Amazing welcome at a historic property in a beautiful setting. House was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was truly Bavarian.

The days have spent my son and I were here, beautiful. The area was just as we hoped it would be, even with the snow we were lucky and Monika (having the sick represented Anna) was a super hostess. She gave us valuable tips and was a very pleasant and nice company for us. I recommend the house next to the forest in any case with the best conscience further. Oh and the breakfast was more than adequate (we were the remains kept in the refrigerator and have it fed us all day Quasi full board but shhh;..) It was just great!

We spent 2 nights at Monica's And Carstin's Guest House which was like on The pictures but in The real Life much More beautiful. The hosts were sooo kind With us from The beginning like just we come by from The neighborhood. We spent the first evening outside sound the table together, drinking and make some meats on barbecue and laughing a lot. We got a fully equipped house with 4 rooms and a kitchen and with bathroom. We had a place infront of the house where we could also eat if the weather was good and we loved to had the dinner or just a coffee in the morning outside sorrunded by the nature. Monica was so helpful and she made great breakfast every morning for us. Sometimes u did not get this kind of service in a hotel :) So thank u very much for everything and hope we see us again soon .

Haus Am Waldesrand is located in the outskirts of the small village Schwein Huet between Regen and Zwiesel. You reach it via a dirt road. From the terrace you have a beautiful view. During our stay we rented the entire property (normally rented per 2 person room). Monika is very versatile. Besides architect and artist, she is a very good hostess. They took every morning for a delicious, full breakfast, and provided information about tours and attractions. They also took us for a walk in the woods to look for mushrooms (and to make them ready on the stove). In the oven outside Monika and Karsten made delicious flammkuchen ready for us and treated us to schweinebraten with dumpling and sauerkraut. Lovely. We had a great week. This address is perfect for those looking for rest and / or natural and / or sports activities go to the Bavarian Forest.

Patricia & Helmut were excellent hosts !! Airbnb at its finest, I can only say :) From the reception, about the cleanliness & the nice breakfast we were completely thrilled! Also wonderful: the view of the vast landscape from the balcony ... we would definitely come back!

It was an absolutely relaxing stay with a warm welcome and excellent, uncomplicated hosts, the location of the apartment is beautiful, natural and very quiet, and with easy access to a transport route, the forest railway. We had a wonderful time in the Bavarian Forest with Patricia. She gave us a very warm welcome and shown everything. The apartment is very nice and loving. Nothing is missing, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. Everything was prepared very tidy and welcoming. We felt from the start very well. The fridge was filled on arrival and a delicious breakfast the next morning was taken care of. Helmut was so friendly and brought us sandwiches. All in all, it was a complete package where nothing was missing and for which we want to thank you again cordially. When searching for a hotel in the Bavarian Forest, then we can put you Patricias accommodation only warmly recommend :)

It started with the fine directions to the house. This was exactly even in the dark, we could not find it. Upon entering a very warm welcome by Patricia and her husband. Very nice! The whole house was made beautiful for us, a welcome drink in the area. Delicious fruit, juice and toppings for the sandwiches at breakfast. And every morning fresh rolls! Our took us everywhere gave a very welcome feeling!

Patricia and her husband were so lovely and inviting. Food was provided for breakfast the following morning. The kitchen is fantastic and easy to use. We were so happy with the apartment we would definitely come again.

We felt very comfortable. Everything you need was available - towels, salt pepper etc. The freshly baked cakes and champagne was a bonus. The only thing missing was internet, but in the ad it was not even there. We have had no power - nice if you want to completely turn off.

In the Schreiner family has at any rate, a nice stay. The welcome was nice and friendly with delicious cakes and lots of great tips for the area. Unfortunately, our stay was only such a short time, we could have stayed in this beautiful, idyllic location longer, but work called us ... Our stay in Buchenau was very nice! We were warmly taken by Schreiner family in reception and guided in the apartment where the kitchen in a prosecco and small snacks waiting for us. The apartment is very well maintained, very clean and equipped with everything your heart desires! From kitchen utensils on hair dryer, towels, washing machine ... What I found super mother: the apartment is not noisy, ie, one has my little girl, who was sleeping in the TV room, and next door barely heard in the bedroom. The house itself is in a great location! From the balcony you could watch the Sonnenunergang:-))) The trails are in the immediate vicinity, and recommended by Tom restaurant where you can eat great by the way. It was a great trip! Many, many thanks to Schreiner family for their warmth, because it was that gave our stay the character! We'll be very, very happy to be back !!

My brother and I had a very warm welcome by the family Schreiner, who showed us the spacious appartment which has everything you need. The house is located deep inside the Bavarian forest, which makes it ideal for a hiking holiday with very nice viewings.

I can recommend the home of Alice definitely. Although Alice was not on site over the weekend of my stay they did everything to make me feel right from the start well - including small welcome gift :) For me the hotel was ideal to be creative and to simply break from everyday life -. Exactly what I had before. My expectations were completely fulfilled!

We had a wonderful holiday at Alice's place in Zwiesel. It's pretty easy to get to by train (using the Bayern ticket after 9am it's only about 15 euros each from as far as Munich) and centrally located in the Bavarian Forest national park. Alice was incredibly helpful with her tips for places to visit and restaurants. Alice went out of her way to make sure we had an excellent stay. We hope to visit again someday!

Thomas Apartment is nice and new with a nice terrace and fireplace. Thomas has spoiled us with candy, small gift etc. When we arrived the fireplace and candles. The bathroom should be built.

