Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

Relax at this newly renovated 3 BR cottage with Silver Lake access (for non motorized craft - kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). We are walking distance to Mac Wood’s Dune rides, whippy Dip, Little Sable Point Lighthouse and Lake Michigan beach, and a short ride to the the dunes access. Bring the boat and off-road vehicles! Plenty of parking in large driveway for trailers. Enjoy your stay with all this home has to offer - AC, deck, firepit, ping pong table and much more!
