The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

The farm is located on the sunny side 1100 meters above Viehhofen and can be reached in winter and summer via a paved mountain road. In normal snow conditions, the downhill slope Piste168 to the farm can be reached via a small deep snow slope or a 10-minute walk.