The apartment is stylish and very cozy by the wood stove. The view from the terrace is the countryside and is beautiful. Thomas is a very friendly, helpful but unobtrusive hosts. A private bathroom is still under development.

The perfect place to enjoy a vacation and discover frauenau. Thomas is a great host. Went above and beyond to welcome me and made sure had a great stay. He came to pick me from zwiesel station as I had missed the bus to frauenau. He gave me a ride to school one morning when it was raining. He even offered to do a load of laundry for me. He greeted me at my place with a fresh bouquet of flowers cut from his garden! The place is very bright and spacious. I enjoyed the deck very much every evening during sun set watching the lambs and the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend Thomas place!

There were four wonderful days in the idyllic Zwieslerwaldhaus, wonderful in the national park located (in several restaurants, not a business). We could make several great walks directly from our apartment away. Key collection organized for us about the hotel Scharnagl, where we received incredibly nice Jörg. The super great sauna we could not use because the weather was just too good! Although the apartment is not large, has really missed us nothing. Only the bed was too soft for 2 people.

We were kindly received. It is a lovely apartment with all amenities. Only downside was the wasps plague. Upon entering there were six wasps inside without whisk. As a result, we could also make use of the balcony. Furthermore, it is a beautiful area with lots of woods and small rivers. Ideally there are two restaurants just around the corner are available. We did not use the sauna or hot tub.

I was with a friend at Jörg. We have been snowboarding at Arber (only 10 minutes by car). The apartment of Jörg is just great and recommended. One misses nothing. Jörg has welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. The restaurant tip paid off, thanks :) it. For relaxation, the beautiful sauna has provided, which can be used in the plant. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The village is idyllically situated in the woods, just gorgeous.

We were made very welcome in taken by Jim's wife Patricia. Very clean apartment in a house with several apartments and associated parking. The sauna was very pleasant and quickly became warm. These towels, linens and kitchen utensils available. The small village offers several walking routes also several places where we were evening delicious food for our hikes. Just great and definitely worth a visit !! :)

Un paradis pour les amoureux de la nature, un excellent service. Il n'y a pas de circulation dans le village. Il vient seulement de qui, ainsi que ce qui a perdu! Pendant quelques jours d'hébergement parfait. Pour le logement lui-même: petite mais confortablement meublée, idéal pour deux personnes. Il était aussi propre que beaucoup de la chose la plus importante (nous). Ce qui me frappe vraiment rien qui mérite vraiment critique. Nous aimerions également aller à nouveau, le témoin probablement mieux que nous étions complètement satisfaits.

schöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig, sauber und super Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Eine durchaus geräumige Wohnung. Wer wenig Ansprüche hat kann gut zu viert darin unter kommen. Die Ausstattung dafür fehlte leider(noch): nicht ausreichend Besteck und Zubehör, kein Esstisch, nur zwei Barhocker. Leider war die Mikrowelle defekt. In punkto Sauberkeit hat uns die Wohnung nicht überzeugt. Der Fussboden war nicht gründlich gesaugt/gewischt, Teller standen noch nass im Schrank, auch die restliche Küche war nicht in dem Zustand in dem man sie gerne vorfinden möchte. Auch der sehr niedrige Preis rechtfertigt meines Erachtens nicht diese Mängel. Sehr überzeugend und empfehlenswert ist allerdings die Lage der Wohnung. Sehr ruhig und mit einem tollen Ausblick über das Tal, welche man vom grossen Balkon aus geniessen kann.

Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Etwas Abseits von Regen gelegen. Sehr schnelle Erreichbarkeit über B11. Supermärkte und Restaurants in 2 Autominuten entfernt. Die Küche ist mit alles ausgestattet was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt. Eine schöne große und gemütliche Wohnung mit separatem Schlaf- und Wohn-/Küchenbereich. Für eine Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder ausreichend. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Handtücher bitte selber mitbringen.

The house is super nice and big! A great view from the large balcony to the castle Weißenstein and the beautiful nature outside rum. Nicole was great. Reliable and helpful and uncomplicated. Everything went like clockwork.

We had a great long weekend. The room was large and clean. The location quiet. Directly on the Czech border. The food nearby is delicious and cheap. I would recommend it.

I was with my daughter at the property and we were very pleased. This is a private room within the hotel. Sleeps 3, kitchenette and dining table are in one room, bathroom is separated. The equipment is good. Sauna, pool and restaurant at the hotel can be shared. The hotel was already a few years old, you should therefore not expect luxury. Communication with the wife of Jaroslav was great. She speaks German and has repeatedly checked with us to make sure everything is okay. Thank you and happy again!

Celkově vzato dobré ubytování. Nicméně, místo bylo ještě dále z naší turistické destinace, než se očekávalo. Konmunikation s hostitelem běžel bezchybně. Kdo chce mít klid, je dobré pro toto místo.

Die Frau von Jaroslav hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und uns bereits eine Woche vor der Ankunft telefonisch kontaktiert. Check-in war in einem anderen Hotel, die uns den Schlüssel auch sofort ausgehändigt hatten, allerdings ohne die Info welches Zimmer/Appartment es ist. Das konnten wir aber telefonisch sofort klären. Das Zimmer ist ideal um sich von einer Wanderung zu erholen und hat von daher gut gepasst. Die Lage ist gut am Fuße des Arbers umgeben von weiteren Restaurants und viel Natur. Nur in der Küche haben wir die Steckdose für den Wasserkocher nicht gefunden.

Das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles was man braucht vor Ort. Top Zimmer! Gerne wieder :) Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter ist super
