Horses, Nigerian goats, dogs, cats and chickens. Farm is very quiet and Zen-like. Suitable for resting, meditating or getting rid of city stress. Well behaved pets are welcome.
The space is 800 square feet. Feel free to do some painting (on a canvas). Bring your own brushes and canvases. Light colored pine walls. Tons of light. No curtains because it's a studio, but there's a bathroom to change clothes. Very private area. Backdrops for photo portraits are available as well.
This farm is in the heart of the Oregon wine country best known for its Pinot Noir. Lately some wineries have added Chardonnay wines that have attracted connoisseurs from as far as France.
  • My friend and I decided to get out of town a few weeks ago and the weekend happened to fall on the first biggest days of Coronavirus pandemonium in our area. Susan's guest space ended up being the EXACT escape we didn't know we needed! It was cozy but spacious and I didn't realize there was a bathroom in the space itself which was a huge perk. The space was very comfortable for two friends (plus having our own beds was really nice) and a dog. My pup was welcomed with freedom to walk off leash- He LOVED it. The view was really breathtaking and we went to Johan vineyards when we were ready to get out and about. The wine was amazing. Susan recommended the Wildwood hotel for food and we had a great dinner there- highly recommend it! Susan's space is a really nice option for a couples getaway but I'm even thinking of going back for a solo writing trip. It was serene, peaceful and Susan brought warm muffins (which were DELICIOUS) each morning. Thanks, Susan!

  • We came here again for a second time because we loved it so much! Kids enjoyed helping around the farm and spending time with all the animals. Susan is a wonderful host. Our beds were comfy and warm, room was wonderful and clean, views are amazing and this is our favorite place to rest and play!! We’ll be back again!

    Julia2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I had a blast at Susan's place! We were only briefly in town, but Susan made everything easy and was very welcoming. Her property is quiet and beautiful, and we loved getting to meet the animals.

    Cate2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you so much. We will be back! I loved the view, the horses and the space.

    Anna & Taylor2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Susan's farm is lovely! It's a great escape from city life and her animals are the sweetest. The morning views of open land from the studio are sooo nice!

    Kim2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Susan’s place was amazing! It is on her farm, but privately situated. The views from the giant bay windows are incredible and the pellet stove keeps the place nice and toasty. Susan provided milk for my coffee and a muffin each morning. She even took me on a walk with her dogs through the woods and fields nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to do it again myself!

    Lacey2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Incredible views from this large, rustic studio. Comfortable bed and warm pellet stove made the space cozy. Odorless composting toilet, hot water in the studio, and a kitchen and microwave in the airstream next door. We loved seeing the animals, the open fields, and the mountains in the distance. It was truly a great place to unwind.

    Amanda2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Susan really has created a lovely retreat on her farm and is a wonderful host. Even though we arrived relatively late, she introduced us to her horses and goats, which was a highlight. Please don't do what we did, and let her know if you bring your pet. Despite our mistake, Susan was still exceptionally accommodating and hospitable, and made us feel welcome in her space. Even though the studio is on the same property, it really does feel private. We'll definitely come back, if we need to escape the city again.

Our home is in the Willamette Valley with many fine wineries in the area, Spirit Mountain Casino, and the Oregon Coast (39 miles). The space is an attached guest/studio apartment (1100 sqft) overlooking Mill Creek with a kitchen, bath, sunroom and six acres to explore. We have a pack n play baby bed (set up upon request), two comfortable twin cots, and a queen size bed. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families .
The apartment is very large (1100 sqft) with a kitchen, bathroom and a lovely sun room alongside the deck. Guests have a private entrance and parking space close to the door. Heating and air conditioning are available. This space is very peaceful and calm. You can open the windows at night and let the rushing creek whisper you to sleep. We have lovely birds at just about any time of year and of course deer and elk. We have never seen a cougar, but I understand from neighbors that they are in the hills.
This is a very quiet rural neighborhood with very few houses but lots of wildlife.
  • Beautiful space, very accommodating. Stayed here twice now and will be back again.

    Michael2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • What a fantastic place! We’re greeted very warmly upon our arrival. Kris showed us around the apartment and highlighted all the amenities. Much to our surprise there were homemade goodies waiting for us and other snack items. Later, Joni and Scott came over to introduce themselves. It was so thoughtful of them to check in to see if we needed anything. The apartment is so spacious and the rooms were laid out nicely! The kitchen well stocked with spices and most everything you needed to start a meal. The kitchen opened up to a large living and sleeping area. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. And the linens were high end. A large bathroom and it was well stocked with towels, soaps and other incidentals. There is a large walk in closet that had extra blankets, games and baby supplies. Off the living area was a beautiful sun room that lead off to the back patio. Here you can enjoy the sounds of nature, the water, crickets and at dusk a little magic! The grounds are beautiful and the cute Highland Cow was an added treat. I highly recommend Joni and Scott’s. The most relaxing 3 days I’ve had in a while. Looking forward to our return.

