The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday home is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Klabautermann - Cozy cottage with garden

The Klabautermann is a lovingly furnished apartment on two floors with a separate entrance and private garden. It's in the annex of the historic captain's house. The bright, open living-dining area with kitchenette has direct access to the private terrace with green natural garden and plenty of peace to relax. The two bedrooms can be reached via the open wooden stairs upstairs. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, stroll or cycle.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.
