We had a lovely stay in an idyllic, quiet environment and close to two beautiful coves. We thank Miguel for his availability and responsiveness. The place is full and nice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, private parking and restaurant in the residence.

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

We were in Mallorca for hiking in the first week of March. We felt very comfortable. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. Yadir is super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace with the great barbecue and beautiful views. Since we took care of ourselves completely ourselves, a completely equipped kitchen was important to us. There was really everything you need! Salt,sugar,oil,vinegar and many spices are already available. My tip:If you come in the off season, I recommend bringing slippers. The tile floor is quite cold. We will be happy to come back!Thanks for the wonderful time

We stayed in April, fantastic beachfront location so absolute comfort for the beach, the center and the promenade, clean and very spacious house, in 8 we were very well. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Mallorca was perfect all around! The apartment was super tidy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the beautiful terrace – a real feel-good place with great views, which was a highlight in the morning and evening. You even have a small sea view! Also the location was ideal: quiet yet perfectly connected. The surroundings were great! On the one hand, the sea, which is within walking distance and on the other hand the small shopping street with many restaurants and bars. Everything worked wonderfully, and we felt welcome at all times – everyone was incredibly friendly. We didn't have any problems and were just able to enjoy the time. We would come back anytime – thank you so much!

I'm sure we'll be back. The apartment has everything you need and communication with the landlord worked great.

Amazing place to stay! Very clean! A bit far from the center but you have a lot of buses right there!

A nice apartment on the first floor of a large, detached house. A few kilometers from the beach. The apartment offers everything you need. The apartment has a private balcony. On the ground floor in the garden is a swimming pool and there are a few seats that you can use. You can always choose to sit in the sun or in the shade. Joana is a very thoughtful hostess. Upon arrival, everything was ready for us, such as wine, beer and oranges. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and have a good time.

Very nice place, perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Lots of bathroom/toilet. The location is also great for getting to Palma very quickly. Communication with the owner is very smooth and easy. Quick responses. Thanks!

We were a group of 5 adults. Really great place to stay. Accommodation is very spacious. Outside area is excellent for having group meals under the shaded area. Extra 2nd toilet is useful. 2 minute walk to shop, central square and restaurants, bars and cafes. Host was super responsive to our change of arrival time. Thanks for a great stay.

Spacious and very cozy accommodation, small inner courtyard not overlooked. Very clean, well-equipped and as described. Little interest in Manacor but ideal location for visiting the island. Pere is responsive and has been accommodating. We recommend it.

Amazing. The owner of the House was very helpful. Super well-equipped home. In the great place for those who want to be far from the confusion. It has a giant pool, very well treated. We just felt there were a lot of mosquitoes getting bitten. It has plenty of space and has everything we need, even those little extras that sometimes are not so necessary to buy. We very much like it, a fairly easy check-in as well as check out. The owner of the house stopped staying until the end of the day.

Could not choose better! 1 minute walking from the beach, parking was not easy, but always possible to find parking place nearby. We enjoyed staying on the terrace and BBQ in the evenings , although there are pubs, I consider the place as rather calm. The house is spacious, which we used, since we had our big bags with paragliding equipment. As an advantage I also consider the second extra toilette outside close to the terrace. A beautifully renovated monastery cell in the Carthhouse Valldemossa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic garden. Chopin's monastery cell is right around the corner. Very tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing in the kitchen, with a base of spices/salt from previous guests. Tabs for the dishwasher and some Nespresso capsules were provided. In April, the floors and walls are still cold, and electric stoves provide some warmth on the ground floor and in the bedrooms. Especially in the morning, however, it is still a little damp cold in the accommodation, especially in the bathrooms. Note for guests with infants: the stairs are very dangerous as they have no stacks between stairs and handrail. Infants must therefore always be supervised in the apartment, which makes the stay a little stressful.

It's a very pretty house. The interior is cute and clean. It's dark when you close the windows and curtains, but if you leave it open, it's bright and airy! It's in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket right nearby, and if you walk along the sea for about 5-10 minutes, you will find many restaurants and cafes. If the bathroom goes out towards the terrace, there is a separate one!

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, ideal for families with children. Everything was clean, tidy. Plenty of towels for all guests and even towels for the beach! For children, beach toys, also umbrella and sun loungers. Quiet location close to the beach, at the same time minutes on a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Bel responds immediately to messages. We will definitely be back!

Cristian's accommodation was our home auf Mallorca for 8 days. it's a peaceful appartment located in the 2nd floor (no lift) in a building with 5 more appartments. The street in front of the building is very quiet. no big traffic. The Pool is a common one for the 6 Partien (during our stay in April- only 3 other were used). it's about 20min walking to the main plaza of Portocolom old town with the church and 1 nice bar/Restaurant which was not expensive and quite authentic (many Locals hanging around there). We enjoyed: -wonderfull views from Terrasse - space in the flat with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -easy parking situation in front of the building (at least it April- Easter time, it was easy) - 2 bars/restaurants straight at the beach, 5min walk (S'Arenal and Cafe Blue) - We were lucky to see dolphins in the bay in front of the flat -Easy shopping in local supermarket: EROSKI (3km from the appartment) The Excursions to: - Cala Vargues & Monaster San Salvador

the off-the-beaten-path accommodation is very quiet, relaxing. The garden and pool make it a little paradise! Ralph is very welcoming and very attentive to requests. That was perfect. Thank you

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

Spacious, very clean and as described. A beautiful view. Access to the swimming pool from the terrace is nice. I recommend it without hesitating!

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!