  • Good old fashion Southern Hospitality

    Temetra2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful home! We had a lovely , peaceful time in the home of Joni and Scott. We had a whole apartment on the north of their own house, to ourselves. It had a beautiful view of trees above the creek, and we could hear the creek and crickets from the bed, which was close to the sunroom overlooking the creek. The kitchen was ample, with lovely welcoming touches, also with a nice view, to the south. The bathroom was great and has a very handy walk-in closet, complete with towels , clothe rack etc... I also loved the plum tree at the front door. I recommend the “The Narrow Gate”!

    Elizabeth2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • One of the most accommodating and hospitable places. It was so cute and cozy. We loved our stay!

    Nada2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • This place is the most amazing spot to get away and relax! Beautiful nature and an amazing creek to float on so peaceful! The pictures of the place don’t do it justice it’s so much bigger than expected and even more luxurious! The hosts Joni and Scott are incredible they really make you feel like family, and make sure you have everything you need! They even had snacks and a few other really awesome treats for you, so thoughtful and delicious!! Best vacation ever!!!! I will be back again!

    Sasha2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • What a spot! We didn’t want for anything. There were so many lovely touches - we can’t list them all. The narrow gate was one of the best stocked and set up Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Joni and Scott have really thought of everything. They went out of their way to make our 2 year old feel comfortable and at home. Bertie loved all the extras. The creek was a perfect place to splash around in the hot afternoons and a great paddle pool for our toddler. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Marissa, Eli & Bertie2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect! You felt so at home with all the extra touches. It was so peaceful and restful. We were able to do some fun site seeing in the area and then come “home” to a quiet setting and rest. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need for cooking, we ate our breakfasts at home and that worked perfectly for us. Joni greeted us when we arrived and showed us around and told us to let her know if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This beautiful little cottage in lush garden setting is only 3 miles from Spirit Mountain Casino, wineries everywhere, 1 mile from Willamina town, 30 miles from Lincoln City, 17 miles from McMinnville, 22 miles to Salem.
Great for wine weekends or business travelers. Spectacular gardens, ponds, 1400 ft. of Riverfront, 14 acres of grounds to enjoy
The neighborhood is peaceful and rural, though not far from Highway 18 which can take you west straight to Spirit Mountain Casino and the coast, or east towards McMinnville, or southeast to Salem.
  • A spectacular property close to the casino, wine country, and a reasonable drive to the coast. Karen, as a host, is warm and friendly. This property can be used as a wedding venue, and it is clear to see why. Highly recommended.

    Kylie2019-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Karen is an incredibly generous and low-fuss host. I appreciated her efforts to make our stay comfortable, while maintaining our privacy. I will be recommending her cottage to anyone I know traveling in that direction. As for the location, it is absolutely stunning! It is hard to really appreciate how beautiful, expansive, and magical the grounds are until you see it in person. The cottage was well-appointed and has everything you need to stay comfortable. Please do be aware that the nature of this somewhat-secluded location creates spotty internet. Karen indicates that there is no wifi available in the listing, so I was prepared. Also town is only a few minutes away if you MUST have access to emails for work. Altogether this stay was a wonderful experience and at such a reasonable price point, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

    Amy2019-09-14T00:00:00Z

This cottage was exactly what we needed, and much better than expected! The outdoor spaces were amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them to their fullest! The pictures do not do it justice.

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. Experience the relaxing sounds of the surrounding forest while you enjoy all the comforts of home inside or, if you're of the fit and adventurous variety, make your way through the trees to the babbling brook you can fall asleep listening to at night. Everything you can possibly need is less than a half hour's drive away from this place of peace and quiet.
One bedroom cabin with a loft. Queen bed in the loft and twin bunk beds in the bedroom. Bathroom has stand-up shower only. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Basic amenities like dish, laundry, hand and shower soaps are supplied on limited basis. If you run out and need more, there are grocery options withing 5-15 minutes away in Grand Ronde and Williamina. There is a lawn area in front of the house.
Just outside of Grand Ronde. Minutes from the Spirit Mountain casino. tucked away about 1 mile south of Highway 18.

The Yamhill Flat at Amity Flats is a studio room in a beautifully restored historic building with close access to dozens of outstanding wineries. It has a queen bed, kitchen and full bath. It is designed to be wheelchair-friendly, although everyone will feel comfortable in this light and airy room. Complimentary bottle of wine on request. Guests have access to a private deck with gas BBQ and ping pong table.
  • Beautiful loft style lodging with an attentive host. Barbara always provides special touches that only enhance our stay - we are grateful and thankful!

    Donna2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • The Yamhill flat is wonderful for a few days in Oregon wine country. The flat is so clean and well laid out. The bed is very comfortable, I had a few nights of great sleep. The host offers some helpful local tips, wine tasting coupons and some coupons for nearby breakfast options. It's not clearly mentioned on the listing but there is a Tesla charger in the parking area so I was able to charge my car overnight as well. The area is rural, quiet and in the epicenter of wineries in the southern part of the Willamette Valley; in short, an ideal location for a few days.

