In the Swan Pond area, you can enjoy not only great outdoor terrain, but also a stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area, as well as two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices. The villa has all the comforts that one can need, from running water, air conditioning and a high-quality kitchen with wine cabinets to a heated Jacuzzi and a wood sauna with stunning views to the lake. Relax in this calm "basic cottage" Cottage has electricity, sauna cottage has no electricity. The cottage can accommodate 4-5 people and the sauna room also has a sofa bed. Sauna water from lake, drinking water to be brought(in Joutsan shops filling is possible, canisters can be found in the cottage). Clean Biola outdoor toilet. By the wooden water, the water is dark but clean. You can swim from the end of the pier. Good way to arrive. Swan center 21 km. Boat in use.