Our studio is located in the small town of Amity, Oregon's beautiful wine country. It is set up with a queen bed, full bathroom and a love seat. There is a TV, DVD and dresser with microwave and coffee maker. There is access to a fridge in the garage. The studio is on our property, but a separate building from our house. The studio is a shared building with our garage.
You might enjoy sipping your wine and watching the sunset while enjoying the privacy of the studio porch. You might also see deer in the early morning or enjoy listening to the frogs at night.
We are in a neighborhood at the edge of Amity. We are on a dead end street, so the traffic flow is light.

The perfect place to keep you and loved ones safe during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Shelter in place in a rural setting in unique luxury in the heart of Oregon Wine Country! Located in a grove of mature Oak trees on 5.5 acres in the Eola Amity Hills AVA, minutes away from several award winning wineries. Private, large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom with shower. Minutes from downtown Salem. NO CONTACT CHECK IN!
Quotes from recent guest reviews: "I told my husband I booked a yurt! He gave me “the look”... I convinced him to trust me and embrace adventure! Check in was a breeze! A quick code accessed a key and we stepped into a unique oasis that did not disappoint! My picky husband now wants to buy a yurt for himself! The yurt features all the comforts of a modern home with serene landscaping and ultimate privacy! We were thrilled with our stay and we definitely recommend it! I anticipate that we will be booking again soon!" "Our stay was perfect! The yurt is super clean and had all of the amenities you would want. The design of the yurt makes you feel right at home. Their dog on the property is the sweetest and a very welcoming site when we got there. William is a great host, he answered our many questions about the building of the yurt. The location is minutes away from a beautiful wine tasting room and miles of gorgeous countryside. We would definitely come and stay again." "This place is great! Rural location makes for a quiet evening. Nice and warm despite cold temps outside. Loved the full kitchen, and sleeps several with a bed, pull out couch and futon. Love the style of this place with lots of homey touches that make you feel comfortable. The sound of rain on the canvas was music to sleep by."' "This yurt was so luxurious! You'd almost not even know it was a yurt if not for the shape and that delightful sound of rain hitting the roof that everyone else is talking about. The bed was very cozy, the kitchen well appointed, and it's a great use of space." "Shady Oaks, was a calm and wonderful stay." "Bed was super soft, and it was easy to cook in the kitchen with the spices , oil, and pans that were provided."
The property is in the middle of natural Western Oregon woodlands and wildlife is abundant. Signs of dear, racoons, skunks, bobcats, foxes, coyotes, owls, hawks, and eagles are common. Please feel free to observe from the property but do not venture into the woods, if you do you will likely be rewarded with a good case of poison oak as it is everywhere!
  • Don't even hesitate staying at the yurt. It was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with tons of spices and oil, pots, pans, dishes, and toiletries. I didn't see a hair dryer. The yurt warmed up nicely after the heat was on a little while and stayed that way. Nights were in the low 40's. The bed was VERY comfortable to us. Please note: Wi-Fi is quite adequate. William put in a booster while we were there. We watched Netflix and Prime through the Blu-ray player. We loved our stay.

  • This place was very clean and comfortable, and warm which one might not expect from a yurt. We had every we needed in the kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches. Judy and Bill were friendly and welcoming but also gave us plenty of space. Their communication was prompt and thorough. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Jenna2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • The Yurt at Shady Oaks was such a cute place to stay! The yurt had everything a regular home would have which made it a really comfortable stay, but more fun because of the fact it was a yurt and just a different type of Airbnb experience! The place felt very spacious and it was nice to have outdoor space as well, which our dog especially enjoyed!

    Betsy2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • The space was open and had good lighting. The heaters kept the place nice and warm. Great little hideaway, and George (my dog) had a wonderful time running around the property.

    Lea2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place! Went here for valentines weekend with my fiance. Was a great relaxing place with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the scenery. We will definitely be visiting again.

  • This yurt was so luxurious! You'd almost not even know it was a yurt if not for the shape and that delightful sound of rain hitting the roof that everyone else is talking about. The bed was very cozy, the kitchen well appointed, and it's a great use of space. The Wi-Fi really only works in the living room, so if that's a concern for you that is something to be aware of. They are friendly, the property is lovely, and Lana, their dog, couldn't be cuter. It's convenient to wine country, and everything you could need is just down the road in West Salem. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat

    Amber2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute and cozy space. Stayed at the end of January and we found ourselves quite toasty. Nice quiet location. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen. They were very thoughtful and brought some spare towels to wipe out dog's feet off. We definitely plan on staying here again!

  • Lovely spot in the vineyard where you can get a way from it all. The space is tidy, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

    Simon2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay in the tiny house. Upon arrival we were greeted by the extremely sweet dog, we had a pleasant stay. Appreciated that a coffee maker and coffee were included. Even though the space was tiny it had useful and well thought out pieces like the folding table and a space to store clothes. The tiny house is close to the house but we actually never saw the owners and weren’t really bothered by it being so close. The only thing we didn’t like was lack of curtains, which we mostly solved by hanging clothes above the windows. Everything else was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

  • This is a really wonderful, calm, and one of a kind stays. I would strongly suggest this for people who are from out of town or would like to test out the tiny house life!

    Larissa2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • We were so surprised that this “tiny house“ seemed as roomy as it did. Very comfortable for two tall adults, and a dog or two or even a third person would’ve been perfectly fine in the space. Brilliant design! We were greeted by the adorable black lab, and the views are wonderful. We will definitely be using this Airbnb again and highly recommend it.

    Holly2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • Host provided great directions and communication on how to find the Tiny house. The location was perfect, very cozy and just what we were looking for while checking out some wineries.

This peaceful round house offers a retreat from city life. Located on over 20 acres, this property offers complete silence, relaxation, and breathtaking views of the beautiful Willamette Valley below. The design offers an open floor plan as well as the unique experience of living in the round! The house is just a few minutes from numerous wineries and restaurants in Amity and McMinnville. We welcome inquires about discounted multi-month stays over the winter months (Nov.-March)
The house design provides a large living room/kitchen space for cooking and socializing, while the downstairs has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other a full sized bed. Both have shelving and drawers. The space is most comfortable for 2-4 people, and dogs are welcome!
The quaint town of Amity is located 4-5 minutes away, just down the hill. It was a farming village that is now home to great restaurants, tasting rooms, a taphouse, and cafe. In recent years the town has attracted chefs from Salem who continue to bring new food and wine options to the town. The town is a smaller version of McMinnville, located 10 minutes down the road, and home to numerous tasting rooms and farm-to-table restaurants.
  • This is my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was a breeze. It is the perfect getaway, amazing views, great wine nearby. Great property for dogs! We will definitely be back!

  • This to me is absolutely the best location in the wine country area. The house is stunningly beautiful the views are outstanding. We loved being in the middle of the woods and looking out to all of the vineyards from the hill and being able to easily access many, many local wineries within 10 minutes. Thank you again so much for such a wonderful time we really loved your house and we are looking forward to coming back soon! Cheers.

  • Absolute perfection. My partner and I loved our stay at Amy's place and definitely plan to stay here again. It was the perfect getaway, surrounded by lush forest with an incredible view. The interior was comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed. It had so many thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. We loved holing up and getting cozy in this beautiful space. I can't wait to return!

    Lisa2019-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • I have stayed in alot of Airbnb homes and this one was the most peaceful. The area was so quiet and the forest was relaxing. The done house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The house manual had wonderful local tips on where to hike, eat and wine taste. Our favorite activity was the Silver Falls state park. We hiked to ten different waterfalls. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The hostess was available by texting for any questions. Check in was a breeze too. WiFi worked well and there were plenty of TV options. We also really enjoyed the pellet stove.

  • So fun, beautiful view, I would definitely stay here with my kids again. I wouldn’t stay with my husband because the bed was too short for him. If he did come he would sleep in a kids bunk and a kid would bunk with me. It was a blast watching him come so close to hitting his head on everything. I vote yes on this Airbnb, but leave your giants at home.

This unit is a private upstairs apartment (of two apartments on the second level of building) with a full kitchen, full bath, two bedrooms, main living area, and a bonus room with futon. The parking and entrance for rental is around the back of the peaceful retail business which operates downstairs. There is a Restaurant (The Fort Hill Public House) with full bar & lounge on site which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and after hours bar appetizers. **NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL**
The Fort Hill Hideaway is unit #1 of two upstairs apartment units. There is a peaceful OLCC Licensed marijuana dispensary that operates downstairs from the unit with a completely separate entrance. We are located less than a mile from the Spirit Mountain Casino and about a 30-45 minute drive to Lincoln City and the Oregon coast. You will receive a key code for the door of the unit after confirmation of payment and reservation upon arrival and check in to the unit. You will check in at the Fort Hill Public House Restaurant & Lounge, fill out a check in form, and provide staff with a copy of your government issued ID. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably and has a maximum of 8 guests per stay. Maximum parking for guests is two vehicles, parking of more than two vehicles is a violation of guest rules for this unit. There are plenty of local services (gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) at the Spirit Mountain Casino and/or in Willamina located about 5 miles from the rental. The Casino also hosts many live music/entertainment events just one mile up the road from us. We are less than 10 miles from the Fort Yamhill State Park/Heritage Area.
  • Loved the apartment. It was SPOTLESS and super cute. Bigger than I thought. The dispensary and restaurant/bar next door were both awesome. We stayed for my birthday weekend, it was a great little get away and perfect distance from the casino. The only con I can think of is that it's super close to the highway and at night it can be kinda loud but there is nothing the host can do about that..just an fyi for future guests. We will definitely be back!

    Taryn2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a great time staying at the hideaway. Clean, comfortable space with everything we needed to get through a weekend convention.

    Jason2019-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Tricia is an outstanding host. The cleanliness and modern apartment was relief coming from a long road trip from Vancouver B.C. The staff at the bar downstairs and dispensary were more than helpful also got 10% off food, booze, etc. Casino is a 2 min drive away and the coast is about 35 min away, well worth the drive. Will stay again!

    Shaheem2019-09-05T00:00:00Z

2017 RV with all the amenities and creature comforts you could ask for. Our property is located in Whiteson, 5 minutes from McMinnville and Amity with close access to multiple vineyards. Our little area has the country feel (quite and serene) but with quick and easy access to grocery, coffee, shopping, and restaurants. You will have plenty of parking, private entrance, and as much interaction with us as you'd like. We have laundry inside the house that guests are welcome to use upon request.
We will provide coffee, creamer, and sugar. There are a few cooking items such as oils and spices. The kitchen is fully ready for you to cook, or microwave some take out.
I love our location and how quite it is. We have the occasional train nearby but otherwise is it a little slice of heaven. 7 minutes down the road we have Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Albertsons, Roths fresh market, Bi-Mart, and multiple restaurants.
  • Enjoyed having Courtney's place to come back to at the end of a long day of activity. The bedroom was cozy, the shower was hot, and there were a good number of amenities in the RV--large screen TV, full stove, refrigerator and microwave, pull out sofa if additional sleeping area is needed. The RV is conveniently located just south of McMinnville, near restaurants and shopping. Also, for people with pets, it's a "pet friendly" place. I'd recommend it!

    Mark2019-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great space and a lot of fun to stay in an RV which I’ve never done before. Worked out great for my dog, nice country Roads for walking around. Great location very responsive and friendly hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

  • What a great RV!!! I love the layout and decor. Very easy check in and out process. The book of information on how to operate things within the RV was great and so helpful. It is so convenient to McMinville, which would be great for people that want to explore the local wineries. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Private Room in the heart of a working vineyard in Oregon's oldest wine region. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the media room or on the patio surrounded by a working vineyard. Every window looks into the vineyard. This private room is separated from our tasting room by closed french doors. Located on our 35 acres in the Eola-Amity hills but there is quick and easy access to grocery, coffee, shopping, and restaurants. Our guests are welcome to wander the vineyard and enjoy the views.
Our wine country retreat is a peaceful hideaway within the vines. We have been working endlessly to prepare this getaway! Work is still being done in and around the space but your stay will be relaxing, beautiful and an added bonus - you have access to wine in just steps! The tasting room is currently only open for curbside pick ups. The new porch offers chairs to sit and enjoy the views and Coffee & Tea are provided. The main bedroom has a Queen bed. The retreat is complete with sleeping up to 2 people. The living area is shared with the Tasting Room, but the bedroom is private. In the living area there is a state of the art surround sound system for music or TV. There is a DVD player and coffee maker on a side board. Your private room is located within our Tasting Room! There are beautiful french doors that separate your space from the tasting room, however, the living quarters are shared during Tasting Rooms Hours of Operation. Should you have questions, just let us know! The private room is on our property, but a separate building from our house. The Private Room is located in our Tasting Room.
We are located just off of 99 with quick access to downtown Amity & McMinnville! We have playful vineyard kitties that can not wait for your arrival! They would love to stroll the vineyard with you in the evening as the sunsets.
  • We had a great time staying at the vineyard. The bedroom is attached to the tasting room, so you have some shared space during the day but after closing its just you. The place is very clean and they provide you with everything you need. They produce some of the best wines you will find in Oregon and have been a favorite of mine for years.

  • Situated within the heart of wine country, this Airbnb was the perfect jumping-off point for everything the area has to offer. We loved waking up to the vineyard views and the living room was so cozy to snuggle up with some blankets after a day of wine tasting. We were really impressed with the remodel and everything was in top working order and very clean. We had dinner in McMinnville each night which was only a few minutes away. I really liked having a separate heater in the bedroom and living room to control the temperature just right. Lastly, I will say the hospitality of our check-in experience was far better than I have ever received at another Airbnb. Will definitely be booking this spot again.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at the new vineyard house in Amity Oregon. It was very convenient to desirable wine tasting and restaurants in McMinville 10 minutes away. Our hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great suggestions for wineries and restaurants to try that we would not have known. The sunrise and vineyard views were a bonus. We hope to be back.

  • The house and surroundings are beautiful! The pictures just don’t do it justice. So many windows to enjoy the view! The kitchen was stocked nicely and the beds are very comfortable. We had planned on taking a short drive to the beach, but we decided to stay and relax after finding we had rented such a spectacular place. There were lots of games for the kids to enjoy and plenty of exploring to entertain. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance.

Amity Flats is a boutique inn in a renovated, historic building with five separate rooms that can be rented individually or as an entire unit. The Nekia Flat has a king bed and a foldout sofa with a full bath and well-equipped kitchen. A lovely shared deck includes a gas BBQ, ping pong table, and outdoor seating.
The Amity Flats are in the small, pastoral city of Amity Oregon, "gateway to the Eola-Amity Hills wineries, with dozens of wineries producing world class wines. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The hosts provide a complimentary bottle of wine on request as well as locally-produced fudge and gourmet coffee. The hosts live nearby on a farm/vineyard, and stock rooms with fresh fruit and eggs from the farm as they are available (strawberries in June, raspberries and blueberries in July and early August, table grapes in September, apples in October).
Amity is a very small town (1600 people 0.6 square miles). We call it "eccentric, authentic, and endearingly lost in time. It is NOT a fancy place, but there are good places to eat within walking distance, including an outstanding restaurant (The Blue Goat). The surrounding countryside is absolutely beautiful farmland to the west (hazelnut orchards, pastures, Christmas tree farms ..) and lovely hills dotted with vineyards and wineries to the east. McMinnville, home of Linfield College and a mecca of great restaurants, is 7 miles north. From Amity you can drive to Portland, the Oregon Coast, or the Cascade Mountains in a little over an hour. Or you can walk, bike or drive to local wineries.
  • A great spot to stay especially in an area without a lot of options. This was our 2nd visit while seeing family and we will stay here again in the future.

  • This was my second time at the cabin and it we equally as enjoyable a trip. This time around I had my toddler with me which made it a different type of trip, but still great. Thank you, Viola!

    Katie2019-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet, clean country space next to an orchard with a great little cabin. Has a nice, full kitchen and is just a great place to unwind and take it easy for a day or two. It's a great home away from home and Viola was very timely with responses to questions in preparation for our stay. Definitely will keep in in the list of locations to return to.

  • One of my favorite Airbnb’s hands down. Viola was so sweet and she made it perfect at such short timing. The loft is one of my favorite parts of the cottage but there is so much to love since it feels like home. Definitely coming back again to get some much needed away time.

    Natalie2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Such a delightful stay! Perfect size for two of us, nice and relaxing and clean, incredible views driving up to the cabin, awesome orchard surrounding us.

    Chelsey2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay in the cabin- very well kept and clean, comfortable, full of supplies for cooking your own meals. Would absolutely stay again!

    Renee2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Viola's Cabin was amazing and relaxing and we couldn't have hoped for a better more peaceful place to stay. So quiet with acres and acres of orchards as far as the eyes could see, everyone should take a moment to disconnect and unwind and this cabin just might be that perfect place.

  • This is a really big space and quite comfortable. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are separated by the Kitchen and HUGE living room. This center space with couch and 2 loveseats, a recliner, table, a daybed and a PIANO(my mother -in-law loved it). The furniture is really comfortable and we got a lot of reading a complained mixed in with some Scrabble. We really found it a quiet and private place to stay. Way more peaceful that a hotel. We would absolutely stay again if in the Dallas area.

Our place is located in a quiet, peaceful location surrounded with beautiful views and lots of hiking and biking opportunities. It is set up for couples and 5 miles from downtown McMinnville..
A quiet, private retreat on a hill with view of Yamhill County wine country. Separate studio apt completely remodeled with new king bed, complete new kitchen, WiFi, TV. Sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. View is fantastic and lots of sitting places to enjoy it. Several miles of private hiking areas and a great county road for biking. Close to historic downtown McMinnville famous for it's fine dining.
  • What an incredibly beautiful property with incredibly generous hosts. We enjoyed the homemade breakfast and the gorgeous hiking trails right outside our door. Thoughtful amenities throughout and great location to explore wine country. Fun conversations with both Jim and Molly helped make our stay extra special. The blood pressure is still down thanks to our time in the country.

    Sean2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Molly and Jim are wonderful hosts! They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the place after chatting with us for a few minutes. Molly left us yummy homemade quiche and muffins, along with lots of other food items in the fridge, which we enjoyed for breakfast and lunch both days we were there. That was such a nice treat! The place is a lovely private large room in a separate building, with plenty of room to relax for the two of us. The bed is super comfortable and we slept well. It's so quiet out there in the country! The recliner is comfortable and my husband and I competed for it (over the rocking chair). They gave us some ideas for winery tours, along with a couple coupons for free tastings, which we took advantage of. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom large enough for us, the kitchen has everything you'd need to make a few meals (although we only had breakfast and lunch there) and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We hope to return next summer to enjoy more winery tours and to explore more of the area.

    Linda2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Molly and Jim are such sweet and thoughtful hosts! Their property is absolutely incredible, definitely go for a hike using their hand-drawn map if you get a chance. And home-made quiches and fresh fruit from Molly made for a great start to our first day! Both of them made us feel so welcome that it felt like visiting family. Thank you again!

    Samantha2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • The photos of this property and the studio space do not do it justice! The property is absolutely beautiful with fantastic views. Molly and Jim greeted us with fresh baked cookies and gave us a quick tour and then left us to enjoy the studio and gazebo with amazing views. We were in town for the IPNC wine event and were pretty busy but managed a short hike before we left. It was a groomed gravel road with just enough elevation gain to make it feel like a workout. The trails were shaded and beautiful! The studio had a top notch AC unit that kept us cool in the July heat and the king sized bed was super comfortable. The thoughtful touches were everywhere with a stocked refrigerator of fresh cut fruit, juice, milk, yogurt, cheese, etc! Molly even provided her own baked quiche and muffins which were delicious. The bathroom had little things that you may have forgotten like ear plugs, toothbrush, q-tips, etc. And I did forget my toothbrush! We'd love to go back to enjoy more of the scenery, trails and just sit in that gazebo with a bottle of wine and relax. Thank you Molly and Jim for providing an excellent Airbnb experience for us!

    Debby2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Molly and Jim are down to earth folks who extend the most wonderful welcome. Molly made homemade quiche, muffins and cookies which were so delicious and brought us a bouquet of fresh sweet peas when we arrived . We had some nice chats with Jim regarding the property which was homesteaded by his parents. We hiked four miles through the woods just outside our door. The space is very comfortable and homey. It is a scenic ten minute drive to McMinnville and very close to several wineries. Highly recommend staying with Molly and Jim if you are in the area.

  • If you prefer to be a bit out of town (only about 10 min) and are looking for beautiful views and a peaceful setting, this is your spot. Impeccably clean and an extremely comfy bed. Lovely nature trail to hike too.

This spot is on a hilltop in wine country with Adirondack chairs and lovely views. It sits on 300 acres of beauty and there are even walking trails to explore. It’s an easy drive into town where there are numerous good restaurants, but when you go “home” you’re in this peaceful quiet setting. Molly and Jim had thought of everything to make our stay pleasant. The refrigerator was nicely stocked with breakfast items—even delicious homemade quiche. We had brought a few things from home and only left to have one meal in town. It was so nice to be there that we didn’t really want to leave. The apartment is inviting and the bed is very comfortable. And then there was the bowl of chocolate that we thought we weren’t going to eat! And the hosts were warm and friendly and then gave us complete privacy. We look forward to another stay here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restful getaway.

  • Such a beautiful spot!

  • The cottage at Vivid Vineyards exceeds expectations. Angelica was a great host and it is an absolutely beautiful stay on a gorgeous vineyard. The cottage was well stocked with fresh eggs, milk, butter and many extras, including a delicious welcome treat and their own wine from Vivid. The cottage itself is very pretty with very cool yet classy interior design and features including a wood burning stove and European style appliances. You’ll feel like your staying right on a chic French vineyard. Highly recommended!

  • Beautiful serene setting! Angelica came to greet me as I pulled Up! They take care of everything and give you treats when you come in!

  • To say that Vivid Cottage is exceptional would be an understatement. Magical is how I would describe it! Sunrise over the bright yellow grapevine leaves, clear sky, Mt Hood peaking out - it just doesn’t get any better than this! Angelica provided so many nice things that made our visit special - delicious scones and bread, wine. The cottage was furnished with everything a traveler might need - and then some. She had recommendations on restaurants, wineries, and things to do in the area which was so helpful to someone not familiar with the area. We can’t wait to come back for a return visit!

The "suite" has a private entrance, living room, dining area, kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with queen bed, a cozy second bedroom with double bed, and a full bath. Every window offers amazing views of the Willamette Valley including orchards, vineyards and mountains. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from the shaded patio. The suite is attached to our family home on 10 acres in the Eola hills. Our guests are welcome to wander the cherry orchard and enjoy the yard and garden areas.
The suite is attached to our family home. You may see/hear us out working in the garden or in the orchard or hanging out on the deck. Matt is a woodworker. You might see him turning a bowl or making something in his shop. He enjoys showing his work to guests. We have a "working cat". Jazzy is a rescue cat that we adopted a month ago. She lives outside and her job is to help protect the orchard from little critters. She seems to generally like people, but she can be feisty and opinionated. As Jazzy continues to settle into her new home, we don't recommend that guests try to make friends with her, however, in cat fashion, she might decide to make friends with you.
Located in the Eola Hills, we are surrounded by vineyards and wineries. Brooks Wines, Mystic Wine, Varnum Vinters and Grochau Cellars are all less than a mile away. In fact, Brooks Wines is just a pleasant walk down the road.
  • A wonderful place to stay on a wine trip to the Eola-Amity Hills. Sparkling clean and very cozy. We highly recommend this place!

  • Suzanne is a wonderful host! She is very quick to respond to requests & questions and has some great tips for what to do in the area. The location is beautiful, quiet, feels secluded, yet still close to fun things to do in wine country. The guest quarters, while being a part of the house, felt separate, like we very much had our own space. It's very clean and comfortable and a lovely countryside getaway.

    Liana2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Suzanne's place was lovely and so amazing after a day of traveling, wine tasting, or just enjoying they local area. Waking up to the amazing views outside our door was so great. She was super friendly and responsive to any requests or communications. So much space, and their cat is adorable!

    Sr2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Suzanne's place was perfect for an overnight stay after a day of wine tasting. It was super clean and we had fun playing board games and watching movies she had provided in the living room! We could hear a lot of footsteps upstairs but it was quiet by the time we went to bed so no complaints here! Thanks for the amazing stay.

    Aubry2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Suzanne is a fantastic host! Her place is spotless, very private, and she provides excellent directions for a somewhat remote location so we had no problems finding the place at night. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the garden and property a bit.

    Casia2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely space, well decorated and comfortable with beautiful views and extremely accommodating hosts.

  • Stephen and Marian are the best! They are extremely welcoming, warm and kind of enough to share their time and stories with us. The carriage house is beautiful, spacious and extremely quiet. All the details are well thought about. Not to mention, the large farmer’s breakfasts are phenomenal! Highly recommended!

  • Great space for our group of four women. Clean and comfy. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean.

    Kathie2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • This place is stunning. Stephen and Marian are lovely. Their breakfast is delicious. We will definitely go back.

    Kristen2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Our family loved staying in the Carriage House. It was the perfect setting for our stay. Stephen and Marian are excellent hosts: welcoming, responsive, and fabulous cooks! The vegan breakfast and traditional breakfast were delicious and set us off for a wonderful day of exploration and travel. The Carriage House is clean and quiet. We enjoyed the fresh air with open windows and marveled at the mountain vistas. Be sure to take a morning walk in the back woods or along the driveway to visit the Dale ponies. We have already recommended this property to friends planning to visit the area.

  • Amazing space. Incredible views. Private with a farmy feel. Breakfast was delightful and prompt. Even blessed my vegan eater with a homemade delight. Thank you and we look forward to a return trip!

  • Cleanliness, great views, wonderful hosts.

    Maraina2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • this place was sparkling clean and has very nice finishes. we had 7 people (3 couples and a single) and we had plenty of space. the pull out sofa was a bit small for a 6+ foot male but he said it was comfy, just not quite long enough. kids or a less than 6 foot person would be fine on it. we were about 15 minutes from spirit mountain casino. make sure to pack a snack bag as you are not close to any food places late at night. breakfast was provided by the hosts and was delicious.

Amity Flats is a boutique inn in a historic building, with five Flats. Jory is the "flagship" Flat with gorgeous east light from large, operable windows that look over Amity to the vineyard-studded hills beyond. Jory Flat has a separate sleeping area, a large sitting room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom with clawfoot tub and glass brick walk-in shower. A sofa bed can be pulled out to accomodate two additional guests.
The Amity Flats are in the small, pastoral city of Amity, Oregon, gateway to the Eola-Amity Hills wineries. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The hosts provide a complimentary bottle of wine on request as well as locally-produced gourmet fudge and gourmet coffee. The hosts live nearby on a farm/vineyard, and they stock rooms with fresh fruit and eggs from the farm available (kiwis mid winter, strawberries in June, raspberries and blueberries, in July and early August, table grapes in September, apples in October)
Amity is a very small town (1600 people; 0.6 square miles). We call it "eccentric, authentic, and endearingly lost in time". It is NOT a fancy place, but there are good places to eat within walking distance, including an outstanding restaurant (The Blue Goat). The surrounding countryside is beautiful farmland to the west (hazelnut, pastures, Christmas trees ..) and lovely hills dotted with vineyards and wineries to the east. McMinnville, home of Linfield College and a mecca of great restaurants, is 7 miles north. From Amity you can drive to Portland, the Oregon Coast, or the Cascade Mountains in a little over an hour. Or you can walk, bike or drive to many local wineries and other points of interest.
  • As usual, great location and amazing hospitality.

  • Staying at Barbara's place in Amity was one of the highlights of my Oregon roadtrip and probably the nicest Airbnb I've stayed at in the U.S. The town is super cute, full of friendly people, and a couple of good wine and dining options. The loft itself is stunning, the architecture and decor are beautiful, the bed is comfy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Communication with Barb and checkin was fast and easy. I recommend this place very highly!

Nestled in the center of Oregon wine country, our farm is a working nursery supplying conifer and Japanese maple grafts to Oregon wholesale nurseries. Our acreage is artfully planted with the varieties we grow. Enjoy a glass of wine or a picnic on the deck in the warm summer/fall days. We are quietly tucked on the edge of Amity in the country. Walking a short 8 blocks will give you 7-8 dining choices. Wineries galore!
McMinnville is a short 7 miles and the Oregon coast a short 45 minutes away!
Amity has a wealth of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast, coffee, tap house, casual and better dining, wine tasting, and a famous pie market that offers local fare.
